Pendekar Batari Mahadewi: The Journey to Find Your Self

Pendekar Batari Mahadewi: The Journey to Find Your Self
Episode 158 Headed to Ice Island #2

Without thinking long, Nala immediately rose to the surface of the water, then he jumped and away from the waterfall. His face was red and he was so ashamed of what he had just experienced. Supposedly, Batari Mahadevi was even more embarrassed, because whether it was obvious or not, Nala was the first to see her whole body without clothes.

After Batari Mahadevi finished dressing, he walked towards a wooden bag that had contained various types of fruits obtained by Nala. The beautiful girl looked towards Nala who was rushing far away, sitting on a rock against a waterfall.

“Nala, come here.” Call Batari Mahadevi. Nala. The man approached Batari Mahadevi. His face was still red leaving shame and he was so awkward to be near Batari Mahadewi.

“I'm sorry, Nala, I swam too long in the river.” Batari Mahadewi said.

“No, I'm the one who's sorry. I was stupid enough to jump into the river to find you. Even if there is nothing, of course you can handle it yourself.” Nala said while bowing her head, she still felt bad to look at Batari Mahadewi's face.

“I'm happy.” Batari Mahadewi.

“You mean?” ask Nala wonder. His heart was beating again.

“I haven't swam in a long time. So I'm happy today. And I'm glad you're worried about me. Thanks.” Batari Mahadewi.

Nala was silent and did not answer. His awkwardness has gone. He stared at the stunning-looking face of Batari Mahadewi with her long wet hair still unraveling. Usually the girl just curled her hair like most long-haired male warriors.

“Don't shut up, eat this. You've been working hard looking for him.” Said Batari Mahadewi to break the silence. His face did not show any anger or resentment because of the incident that had just happened.

“I ate a lot earlier when I took it from the tree. I've tried everything. Tasty and non-toxic.” Nala.

“Hahaha, why is it poisonous. At least I won't eat it. Toxic fruit is usually bitter.” Batari Mahadevi stuffed the fruits into his mouth. His face exuded a sense of satisfaction because the fruits he was eating were very tasty.

In an instant, the magical girl had already finished off half the wooden basket bag they had made on the island of fire. Nala was inexhaustible, how could the girl spend a lot of food, while her body remained in good shape. His mind went back to a moment ago, when he saw Batari Mahadewi swimming slowly and gracefully.

“You shut up, what do you think?” asked Batari Mahadevi after he put the remaining fruits in his wooden basket bag.

“Ah, no. It's okay.” Answer the short.

“You can't fool me!” batari Mahadewi.

“Hahaha, you'll be angry if I say what I think.” Nala.

“Alright, I think I know what you're thinking. Forget about that one. Let's just say you're lucky.” Batari Mahadewi.

“Yes, I'll forget it, even though it seems like I won't be able to forget it.” Nala said while chuckling.

“Don't be brash!” said Batari Mahadevi while throwing pebbles at Nala's head.

The two warriors from the one moon world did not want to linger on the quiet and peaceful island. After being satisfied to enjoy the natural beauty there, the two continued their journey to the island of Ice. Every two or three days of non-stop travel, the two descend onto an island to rest for a while, recovering energy and releasing fatigue as Nala occasionally searches for energy crystals to supply her journey, and Batari Mahadewi filled his wooden basket bag with fruits.

The last island visited by Batari Mahadewi and Nala before the two reached the island of Ice was an island called Luma. The island is quite large inhabited by humans who have long legs and sturdy. Of course, the height of the humans was three times the height of the world's humans one moon. Although it looks strange, but the people of Luma island are tough people, especially when it comes to running.

Batari Mahadevi and Nala had to look up when they passed by the humans of Luma island. Fortunately, the people there were very friendly, and had no problems with the arrival of foreigners like Nala and Batari Mahadevi.

Batari Mahadewi stopped in front of a diner that was seen serving very tempting dishes and arousing hunger.

“You must want to take me to eat there right?!” nala.

“Of course.” says batari Mahadewi.

“You think we have money to use here?” ask Nala.

“Yes, I thought about it. I thought you'd do something for me.” Batari Mahadevi said while looking at Nala's face with a hopeful face, just the plain face of children who were pleading something to their parents.

“Alright..All right, stop that look in your eyes. I'll try to sell you something we brought.” Nala. He immediately set out to find a place where he could sell the energy crystals he brought. Batari Mahadevi cheered triumphantly.

Nala headed to an antique shop. He thrust out a small chunk of gold-colored crystal that he got on the way to the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper's face seemed pleased with the item Nala had brought and exchanged a bag of money.

Nala opened the bag and found sheets of money from stiff and hard animal skins, the same color and size, and the Luma island characters that she did not understand. There is one distinctive symbol and is made in such a way that the money cannot be doubled. In other words, the money was only made in the same place under the auspices of the city lord.

“Thanks a lot.” Nala said as she hurried away from the antique shop. Nala immediately met Batari Mahadevi and showed him what she was carrying. It was easy for the magical girl to read the writing and symbols on the surface of the money.

“I don't know, with this piece of money we can get what. We should try it at the tavern.” said Batari Mahadewi who was impatient to immediately taste the cuisine he saw it. The magical girl entered the tavern and Nala followed her from behind.

“Excuse me, with this piece of money, what food can we get?” ask Batari Mahadewi while looking up to pay attention to the figure of the shop owner who was standing and smiling to welcome the arrival of foreign guests at his store.

“Nona can get all the dishes we have today with that money if miss spends it all. So, just order what the lady wants, I'll return the rest of the money. But, we're really sorry, our table and chairs are like that.” The owner said while pointing at the table and chairs in his shop. Everything is large and tall. Compatible with the shape of the houses of Luma island residents who are all high.

“We can sit at the table if allowed.” Batari Mahadewi.

“Of course you can, miss. Please order what miss wants to eat today.” The shop owner said.

“We both want the best dishes from this store.” Batari Mahadewi.

“Then, please wait miss, we will immediately prepare the best dishes we have as soon as possible.” The shop owner said.

Batari Mahadevi and Nala headed to one of the empty tables. Some of the tavern visitors who had been there looked at the two who looked short in their eyes. Some also held back laughter as Nala and Batari Mahadewi jumped up and sat down at the dinner table, as the table and chairs were much taller than they were.

Nala and Batari Mahadevi did not care if the people in the tavern laughed at them both. Moments later, the food they ordered had arrived. The amount of food was far more than they had imagined, all of them emitting a scent that made saliva drool. Nala ate casually, but the beautiful girl in front of her was eating voraciously and like a very hungry person. Not only his own menu that he ate, but also half of Nala's rations.

After eating the store's cooking in large quantities, Batari Mahadewi looked satisfied, he rubbed his stomach full. Nala just shook her head and was astonished. Not only Nala, some visitors to the tavern did not expect that the little girl in front of them could swallow so much food.

After the two are satisfied, Nala gives a piece of money to the store owner without asking for change. The shop owner was very happy. No problem for Nala, because after the two left the island, then a lump of money they had was no longer useful.

“Nala, our money is still a lot, it's a pity if we go directly today as well. How about we stay a few days on this island, spend that money.

“If it is only a few days, I think this money will still not run out. But no problem, the rest of the money we can donate before we go.” Nala.

“See in that direction, it looks like it's crowded, let's see!” pinta Batari Mahadevi's. The two walked towards the source of the crowd not far in front of them. There were some people showing abilities, some kind of traveling circus. One thing that makes Nala and Batari Mahadewi a little slack, one of the players in the show of ability from afar looks like a silver man.
