4. MISADVENTURES THAT COME IN A ROW OF 4

Keila felt a bad feeling when she saw Noah who was not far from where he was. Keila looked around and saw that there was only another man not far from where he was. Should I ask him for help? If yes, what should I tell him? Would that man believe me if I told him that the man I'm talking to right now is a stalker? 

Keila hesitated for a moment. Given what happened to Mr. Agung because of him, Keila no longer wanted to make others hurt because of him. So. . . Keila mustered all her courage and made up her mind to face her former lover - Noah, without the help of anyone else. This is my problem. Either way, only I can finish it.

“I'm here to see you, Key. You know, I'm really sorry I cut off my relationship with you. Without asking you first, I trusted Yuna's words about you and your secret admirer in your workplace. I really feel guilty about that, Key. Will you forgive me and come back to me, Key?” Noah tried to persuade Keila with his words and his pitiful gaze. 

But the current Keila is not the old Keila. 

Keila will not be fooled by Noah's persuasion after what befell Mr. Agung – his boss who is always good to Keila. “I've forgiven you, Noah. But even so, I won't be in a relationship with you anymore. After what you did to the Great Sir, I know that you are just a selfish human being who only cares about you. You lost me, it's all your own fault. You trust Yuna – more your ex-boyfriend than I was your boyfriend back then.” 

Keila managed to say what was in her heart all along that she had not spoken to Noah when she ended her relationship with Keila just like that. 

“I know, I was wrong. Therefore. . I now stand here, before you to apologize to you and ask you to come back to me. That day I was guilty of not asking you correctly about your secret admirer.” Noah spoke by name pleading with Keila. 

Keila exhaled and looked towards the river below her feet. “I've told you I've forgiven your mistakes of time. . . I can't be with you anymore. Not after you hurt the people around me. Three days ago you injured Mr. Agung – my boss who already thinks of me as his own son. In the future, you will definitely do it again for whatever reason.” 

“You sure you don't want to be back with me again, Key?” 

Keila nodded her head. “No, I don't want to be back with you again. I'm sure it's.” Keila gave an answer with complete confidence. 

Noah exhaled a long breath and stared towards the river under the bridge and shortly afterwards laughed loudly. The laughter managed to make Keila shudder in fear within a short period of time. 

“You should thank me, I asked you to come back to me, Key.” 

Keila took one step back as she felt the gaze Noah cast on her turn into a frightening gaze that Keila had never seen before. 

“I don't need to thank you for that, Noah. Now. . . You must surrender yourself for injuring Mr. Agung and making him hospitalized!” Keila tried to pick up the phone in her bag to call the police and call for help. 

But before Keila managed to open the bag, Noah first took out his folding knife and pointed it right at Keila. 

“When I really love you, Keila. I really love you. I only made one mistake and you didn't give me a chance to fix myself. You turned me down without giving me a chance, Keila. Aren't you meaner than God, Keila?” Noah spoke still by brandishing his folding knife towards Keila.

Keila took one more step back along with Noah who took a step forward to approach Keila. 

“You've really lost your mind, Noah!” Keila tried to brave herself in front of the knife that was pointing at her in Noah's grasp. Keila thought that if the look on her face just once showed fear, Noah would use it to intimidate and attack Keila to get his wish. 

“Who am I like, Key?” Noah took two more steps forward towards Keila. “I'm like this because of you, Key. Because I love you, Key.” 

“No!” Keila took one more step back. “You are not like this because of me. You are like this because of your own actions. It's your own fault not someone else's. You don't love me either. It's just your obsession after parting ways with Yuna. You want to come back to me to avenge Yuna who has cheated on you after you broke up with me.” 

“If I can't have you, Keila, then no one else should have you.” Noah took two more steps forward towards Keila. 

“What do you mean, Noah?” Keila stepped back again and glanced towards the man who was standing not far away from her. Keila did not want to involve the foreign man who was busy listening to music with both earphones attached to his ears and was busy looking towards the river under the bridge. Keyla tried to get her cell phone in her bag. 

“You still ask, Key?” Noah took two steps closer to Keyla. “Stop that hand, Key! You think I didn't know you were trying to call the police and ask them for help. If we can't be together alive, then we can be together dead, dear Keila.” 

Hearing the word “Dear Dearest Keila” came out of Noah's mouth, making Keila's body shudder in an instant. Suddenly a feeling of disgust and nausea appeared in Keila when she remembered all her memories together with Noah while still dating. Call “Keila dearest” is a call that Noah always uttered when he was with Keila. 

“Stop saying that, Noah!! I'm really disgusted to hear it.” Keila shouted towards Noah. This time Keila did not care anymore the foreign man nearby heard his words or not. Right now Keila just wanted to get rid of her feelings of disgust, nausea and her memory of Noah residing inside her. “I'm sorry to know you, Noah. I'm sorry I had a relationship with you, Noah! I regret!. I'm really sorry!” 

“Then, we better die together, Keila!!” Noah, who had lost his mind because of Keila's words, then ran towards Keila by brandishing his folding knife towards Keila's body with the intention of killing Keila. 

Seeing the depressing shadow of death in the place of his precious memories with his father, Keila could only close her eyes when she saw Noah running towards him with the intention of wanting to kill him. Blindfolded and resigned to the impending death, Keila spoke to her father who was already in a different world. I'm sorry, Dad. I'm not being a good daughter like Dad hoped. Though I should have been looking for a lover like Dad, in fact I actually got a man who made me lose my life. Soon after this, I'll meet with Dad.

Keila opened her eyes when she heard a loud sound from a metal object that had fallen into the street. As soon as she opened her eyes, Keila only realized that there was a hand that was circular on the left side of her waist. The strong wind made Keila able to clearly smell the masculine scent of someone hugging her from behind. 

“Who are you??” 

Keila looked at Noah who was staring in anger at the person behind Keila. 

“I??” The man behind Keila spoke fearlessly even in his voice facing Noah. 

Keila looked towards Noah and realized that the folding knife that had been in Noah's hand was now out of Noah's hand and lying on the side of the road. Keila glanced towards the man who was still hugging his left waist tightly. What the hell is he doing? Is this guy trying to help me? 

“Yes, You!! Whoareyou? Why are you meddling in my business?? This girl is my lover, take your hands off my lover's waist!!” 

The foreign man who had been tightly hugging Keila's waist then let go of his embrace and pulled Keila behind his body. The man then stood in front of Keila and used his body as Keila's shield. 

“She is my lover, that's why I hugged her. I've been trying to hold myself back since I wished my girlfriend could solve her problems with you, her ex. But it turns out that you do not want to solve the problem well and instead intend to kill my lover.” 

“Cannot be!” shouted Noah. “It is impossible in a short time, Keila already has a lover. You must be lying!”

At the same time, Keila also said the same thing in her mind. What did I just hear about this? This guy says he's my lover? This is impossible! Although it was true that his intention was to save me but pretending to be a lover was something unreasonable.
