New Magic Entity

We only need to pass two more red dots to arrive at the center of the labyrinth. The route now is to turn left and meet the last intersection. The red point is at that intersection.

We have to go through it and turn to the left route, our next road should be easier, just need to follow the existing road, then turn right on the last route. That's where the last red dot will move.

We must pass through this immovable red dot before two hours, so that the moving red dot does not first arrive at our place. If so, all of our plans will fail miserably!

"Stop!" neo's magic wand stopped suddenly.

Rui and I desperately slowed down the pace of our magic wand. Why did Neo suddenly stop?

"Look!" Neo exclaimed softly, his hand pointing straight ahead, "Could it be the next red dot? He's covering the intersection we're about to cross, Jian."

I squinted, "Go ahead."

"Why does it look like something's asleep?" Rui looked forward.

We've seen it. It was a dog. Who was fast asleep in the middle of the intersection we were supposed to cross.

"Why in question? He's just sleeping, right? We just pass over it. That won't wake him up." Neo was about to climb his magic wand again.

But the big dog immediately woke up and barked ferociously due to Neo's voice. We reflexed away, the dog regained his composure after we had no sound, he fell asleep again.

"We can't wake a sleeping dog, Neo," Rui whispered.

"Bodo very, he's not our dog either." Neo shrugged his shoulders unconcernedly, then was about to float above the dog's body again.

I immediately pulled her back, "Not for no reason, Neo. But you know that this dog is very easy to wake up. And he was quite fierce, look at that creepy face, wasn't it too high-risk to just pass him by?" I tried to explain it as clearly as possible to him.

"Does it have to be that complicated?" Neo held his staff tightly, then read a spell.

When we were right on top of the dog, we were shocked because the dog suddenly woke up and hit us with its front legs.

Neo was thrown a dozen meters away, I landed myself next to Neo. Instead of waiting for him to throw my body, it was better to give up first to devise a new plan.

Rui followed me, we gathered again, but our position got further and further from the left intersection we were supposed to cross.

Rui brought her right hand closer to the dog's face, we saw the dog not even making a sound in front of Rui.

"You, locked up here, huh?" Rui mumbled softly.

The dog barked softly, his voice looking pitiful. It seemed, this dog was lonely for thousands of years as long as the seal of the Candle of Eternity was active.

"We're also locked up here, man," Rui stroked his face. The dog did not rebel, instead letting Rui stroke his head more.

"We want to get out, don't you want to?"

"What if you let us through? Our goal here, is to help you get out of this place, man. If you let us through, we'll save you from here."

The dog barked, his voice no longer sounded creepy, but instead turned into the sound of an adorable puppy barking.

"Can you help us by letting us through?" Rui smiled gently. The dog removed his body from the crossing.

Rui pointed her thumb at us. We immediately approached her. The fierce dog casually licked his body, as if it did not care any more for us who stood so close to him.

"Well, Rui. You have a special ability to deal with a fierce dog." Neo praised.

Rui chuckled, "He's not a fierce dog. He feels threatened by our presence. He's been here for a long time, and never had any interruptions before. But we came and surprised him. But now it's okay, he's letting us go."

"How did you do it, Rui?" I asked, looking at the big dog who now seemed to get along well with Rui.

"I used to keep dogs, Jian. Do you remember Huihui?" Rui stared at the dog, "He's like Huihui, Jian. The colors, the eyeballs, the sound, the tail, I seemed to have known him from the beginning. The difference was, her body size was larger by many times than Huihui's," Rui wiped her tears, "That's why I understand a dog's sadness so much."

Huihui is the puppy that Rui got from his father before his father died. But Huihui does not live long. The puppy died in the first year Rui kept it. He was sad for days, I got tired of taking him to the dog house every weekend. Rui had yet to find a dog that could replace Huihui in her heart.

Rui received the book, then smiled and thanked Neo. He leaned over in front of the dog, like asking permission to take it away.

The dog immediately jumped up and down in excitement, barked happily, and circled around Rui.

"He's feeling good, Rui!" I exclaimed with pleasure.

"If Rui is really going to have a magic entity, doesn't that mean that only I myself don't have one?" Neo grunting.

"Are you going to pick one up too, Neo? Didn't we also meet deer, wolves and polar bears? You can pick up one of them," I stroked the top of Piu Piu's head, Rui hugged his new dog.

Neo put on a look of disdain, "I'm sorry but I don't really like animals."

Now, we only need to pass one more red dot towards the center of this labyrinth. Then destroy the seal of the Eternity Candle. We'll be home soon.
