Episode 38 Talks With Ki Eagle Sky
The evening sky light in the Upper Cloud village still leaves a tinge of orange that hides the luster of the stars scattered in the sky. Moments after Batari Mahadevi, Jalu, and Niken had a conversation in front, Ki Elang Putih called the three guests to dinner.
On the table have presented some dishes commonly found in the community under the mountain, and some others are fruits shaped strange natural results of the village of Upper Clouds, one of which is sky tomatoes.
“Did Kak Jalu and kak Niken have tasted the fruits while I was away?” Ask Batari Mahadevi.
“Not yet, we haven't eaten those fruits.” Answer Niken.
“Then don't eat first, then just make dessert. You will feel the surprise.” Batari Mahadevi said with a smile.
Ki Elang Langit sat down to accompany the dinner of the three special guests. “Let's be eaten, don't hesitate. Do not forget to taste the fruits of our village. The shape is strange, but the efficacy you can feel later.” Said Ki Eagle Sky.
The three of them then ate the dishes served, then tasted some of the strange fruit. Niken, Jalu, and Batari Mahadewi were amazed by the effects of the fruits. “This fruit can also be dried and stored for several months. It's just, the efficacy is not as good as if eaten while still fresh. If the fruit is blue, the name is a fruit repel poison. As the name suggests, the efficacy of the fruit is to ward off various types of harmful toxins such as snake venom or poison from black warriors although not all can be resisted by this fruit.” Ki Elang Langit.
