42. THE FIGURE BEHIND THE SECRET ADMIRER STATUS 6

Five days passed. Those five days were also five hard days for Keila. All employees in the company would look at Keila with curious, curious and mocking gazes when they saw Keila's presence. All the company employees would whisper behind Keila and rate Keila as a bad partner to the young director because Keila was seen as far from perfect in their eyes. 

During those five days Keila tried to ignore the views and whispers about her. Keila even kept it a secret from Andra because she didn't want Andra to worry about her and one more important reason why Keila kept the matter a secret from Andra: Keila doesn't want her relationship with Andra to end like her relationship with Noah. 

“You sure you're okay?” andra asked as she drove Keila and stopped her car at the usual place Keila got out of her car. 

“I'm fine.” Keila lied with a smile on her face staring at Andra. 

“You sure? How many days have you been daydreaming. If there is something or there may be a problem, you can tell me, Key,” Andra said as she gently stroked Keila's hair. 

“A-I want to ask you something. Can I ask?” asked Keila in a slightly doubtful tone. 

“Ask only.” 

“If you had a secret fan and a secret fan it got you in big trouble, what would you do to that person?” 

Andra's eyebrows rose one hearing a question from Keila. “Do you have a secret fan, Tee Rak?” 

“I'll just ask, I didn't say if I had a secret fan.” Keila let go of Andra's hand on her head which had earlier stroked her hair. 

“Al-“ Andra was about to open her mouth to answer Keila's question, but Keila opened Andra's car door and then got off. “You don't want to hear my answer, Tee Rak?” 

“No. . Your answer must be a silly one,” Keila replied with a smile. “Already, I'm leaving first, Tee Rak. See you later.” 

After closing the door to Andra's car, Keila then walked away to her company building without hearing Andra's answer to her question. In Kiela's heart, a unanimous decision has been made by Keila to clear her name from the rumors that have spread. 

Since the gossip incident, Keila asked Andra to drive her to the company earlier than usual and Keila would avoid the elevator to be the center of attention. Keila will deliberately pass the emergency stairs because that place is the only place that is rarely passed by many company employees. But this morning Keila met an unexpected person, who also used the emergency stairs like herself. 

“Li-Liam keila was shocked when she opened the door to the emergency stairs and found Liam standing near the emergency stairs while playing with his phone. This was the second time Keila had met Liam. 

Pamor Liam who is known for her warm smile and often replaces Director Rafandra, making Liam better known by many people including Keila who usually chat with other employees who are not directly related to her. Because of Liam as well, Keila really never knew how Director Rafandra would look like working at the same company because Liam too often replaced him in speeches and inspections. Keila even thought that Liam had the same position as the director of the company he worked for. 

“Morning, Miss Keila,” responds to Liam with his trademark warm smile.

“You know my name?” asked Keila who was surprised to hear her name called by Liam. 

Liam nodded his head. “Of course, I know. Miss several times became the center of attention in this company.” 

Damnit damnit! Why am I meeting him here? Should I say if my luck is really good or really bad? I always meet someone who so many people want to meet. Keila returned Liam's smile with a smile on her lips. Wait up! Isn't it lucky her name could meet her here? I can ask her about young director Rafandra. I could ask why the young director had not acted anything regarding the rumors circulating between me and him. I could ask her about the bouquet of flowers whether it really came from her part or not.  

“Li-Liam Keila asked with a hesitant tone of voice. 

Liam, who has been playing with his phone and is seen busy replying to messages, then ignores his phone and puts it in his pocket when he hears a call from Keila. “Ya?” 

“I know we don't know very well, but can I ask you?” Keila asked in a hesitant tone. 

Liam smiled at Keila and then replied, “Of course. What does Miss Keila want to ask me?” 

“On the rumors circulating about me and Director Rafandra, is the Director not angry and object?” 

Keila's breathing seemed to stop at the end of her throat when she heard Liam's offer. The offer sounds tempting, but on the one hand it sounds like a dangerous offer. Keila was quite cautious given her current status which was only an ordinary employee in this company. If the director-class person is not bothered, why should I complain?? Keila who thought about it then turned down the offer from Liam. “No need for Liam, I just want to know how the Director reacted. No more.” 

“Is there anything else I can help you with, Miss?” liam asked while glancing at his watch. 

“One more.” Keila raised her index finger to signal. 

“What is it, Miss?” 

“On the bouquet of white roses addressed to me, which always comes to my department on every tenth date, does that bouquet of flowers come from your part? From director?” asked Keila in a slightly doubtful tone. “I tried to find the sender and finally found out that the flower was sent from Director Rafandra.” 

Liam smiled at Keila's question and this time Liam's smile was wider than Liam's previous smile. When he saw that smile, for a moment Keila finally understood why Saints and Irene were also so infatuated with Liam. The assistant director really had a charming smile with the impression of being prince charming which was different from the young director who had a mysterious impression. If four people from that part of the director got together and walked together in the company lobby, surely all the employees eyes would be on them as if F4 was passing by. 

“Why is the new Miss asking now?” Liam turned around to ask Keila. “Most should have asked since the flower came the first time. Isn't it too late to ask?” 

Keila suddenly heard a question from Liam. Keila really could not answer Liam's question and could only say, “Sorry. So the flower really comes from Director Rafandra?” 

“That's right,” Liam smiled at the reply from Keila and saw the reaction from Keila who felt guilty for ignoring the sender of the bouquet. “If Miss really wants to solve this problem, it would be best if Miss meets the sender of that flower. Maybe that way, Miss will find the reason the sender of the flower bouquet always send flowers to Miss during this time.” 

Liam glanced back at his watch and a few seconds later the ringing of his phone rang. Knowing that the call seemed urgent, Liam then said goodbye to Keila. “. . .Sorry I have to go, because the Director called me. See you again, Miss and I hope that at the next meeting, I meet with Miss with different status.” 

What does it mean by different status? The question came to Keila's mind when Keila saw Liam rushing down the stairs leading to the underground parking area. Keila kept thinking about Liam's words until someone called his name. 

“Kak Key. .” 

Keila who had just climbed the ten steps then stopped her footsteps and turned to look behind her. Keila smiled as she recognized the owner of the voice calling her name just now. “Ah, morning, Irene.” 

Irene caught up to Keila quickly. “Why with this Big Brother's facial expression?” 

Because of Liam's words that made me curious, what kind of look is now on my face? Keila wondered about her face that Irene was currently seeing before finally answering Irene's question. “A-I just met with Liam here and I asked him a question regarding the rumors circulating about me and director Rafandra.” 

“Then what is Liam's answer? Is the Director angry with the gossip?” Irene asked calmly though her eyes were emitting an enormous curiosity. 

“Liam smiled and told me that the director was not at all disturbed by the news.”

“Really??” Irene did not believe the answer given by Keila. 

“It's true.” Keila nodded her head. “Liam himself told me.”

“The mysterious impression really fits his aura. Director Rafandra is not even bothered by the skewed gossip about her along with one of the employees she may not have known. Then. .” Irene stopped her speech for a moment because she remembered something important. “Didn't Brother ask Liam about that ever-coming bouquet of flowers?” 

“Of course I asked that.”

“Then what's the answer, brother? Is it true that the flower really came from the part of Director Rafandra??” asked Irene who this time no longer hid her curiosity behind her calm face. 

“Yes, the flower is really from Director Rafandra's part,” explained Keila as she let out a long sigh. “Just Liam didn't say who sent it to me.” 

Irene clapped her hands and made an echoing sound in the quiet area of the emergency stairs. “Isn't this clear, Brother?? Liam certainly knows who the sender of the flowers is. I think the sender of the flower is Director Rafandra. Brother must ask Director Rafandra directly to find the answer, Kak.” 

Irene answered excitedly and Keila could clearly see Irene's rarely-seen spirit. While continuing to walk up the stairs, Keila made a consideration in her mind. Should I go to Director Rafandra and ask her directly about the bouquet? Should I do that?
