The Root of the Kuk Tree

Rui immediately drained his magic, reducing the freezing in Jian's body. She didn't care if the body was still breathing or not, Rui just wanted to save her and keep her warm in her arms.

Rui ran to bring him into the portal. In a few seconds, they appeared at the top of the mountain again. Rui picked up her wand that had fallen on that spot before she entered the portal.

Rui immediately flew away bringing Jian back to Zhu and Zhi's house. He was crying all the way. The storm raged at all times on this cliff that he passed by.

"Hold, Jian. At least until we get through this storm," Rui muttered softly. He maintained his concentration as best he could. He had to fly steadily so that Jian did not feel any pain.

The body had been frozen and buried for days. If thinking clearly, Rui would naturally not consider Jian really not dead, right?

"Ouch!" a tree fell down, hitting the end of Rui's magic wand that flew not too high.

Rui fell rolling over from the top of the cliff. His hands hugged Jian tightly so as not to separate.

Rui's body stopped rolling after arriving at the bottom of the cliff. Rui closed her eyes, sighing in relief as it did not last long.

Rui tried to stand up again, then flew back towards Zhu and Zhi's house. But it looks like his leg is sprained. He can't stand up anymore.

Rui sobbed, "Jian, you have to hold on," Rui grimaced, relying on her staff to stand up again.

"Enough, Rui." Someone appeared and held both of his shoulders, staring sincerely.

Rui looked up, seeing that figure, Rui cried even louder, "Zhu, hurry please Jian."

Zhu waved his hand, a teleportation portal appeared that went straight towards his house. Rui handed Jian to Zhu, they entered the portal together.

"Is Jian okay, Zhu?" Rui asked again.

It was the third time he had asked the same question. Zhu has not given an answer until now. His healing magic still enveloped Jian's body..

Neo thanked me before leaving the room.

"Meow!" Piu Piu followed in his footsteps.

"Where did you come from?" Neo is surprised to see Piu Piu again. The cat had saved him from the cave. After disappearing for days, Piu Piu appears again after Jian is found again.

Zhi chuckled softly seeing the two arguing.

Zhi immediately closed her mouth, "You guys have a unique relationship. I'm just glad to finally hear you guys arguing again. I'm glad you guys are back okay. The next few days, Jian would also definitely be fine. We must quickly arrive at the Yellow Blob Forest."

Neo and Rui stared at each other, then chuckled to themselves hearing Zhi's words. That doesn't sound like the real people.

Neo did not respond, continuing to dig until he saw the Root of the Kuk Tree which they were about to take to treat Jian's wounds.
