"Are your eyes blind? The road is not Becus! You want to get fired!"

A long-haired, sharp-eyed woman pushed Claire so hard that she fell down and sat down by the elevator door.

"Next I'll fire you from here." The woman smiled mockingly and picked up her phone and was about to leave, but was held back by Claire.

The woman shook Claire's hand and turned around with an angry face. Once again he pushed Claire's body until she hit the wall. "Low women like you don't dream of getting an apology from me" said the woman haughtily.

"What's the commotion outside?" Sean who was talking seriously with Ken was disturbed when he heard a noise outside his room.

Ken walked out of Sean's room at a quick pace. Five minutes later he came back and whispered something to Sean. There was no change in Sean's face there was only a slight frown on his forehead, but only a moment later it disappeared.

"Call them here" Sean ordered.

Ken goes back out and comes back together with Sean's secretary Claire and the woman he fought with. Sean looked at the three women who were now standing before him with the look of their eyes read.

Before speaking, his gaze stopped on Claire. "Explain to me why are you guys making a fuss outside my room?"

Although flat, but Sean's words were able to make them all scared. Sean was famous for not talking much, but once he spoke, the atmosphere became terrible. Every utterance that came out of his mouth was obligatory and no one dared to refute him.

Claire was already curious that the woman must have been supported by one of the high-ranking officials in the company, otherwise how could she have the confidence to fire her and treat her casually. It turns out she's taking refuge behind Sean, her own future husband.

Sean looked at the woman. "Aletha, watch your attitude. This is the office." Aletha instantly fell silent and released her hand from Sean's arm with a pouting face.

Sean then turned to look at Claire. "What's your name?"

"Who do you think you are? How dare to ask me to apologize," Aletha interrupted with a haughty face.

Sean's eyelashes lifted quickly, then advanced his body while looking at Claire. "So you don't want to apologize to her?" Sean's speech was very flat, but it had an aura of pressure behind it.

Hearing that, Alea and Ken walked out first in fear of seeing Sean's anger, while Aletha swallowed her saliva with trembling hands when she saw Sean's terrifying gaze.

"All right, I'm going out." Aletha stepped out after casting a sharp glare at Claire.

After Aletha's departure, Sean looked at Claire a moment ago and said, "The first day of work has already made a fuss. Bluffing people and being rude to seniors who have higher positions than you. You think this company belongs to your family?"

"CEO Sean was so protective of that woman, was she your lover? You didn't even give me a chance to defend myself."

Sean's forehead was wrinkled to hear Claire's words. "Why? Are you afraid your position as my future wife will be threatened?"

"No, I'm glad he could replace me. That way, I can escape from this matchmaking."

Sean's gaze instantly became cold and his face hardened. "Get out!"

While returning home from work, Sean sees Claire standing at the exit of his office along with a man. He stopped his footsteps for a moment to stare towards Claire and the man.

A cold aura emanated from Sean's body and his black eyes turned dark when he saw Claire talking familiarly to the man.

Arriving at the Sean family residence, Claire immediately went to her room to clean her body. He came back downstairs at dinner. After dinner, Sean climbed into his study without speaking.

As Claire gets upstairs, Sean's mother invites her to talk in the back garden. Sean's mother deliberately invited him to talk there so that no one heard their speech.

"Aunt Kate, what do you want to talk to me about? Is there anything I have to do after this" Claire asked after 5 minutes of silence.

Sean's mother turned to face Claire. "Tell me, what do you want you to want to cancel your match with my son?" ask Sean's mother without further ado.
