Giring Wind City is a city in the kingdom of Swargadwipa which has a large area. It's just, the layout of the city in Giring Wind is not as good as the city of Sky Feet. Because of its vast territory, so many things escaped and some areas there can be said to be slum.
Many thieves in the city of Giring Wind. No serious action was taken by the Duke of Senowangi as long as he could benefit from his position. The city of Giring Angin also rarely get a visit by Sri Maharaja Srengenge Abang and it increasingly makes Duke Senowangi can do his best because he feels unsupervised.
In the western sector, the most slum, is the territory of the thieves. In the area there is a secret headquarters belonging to the Red Tiger group. The headquarters was only used for certain gatherings if the Red Tiger wanted to get in touch with other black stream groups.
Several leaders of the black stream group had come there, including the Magical King swordsman, the Death Flower swordsman, the Black Moon swordsman, the Fire Whip swordsman, the Black Axe swordsman, and many more.
Red Tiger Swordsmen, Black Roses, Skull warriors, Twin Clurite Swordsmen, Ghost Face warriors, and Hellish Poison warriors had finally arrived there.
The meeting of the black warriors discussed their plan to create chaos by attacking the white school first to then paralyze several important cities before they would finally attack the kingdom of Swargadwipa.
Their ultimate goal was to rule the kingdom of Swargadwipa. The movement was of course masterminded by an important figure, the king Swargabhumi who had long wanted to conquer the kingdom of Swargadwipa.
Sri Maharaja Segara Biru secretly established relations with several warriors from the black school. He did not want his actions to be read by white warriors in his kingdom because his desire to conquer the kingdom of Swargadwipa did not get the approval of many high-ranking royal who were mostly relatives of white warriors.
If the plan is successful, he will make the kingdom of Swargadwipa as a puppet kingdom that is subject to the Sri Maharaja Segara Biru. So he was willing to spend a lot of money to support the black-flow swordsmen carry out his plan.
So, if the chaos occurs, what will be read is that black warriors are trying to rule. The name of Sri Maharaja Segara Biru will remain clean, as if he had no interference in the affair.
If the black warriors betray, then he also has a reason to mobilize his army and ask the help of white warriors from his kingdom to finish off the black warriors, if they succeed and gain power in Swargadwipa kingdom.
The plan was only known to the Red Tiger and Magic King warriors only so that the two could recruit various black-flow groups from various kingdoms to join, under the pretext of revenge and control of most of the kingdoms in the land of Mahabhumi, a large island with various kingdoms in it.

The Red Tiger Swordsman then relayed his plans, plans and tactics to attack the white group so that they would not lose many members.
