Pendekar Batari Mahadewi: The Journey to Find Your Self
Episode 168 - Jalu and Niken

At night in the town hall Blue Pearl looks bright. The fire attack that Jalu threw was a very unexpected surprise. About a hundred Swargabhumi supporters whose strength is still far below Jalu shot into space, and some others protect the Hamapadayana train that looks furious because of the chaos that is happening.

Not many of the hundred Swargabhumi warriors who could last long soared in space and fought in the air, so most of the swordsmen who attacked Jalu eventually chose to retreat and wait for an opportunity. The remaining ten people were left who had jointly attacked Jalu. Too bad, the strength of the ten warriors was still insufficient to just make the swordsman of fire come down to earth.

With the fire attacks, soon the ten Swargabhumi warriors who were ganging Jalu fell one by one in a burning state.

The archer soldiers had gathered when Jalu faced off against ten Swargabhumi warriors. As soon as he saw Jalu still survive in the sky, the thousands of archers immediately rained down Jalu with arrows from below. I don't know who told those foolish soldiers to come and attack Jalu with arrows, but because of that stupidity, the archer troops who simultaneously released his arrows in the end only became victims of the fiery energy of Jalu.

The arrows that shot upwards would never be able to penetrate the fire shield that protected Jalu's entire body. Instead, Jalu only gave a light rain of fire that had a big impact on the soldiers who could not avoid it.

The hammer finally came down from space. His body was still waging a terrifying fire. Everyone who was there just silently surrounded Jalu, without anyone daring to start an attack, even though all those people did not know that Jalu's energy had been drained a lot.

“What do you want, swordsman fire?” ask Hamapadayana.

“I want nothing. I'm just disappointed to see the change in this city. Then all of you I want to burn it.” Said Jalu.

“Are you one of the warriors in Swargadwipa's army?” ask Hamapadayana.

“Is it important to know where I'm from and to whom I'm siding?” answer the cold.

Hamapadayana. He tried to measure Jalu's strength and compare it with the strength he had and the strength of his entire army. The mahapatih thought, maybe if he challenged the swordsman, then his men would also help him. With such a large number of troops, it was certainly not difficult to cripple the fire warrior. The difficult thing was to guess Jalu's will. At times Jalu could leave without anyone daring to block him.

“Do you think you can single-handedly beat us all?” hamapadayana Fishing.

“Do you think I want to beat all of you?” reply Jalu.

“Then what do you want?” ask Hamapadayana again. He was annoyed by Jalu's play on words.

“Take out all your best warriors. If you want, they can attack me together.” Challenge Jalu.

Hamapadayana smiled happily. At least that was what he expected, namely to exert all the swordsmen he had to subdue the arrogant young man with the body of fire without him having to get involved and lose face.

“Alright, it's not hard if you want it.” Hamapadayana finally called all the warriors who were with him. All are young warriors who are the same age as Jalu and some are several years older than Jalu. There were at least three hundred warriors who had gathered there. Of course, Jalu would be unlikely to win and the fire man was well aware of the situation. He just hopes, Niken can give a surprise attack in time without having any cue from Jalu.

Swordsmen who have abilities like Jalu are very rare, so after all, his appearance has made his opponents mentally fade before they exchange styles. Fighting Jalu is like fighting a half-stealth warrior. Only high-scientific warriors could last long to exchange attacks with Jalu.

When Jalu's energy had been drained a lot, the fire man darted quickly and looked like he was running away. The warriors who had not been partially burned or tasted the heat of fire from Jalu's body immediately caught the opportunity and chased Jalu in a crowd. Jalu is no longer a fireman to share his energy. When the hundreds of warriors were behind Jalu, Niken showered the warriors with hard and sharp ice crystals.

The warriors were unaware of Niken's presence due to the atmosphere and all the attention was focused on Jalu. Niken's attack cost a lot of lives. And those victims were warriors whose one life was equivalent to fifty to a hundred ordinary soldiers. Some of the warriors who survived Niken's attack chose to jump backwards. They were very surprised, because on that night, they were attacked by two rare capable warriors.

Jalu and Niken darted quickly away from the Blue Pearl city with hundreds or even thousands of victims who were lying lifeless. The arrival of Jalu and Niken not only made the mahapatih Hamapadayana furious, but also realized that Swargadwipa had many mysteries and surprises. For ordinary soldiers, the presence of Jalu and Niken was sure to make them mentally all shrivelled.

Not too far away the pair of young warriors left the Blue Pearl city, three Swargabhumi magic swordsmen followed them. The three warriors had high abilities, only when Jalu and Niken were in action, the three warriors were still on their way and had not yet reached the city.

Moments after Jalu and Niken left with a bad experience, the three titled warriors from Swargabhumi arrived. Without having time to rest, the three are then assigned to pursue Jalu and Niken who have not long left.

The three figures who were chasing Jalu and Niken were the warriors of the Three Twin Dragons who despite their young age, all three of them had been known as the formidable warriors of Swargabhumi. The three did not participate in the war that occurred before. At the invitation and personal request of Maharaja Segara Biru, and of course in lucrative rewards, the swordsman of the Three Twin Dragons set out to the Blue Pearl to join under the orders of the mahapatih Hamapadayana.

Jalu and Niken felt the radiance of the third warrior energy chasing them. Jalu and Niken had no idea how strong the enemy was after him. But anyone who dared to pursue Jalu and Niken, it is certain that they are high-scientific warriors. Jalu and Niken stopped in a vast meadow, in the shade of a full moon hiding half of its face behind a gray cloud.

“There are following us, and maybe soon will be here.” Said Jalu.

“We recover energy as fast as we can. If they are strong warriors, then we are in a less good situation.” Niken said while removing two natural mustika seeds in green.

Without wasting any time, the two immediately recovered. Yet when the two had yet to absorb all the energy from that mustika, the Three Twin Dragons had reached that place.

“Do you mind if you wait a little longer? You also have the right to restore power, so we can have an interesting fight.” Kata Jalu tried to buy time, at least for Niken to complete the energy absorption process that he was doing.

The three warriors looked at each other, then one of them in red robes spoke up, “Alright, we will be waiting for you. We want an interesting fight. So don't disappoint us.” The three warriors sat cross-legged. Each tried to restore their strength after a long journey.

The night is slow moving. The cold wind blew softly, carrying the chatter of crickets and night insects that sounded faint. As the five warriors prepared for the fight, suddenly the wind stopped blowing, and the insects of the night stopped singing.
