3. MISADVENTURES THAT COME IN A ROW OF 3

For a month every day, Noah will wait for Keila and force Keila to return to be her lover. And the scene became a common sight seen by employees where Keila worked. Toss and scorn began to appear when Noah was completely unwilling to leave even after Keila begged him. 

“I won't go! I'll stay here before you agree to be my lover again.” 

Sometimes Keila had to come home late to upset Noah waiting for him. Sometimes Keila had to come out stealthily through the back door of the company to avoid Noah. If lucky, Keila will get a ride from some of her co-workers who are kind to Keila because they feel sorry for Keila due to Noah, including Mr. Great. 

But exactly a month since Noah who always waited in front of Keila's company, Noah made a humiliating act when he found out that Keila several times escorted home by Mr. Agung. 

Noah who had lost his mind and sanity, once he saw Mr. Agung who came along with several company managers immediately threw his fists into the face of Mr. Agung. Noah hit the face of the Great Man several times, who did not expect Noah would throw a punch at him. Some managers who came along with Mr. Supreme tried to separate Noah from Mr. Supreme, but the effort was futile. 

Noah had completely lost his mind and hit Mr. Agung blindly like a boxing bag. The managers who did not separate Noah from Pak Agung then called all the security in the company just to save Mr. Agung. 

The incident really shocked all employees in the company and thanks to that, the, Keila must be called to follow the hearing related to the attack that occurred to Mr. Agung who had to be rushed to the hospital because of severe injuries due to Noah's actions. 

“Can Miss explain why the man named Noah for a month is always in front of this company building?” ask the HRD manager to Keila. 

“Noah looking for me, Sir.” Keila gave an honest answer to the HRD manager who was investigating the case that befell Mr. Agung. 

“Why is this guy named Noah looking for Miss?” 

“He's my ex-girlfriend, sir. After breaking up with Yuna, Noah asked me to come back to be her boyfriend and I turned him down. But. . . Noah didn't stop there and kept pestering me at work. Mr. Agung who was sorry for my situation then helped me with several times to drive me home so I could avoid Noah.” 

After giving an explanation of the situation he faced and the reason Mr. Agung received the attack, a few days later an announcement of the decision from the trial came out. 

Keila was declared to be sanctioned for negligence for putting her co-workers in danger because of her personal problems. Keila was suspended for a month and lost her salary during that month.

“Kak Key is fine?” Irene-junior Keila who was closest to Keila immediately hugged Keila who had just arrived in the editor room. 

Keila tried to smile accepting her condition. Keila did not want her colleagues to feel her sadness. “I'm fine. It's only a one-month suspension. So. . . I think I'll be fine. I'm sorry for inconveniencing you all and because of this too, your work may increase because I and Mr. Supreme do not exist.” 

“We all understand, Brother.” Irene patted Keila's back gently while giving Keila some encouragement. 

“Why does the company blame Kak Keila and not the man named Noah who has made a fuss in front of the company?” ask Nuri.

“Hush. .” Saints are trying to stop Nuri's nagging.

“It's okay, Suci.” Keila releases herself from Irene's embrace and gives her understanding to Nuri who has not been working for a long time at the company. “Nuri. . . somehow the source of the problem is me. There must be someone responsible for what happened to Mr. Supreme and I am the person. I failed to keep the good name of the company and got the company into trouble because of my personal problems.” 

“But, Holy Kak-“ still feels unacceptable with what Keila receives. 

After completing his work and giving all his work to his colleagues, after working hours ended Keila decided to visit Mr. Agung in the hospital. Keila had intended to apologize directly to Mr. Agung, but upon arriving at the hospital, Keila failed to meet with Mr. Agung. 

“Sorry Ma'am Keila, Mr. Agungnya just fell asleep. .” said Mr. Agung's wife. 

“I'm sorry, Mom. Because of me, Mr. Supreme must lie in this hospital. Though Mr. Agung is no longer young, surely the injuries will be slower he said.” 

Mr. Supreme's wife who has known Keila for a long time is not at all angry with what happened to Mr. Supreme. The wife of Mr. Agung understands the situation of Keila who has been considered a child by Mr. Agung. “It's okay, Madam Keila. The situation itself is also a difficult situation. Me and Mr. Supreme understand and we will both not blame Mbak. What was wrong was a man named Noah who always bothered Mbak Keila and made my husband lie in the hospital.” 

“Thank you, Mom. Again thank you very much, Bu.” Keila looked at Mr. Agung's wife with pushy eyes and almost shed tears hearing Mr. Supreme who did not blame himself for what happened to him at all. “Can I ask for help on Mom?” 

“Iya, Ma'am. What is it?” 

“Please send my greetings to Mr. Agung when Mr. Agung wakes up later.” Keila tried to smile, hiding her eyes that almost dropped tears. 

“Of course, Mbak.” 

After saying his message to Mr. Agung, Keila then said goodbye to Mr. Agung's wife. 

“Mbak Keila.” Mr. Supreme's wife called Keila's name before Keila stepped in to leave. 

“Iya, Mum.” 

“Please be careful, Ma'am. The man named Noah who beat up my husband has still not been caught after he managed to escape. Mr. Agung was telling me to convey this message to Mbak if Mbak comes to visit.” 

Keila tried to smile to make Mr. Agung's wife feel no worry about him. “I understand, Mom. I'll be careful.” 

It was already dark when Keila was discharged from the hospital where Mr. Agung was being treated. Despite not losing her job as an editor, Keila still felt a sense of resentment in her heart. Keila's heart raged with feelings of anger, resentment and regret. Keila was angry with herself for having involved so many people in her troubles. Keila is upset with herself who is unaware of Noah's nature which can be dangerous for those around her. Keila feels regret for knowing Noah and putting those around him in danger because of his relationship with Noah. 

Keila who had to go home by taking the city bus then chose to get off in the middle of his trip. Keila descends on a bridge that is the place of her memories along with her late father. Keila walked for a while on the bridge and then stayed silent for some time while enjoying the view of the flowing river and the wind that blows. Keila's tears, which she had been holding back for a while, had not realized that they had just flowed when Keila was on the bridge where she used to spend time with her late father. 

“It's really stifling, Dad. If Dad were here. .” said Keila as she cried letting go of the resentment in her heart. 

“Key. .” 

Keila turned her head when she heard her name being called by someone and how shocked Keila was when she saw the figure of the owner of the voice calling her name. 

“Noah! What are you doing here??”
