We Should Keep Friends

I opened my eyes, my body was caught by someone, and then dropped me off in a place that was not reachable by the storm, he was again Neo.

After making sure I was safe, Neo again ran through the big storm. His body was lost among the storms.

Srooma!

A barrier shot towards me, I turned my body back, Rui ran fast with her magic wand, there were tears on her cheeks.

I smiled with relief, Rui chose to come back and help me and Neo. I expected it, Rui won't really leave us.

I was sitting inside the barrier of Rui, underneath me was a stretch of snow, but the air inside the barrier was quite warm, Rui knew I was cold, so he sent out a bit of his magic energy along with the barrier.

Despite not seeing it clearly, Rui was helping Neo drive away the storm. I didn't hear their quarrel calls, after this, they'll be fine again.

The storm stopped after thirty minutes of ravaging the entire mountain peak, Rui and Neo landed in front of me.

Neo smiled faintly, there were traces of blood on his pale lips, "The body, it has stopped, Jian," he muttered softly, then sat down on the snow.

"Neo, do you understand what our journey really means?" I put on a thick robe on Neo's body, then crouched down in front of him.

Neo did not reply, wiped the tip of his lips, then chuckled, "Rui, I'm sorry for you," Neo looked at Rui who stood his back to us, "Can you forgive me, Rui?" Neo stood up, I stared at his trembling legs.

Neo seemed to be losing so much spiritual energy. His body was limp and unable to even stand.

I asked Neo to walk up to Rui, "Make her trust you again, Neo. Thanking him, today he saved your life," I whispered in his ear.

Neo stuck out a hand, "You can shake my hand if you're willing to forgive me, Rui. If my mistake is inexcusable, you just ignore it until I freeze here" Neo smiled.

Rui flipped her body, looked at Neo calmly, then without waiting anymore, she landed her embrace on Neo's body.

The two of us stared at the spot, watching Rui who was back crying in Neo's arms, still silent for a few minutes.

"I also want to thank you, Rui, you saved me again" Neo said.

"We're still friends, Neo. Although I don't forgive you though, we should still be friends," Rui still hugged her, "The three of us still have to be friends," Rui looked at me.

I smiled happily, joining the two of them. In the end, the three of us had to remain friends.

"We better eat now, Jian, Rui. We've already missed lunchtime," Neo reached into his little bag, "Unfortunately this afternoon, we should eat some more bread," Neo took out a bag of fresh bread, smiling widely.

"I have some sweet snacks, eat these too, Neo, Jian," Rui handed us her sweet snacks.

The three of us ate with fullness despite being over an hour late.

"What are you going to do for the first time when we get home?" Neo popped out a random question.

But it was fun enough to fill the void at lunchtime.

"I want to buy a lot of new comics, I'm definitely missing a lot of seasons" I replied first.

"If I, I want to hug my parents, I really miss them," Rui smiled.

Neo laughed, "I think only Jian is still thinking about the comics," his laughter hardened.

"If you are, Neo?" I cut his laughter with a question that made Neo instantly speechless.

"I .., I want to buy a million new marbles," Neo pulled out the rest of the marbles from the small bag, "Look, that many marbles are only ten," Neo counted it with his fingers.

Rui and I immediately reeled, unable to swallow any more food, really only able to laugh!

"Neo, I thought you were the only one with such insignificant importance as marbles!" Rui laughed again, this time firmer with her mouth wide open.

Neo screeched, "Jian's new comic is no more important than my marbles!" Neo kept the rest of his marbles again.

I laughed out loud, "Your marbles are more useless, Neo!"

Rui immediately nodded, "It's better to buy a new hair dye than to buy a million marbles!" yells.

A loud explosion suddenly stopped our laughter, we immediately made a huge barrier to protect ourselves.

Thick smoke billowed just like that, Neo drove away the dark smoke, examined what had fallen on it, thus causing the bang to be so intense and causing the ground to tremble.

As soon as the thick smoke disappeared, we were made to glare by something very bright. It is a portal!

"Neo, look at this!" I showed the map of the mountain top, the writing there changed, no longer writing directions.

"White Portal."

That's what it says there. We excitedly jumped into the portal immediately.

Limits.

After arriving at the end of the portal, we really had to understand more about the meaning of our trip. As the further along our journey, the more obstacles that stand in our way.

The only way to solve it is to unite.

We walked through a towering maze of ice. The map in my hand turned into swathes of labyrinths that we were passing through. There are three blue dots on the left. That was us. And there were about twenty red dots scattered all over the labyrinth. I still don't know what the red dot is.

"Where are we going to walk?" Neo.

"We just follow the directions. This map can't possibly lie, right?" I answered the origin, walk first.

"What if the map turns out to be a Google Maps twin?" Neo.

"No way, Neo. The map was the reincarnation of Dora's map," Rui spelled out our rare fingers.

We laughed and realized we were talking nonsense.

"Of course the map won't lie, if he's lying, then Zhi is to blame" Neo took the map out of my hands.

"We turn left," Neo turns left, "Right turn," after which Neo turns right.

"That's a dead end, Neo," I pulled the hood off his robe.

"Eh, we go back first, I took the wrong path, it should not be to the right, but to the left again," Neo turned around, back to the previous point.

"Neo, what's the red dot in front of that?" Rui asked while pointing to the map.

"That should be the next hurdle" Neo's reply sounded like he didn't care much about it.

But the red dot seemed to be coming towards us, "Neo, I think we should find another way first, after the red dot has passed, and then we pass it," I gave the safest advice for the safety of the lives of the three of us.

Neo chuckled instead, "You're scared, Jian?" his face looks very arrogant.

"Don't underestimate something we haven't seen before, Neo," Rui walked over with anxious feelings. I nodded, "We should have been vigilant early on, Neo," I warned.

Neo waved his hand, "After all, what could be in the middle of this ice maze, Jian? At least some small obstacles like traps," he said with a tone that sounded annoying.

Rui and I stared at each other, alright, it's up to Neo. Advising him would be useless, let him understand first what it is to be vigilant.

We were on the right track, the red dot kept on going towards us. Now we really can't guess what those obstacles really are.

We arrived at the next intersection. This time our direction is right, and when we turn, we will be directly faced with the red dot.

"Prepare your magic wand," Neo immediately took out Pru before turning.

Me and Rui nodded, immediately taking out the magic wand, Piu Piu also came out in his transformation position.

"One ..., two ..., three!" Neo stepped forward.

The three of us suddenly fell silent looking at the red dot that was walking.

It turned out to be ....
