32. STATUS OF LOVER 3

That day, Andra really took her time for Keila. From preparing food for Keila, reading books to Keila and accompanying Keila to finally falling asleep because of the medicine she was taking. Keila thought Andra would go home to her apartment and disappear from her side when she woke up. But once again Keila guessed wrong. Andra remained with him when Keila woke up from her sleep. Andra even fell asleep in a sitting position beside Keila's bed while tightly grasping Keila's hand. 

And it was a sight that made Keila feel happy when she saw it. 

A day passed quickly when Keila was with Andra. The morning changes by day, the day changes by night and returns again to the morning of the next day. 

After a week or so before Keila left alone for her office on a city bus, this time Keila came to his office together with Andra just like on the first day Keila went to work after her month-long suspension. 

“Thank you for driving me,” Keila said as Andra's black Pajero stopped three blocks from the company Keila worked for. 

“You had lunch together?” ask Andra. 

“Can I not have lunch with you today? Nuri, Suci and Irene must be worried about me and want to have lunch with me later.” 

“Alright then. I won't argue over your lunch time again when your breakfast and dinner time are mine.” 

“. .” Keila froze for a moment to hear Andra's words. Although after a month and more Keila heard Andra's speech, Keila was still not used to it and several times, Keila would freeze like this when she heard Andra's words like that. 

“You're freezing again? Does this really make you awkward? Don't you like the way I talk?” 

“T-no. B-not that,” Keila replied spontaneously. “I love the way you talk this. You're very honest in your talk and I like that. It's just, I'm still not used to hearing it.” 

“Truely so?” ask Andra to make sure. 

Keila nodded her head. “Ya.” 

“I'm glad to hear that then. Send me a message when you're done. I'll pick you up here again.” 

“Ya.” Keila then opened the car door and prepared to get off. Keila who was about to get off the car then stopped her intentions when Keila's other hand was pulled by Andra. Keila looked at Andra with a confused look. “What's up?” 

Andra did not answer Keila's question. Andra raised her other thumb and gave a small kiss to her thumb. Andra's thumb was then moved and placed on Keila's cheek. Cup. “This is a sign from me that the woman who received this little kiss is my lover, Keila.” 

Keila blushed in embarrassment and nervousness when she heard Andra's romantic remark. Although Keila had many relationships before, Keila had never had such a romantic lover like Andra. Currently, Keila was reminded of the main character in many novels she had read. Finally, I know why the female lead in many novels has always liked the cold but romantic male lead. Such a type of man really made my heart beat like the picture in a novel. 

“I understand. Then I go first.” Keila opened the car door wider and was about to get off. 

“I didn't get the sign too?” 

For the second time, Keila who was about to get out of the car had to stop her intention again because she suddenly heard Andra who asked for a reply for a small kiss of the sign from her. Keila who did not want her intention to go to work was delayed again, then quickly raised her thumb and gave a small kiss on her thumb just like Andra did. Quickly, Keila then gave the little kiss on her thumb to Andra's cheek. “Are you satisfied?” 

Andra nodded her head with a wide smile on her lips. “Already.” 

“Can I go to work now?” keila asked to make sure that her intentions were not delayed for the third time.

Andra nodded her head again still with a smile on her lips. “Already.” 

“Then, I leave for work.” Keila got down from Andra's car and before closing Andra's door, Keila said her regards to Andra. “Be careful on the road, my-lover.” 

After saying that, Keila quickly closed her car door and walked quickly towards her company building. Keila who endured her embarrassment did not want Andra to chase after her and catch her wet face which was extremely embarrassed at this moment. After making sure that Andra did not get out of the car and chase after him, Keila then stopped her steps and turned to look at the direction where Andra's car had pulled over. He's already gone. She just left after I called her my lover? How could? Was he not happy to hear me call him my lover? Unfortunately, I did something like that. 

For a moment. . . Keila felt a little upset when she realized Andra was leaving. But the notification of the incoming message inside his phone managed to make the annoyance in Keila's heart disappear quickly. A smile appeared on Keila's face when she saw the incoming message coming from Andra. 

[Happy work, my love.]

A red hue appeared on her face, making Keila then put earphones on both her ears to calm her rapidly beating heart at this time for being so happy just because of a small message from Andra. Earphones connected to her phone then play songs in Keila's playlist. This song. . . Keila who walks while listening to the song then smiles again when she hears the same song she had heard while together with Andra enjoying the rain on the veranda of her apartment. 

“I hope, I can have a relationship like in this song. Have a lover whose love will last forever like the lyrics of this song and I hope that lover is you, Keila.”

As soon as he arrived at his company building and inside the room of the editor department where Keila worked, Suci along with Nuri and Irene who were already waiting for Keila's arrival then looked at Keila with a sharp probing gaze. Keila who received the gazes of the three juniors as well as her co-workers felt astonished and confused at the same time. “Why are you three looking at me with such a gaze?” 

Nuri, Suci and Irene took one step at a time to approach towards Keila. The three then opened their mouths together and were about to speak at the same time to Keila. 

“Key.” The Great Sir who had just come and walked behind Keila then called out Keila's name and stopped the Sacred intent along with Irene and Nuri from speaking to Keila. 

“Ya, Sir.” Keila turned her body to look at the Great Sir who called her name. “Good morning, Sir.” 

“You feel better?” asked the Great Sir after stopping his steps a few steps in front of Keila. 

“Already, Sir.” 

“Good then. I hope you don't get sick again and make a mess like yesterday.” Mr. Agung continued his steps and walked past Keila while patting Keila on the shoulder. 

Keila turned around to follow the Great Sir and ignored the three comrades just like that because she was confused by the words of the Great Sir she had just heard. “What mess, Sir? Did I make my colleagues difficult because of my work?” 

Mr. Agung who had just put down his briefcase then pointed his index finger towards Keila and moved his index finger to signal Keila that what Keila said was wrong. “That's not the mess I'm talking about, Key.” 

“If not that, what mess do you mean?” keila asked confused. 

“Just ask your three juniors, Key.” 

Hearing the words of the Great Sir, Keila who had ignored the three juniors and coworkers then turned her body again to look towards Saints, Nuri and Irene. 

“So big brother already paid attention to us and did not ignore us?” Irene asked with a sharp look. 

“Hehe.” Keila felt guilty. “So what mess is meant by Mr Agung? Did my unhealthy state yesterday trouble you guys?” 

“No. We do not feel difficult at all if brother falls ill,” replied the Holy One. 

“Then what happened yesterday until you guys looked at me sharp like this?” ask Keila curious. 

Nuri advanced closer towards Keila and looked sharply at Keila. “Honest tell us, Kak.” 

Glug. Keila gulped down her saliva due to the tense feeling she felt at this moment. “What?” 

Sacred took a step forward to align herself with Nuri before asking Keila. “Kakak have what relationship with Liam-assistant our young director?” 

“Liam? Our young assistant director you idolized?” ask Keila who was astonished.

“Yes, Brother. Who else in this company has Liam's name other than our young assistant director?” nuri. 

 “As I have told you, I only spoke once with Liam when one elevator was with him and Yuna. The rest, I never got in touch with Liam again, maybe only saw him a few times because I passed him in the office.” 

After Suci and Nuri were advancing closer to Keila, it was now Irene's turn to take a step forward to ask Keila. “If you have no relationship with Liam, why was your license delivered by Liam yesterday?” 

“HAH?? What did you just say? Repeat again?” Keila was shocked to hear Irene's question. 

“Yes, Brother. Yesterday Brother really made a big furore because Liam-assistant from the young director came here just to deliver Brother's license for not entering work.” Irene explained what happened yesterday to Keila and the reason of the three juniors Keila looked at her sharply when she had just arrived at the office. 

“Liam delivered my license yesterday?” Keila repeated her question as she still could not believe what she had heard from her three co-workers. 

“Yes, Brother,” answered Saints with a reassuring face. “Why is Brother surprised? Should we be surprised because secretly Brother has a relationship with our handsome young assistant director?”
