The journey after the fight with the fox felt more exhausting than before. They decided not to fly anymore because it was too draining, Neo said they had to adjust to the environment, flying did not make them know the Forest of Curious Spirits better.

The lake and the academy were located on the edge of the Curious Spirit Forest, and were directly adjacent to the cotton fields they had previously passed through.
