30. LOVER STATUS 1

Keila opened her eyes and saw that the sun had shone brightly through the window of her apartment. Keila gasped to realize that the day had changed, spontaneously rising from her sleep and making a sudden movement that made her head feel like it wanted to break. Shit, I'm late for the office. My cellphone? Where's myphone? Keila was trying to find her cell phone in her bed. Keila threw her pillows in all directions only to find her phone until one of the pillows she threw hit “something” that wasn't supposed to be in Keila's room.

“Auw. . . Why did you throw your pillow at me?” 

Hearing that voice, Keila spontaneously looked towards the voice and saw the figure standing in front of her bedroom door with a tray in her hand. 

“Andra? Why are you here?” Keila looked at Andra surprised for a while and then looked back for his phone to contact one of his colleagues or Mr. Agung to ask for permission late to the office. “Do you know where my phone is? I should contact my colleague or Mr. Supreme and tell them that today I will be late to the office.” 

Andra walked over to Keila who was still busy looking for her phone on her bed. Andra placed a tray of warm porridge and warm water on Keila's bedside table and after that, Andra pulled Keila's hand to make Keila stop looking around for her cell phone. “Stop looking, Keila. Your phone is out of the room is in a position to charge the battery.” 

“Ah really?” asked Keila who then pulled her hand from Andra's grasp and tried to get off her bed. 

But once again, Andra caught Keila's hand and made Keila not come down from her bed. “I told you to stop! Why don't you hear?” 

Keila looked in wonder at Andra. “I heard it, Andra. But. . I have to contact the office if it comes late.” Keila tried to let go of Andra's hand in her hand. 

“You don't need to come to the office today. I've sent you your holiday license today along with the doctor's letter. So. .. You don't have to worry about your office and co-workers. They must have received your work permit.” 

“I work permit? Why?” Keila asked puzzledly towards Andra. “And again, why are you here in my room?” 

“You forgot what happened yesterday?” Andra turned to ask Keila with a sharp look towards Keila. “Don't tell me you forgot what happened yesterday. I'll be mad if you forget her, Keila.” 

Keila lowered her head trying to remember yesterday's incident. The picture of yesterday's events that Keila had forgotten then appeared one by one in Keila's mind from the rain that fell to her who broke through the rain with a cry on her face. Keila also later recalled the umbrella protecting her from the rain that Andra had grasped for her. Slowly. . . Keila then recalled her conversation with Andra under the umbrella with the rain that fell yesterday. 

“Sucks. This is so shitty! I missed you after asking you to leave. Your shadow appears everywhere and repeats everything you ever said to me. My heart ached after you left and the moment you saw you appear, the pain in my heart suddenly disappeared. How is this, Andra? Isn't this really annoying?”

“This is indeed annoying. But I'm so happy to hear that, Keila. I'm glad to hear you say you miss me. I'm glad to know that you like me as much as I thought. Why did it take you so long to realize it, Key?” 

Keila looked at Andra in surprise and spontaneously pulled out her blanket to hide her face in embarrassment given what happened yesterday. From under his blanket, Keila heard the sound of Andra's little laughter laughing at her. 

“Looks like you remember, Keila. I wanted to be angry if you forgot what happened yesterday, but seeing you hiding behind a blanket made me fail to get angry and it made me laugh. Your reaction is absolutely adorable, Keila.” 

“A-I'll stop laughing if you get out of that blanket and look at me,” Andra replies still with her laugh. 

Keila still heard Andra's laughter from under her blanket and endured her own embarrassment for what happened yesterday. Keila really did not expect that she would cry and say what was in her heart when she saw Andra appear before her after days of being haunted by the shadow of Andra. Keila still did not want to open the blanket that covered her face and body because of her extreme embarrassment. I still can't look him in the eye. I was really embarrassed to see her after what I told her to leave and it turned out that I myself was asking her to come back. 

Something was suddenly felt by Keila who was still inside her blanket. Keila felt her body that was in a blanket being tightly embraced by Andra. 

“I know you're hiding behind a blanket embarrassed to remember what happened yesterday, but can you come out and look at me, Keila? Can't you see me, see the happiness in my eyes right now because it's so good to know that you miss me? Can't you see me so happy because you finally like me like my expectations?” 

Hearing Andra's words, Keila gave up. After adjusting her breath and heart, Keila then said to Andra, “Let go of your arms first and I will open this blanket!” 

Andra let go of her embrace and sat on Keila's bed. Meanwhile Keila who felt a hug on her body came off then immediately opened the blanket that covered her face and body. As soon as the blanket opened, Keila immediately found Andra staring at her. “I've opened this blanket as you wish.” 

Andra smiled broadly at Keila's words and it was the most beautiful smile Keila had ever seen. 

“Thank you for looking at me. Did you see it?” 

“What should I see?” Keila stared at Andra from head to bottom.

“My eyes, my face and my happy smile look at you, don't you see it, Keila?” 

Keila froze hearing Andra's words to her. I saw it clearly. Can't you stop talking about that? I'm really embarrassed now! I felt like I wanted to go back inside the blanket to hide the look on my face that was definitely turning red. Keila just silently looked at Andra while wrestling in her own mind against her current embarrassment. 

“Didn't you see it? Are my face, eyes and smile currently less clear in your eyes?” Andra repeated her question again while bringing her face slightly closer towards Keila. 

Due to the distance her face was too close to Andra, Keila spontaneously pulled her face slightly away from Andra and turned her face the other way. “I saw it, Andra. Been not close!” 

“True, did you see it?” ask Andra again in a happy voice. 

“Yes, I saw it. Don't ask me anymore!” answer Keila upset. 

Andra smiled looking at Keila who was trying hard to endure her embarrassment before her. Andra who felt Keila's reaction was adorable then gave a kiss on both her index finger and middle finger and then placed it on Keila's cheek. 

Cup. 

Keila who felt a touch on her cheek then turned her face towards Andra with a surprised face. “What did you just do?” 

“I was too anxious with your reaction so I gave a small kiss on your cheek with this.” Andra raised both of her fingers and showed them to Keila. “Only small kisses from both of my fingers.”

Keila froze to see and hear what Andra was saying. Keila looked at Andra who was looking at her with a loving look. In the silence between her and Andra, Keila spoke to herself. I hope liking this guy isn't another mistake I've made. I hope so.
