"What are you doing here?" Sean confronted Claire with the man in front of the VIP room.

Claire and the man looked straight at Sean. "Do you know him?" The man looked at Claire who looked drunk. The man is Jack, Claire's bodyguard and her 5-year-old childhood friend.

Claire shakes. "I don't know him." Claire looked down with her eyes half closed.

After saying that they would cancel their match, they now do not know him. Does Claire think she can be played with?

Sean's face hardened, his cold gaze sweeping over Claire's face. "Claire, don't test my patience."

Jack turned his eyes towards Sean. "Sorry sir, but he said he didn't know you. Please move. We want to pass."

Sean flinching. He won't give way to Claire and Jack. "You can't take him away. He'll come home with me."

Jack looked at Sean. "What are you gonna do with a drunk girl like her?"

Jack is obviously wary of Sean. In the city of S, Claire did not know a single person. She can't let Claire go with a man that even Claire doesn't know.

Sean's eyelids were raised. The look in his eyes still emitted a cold aura. "I should have asked you, where are you taking this drunk girl?"

Jack realizes that Sean suspects him. Probably thinks he's a striped-nose guy who wants to use a drunk girl like Claire. "Sir, like you misunderstood me. I'm not the man you think I am. This girl, she's my sister."

Although only a glance, Sean's forehead had shrunk. How could he trust the man before him at this moment. His grandfather said he lived a long time and had no family. He's been investigating Claire, too. No, she found out she had a sister. And even more so a man.

"Unfortunately, I don't believe you. This girl she doesn't have an older brother. I am her future husband. So, don't try to lie to me."

Jack's eyes grew slightly. If she says she's her future husband, it means she's Sean who will be betrothed to Claire, but why would Claire say she doesn't know him?

Jack then turned to Claire to confirm what the man in front of him was saying. "Claire, look at that guy properly. Are you sure you don't know him?"

Claire's still down. His body could not stand up straight from being drunk. If it wasn't held by Jack, he might have fallen.

"He said he was your future husband, is that right?" Jack never knew the face of the man he had been betrothed to Claire. All she knows is that Claire's parents set her up with a man named Sean.

Claire raised her head staring at Sean, seconds later she tilted her head staring with a confused face. "My husband-to-be?" Claire examined Sean's face carefully. "Is this handsome guy really my future husband?" Claire still seemed to not believe that the man in front of her was her future husband.

Sean's brows furrowed unnoticed by Claire and Jack. "Sister, do you think that handsome guy is really my future husband? Is he not drunk?" Claire asked with her stupid face with minimal awareness.

Jack took a breath. Claire gets drunk easily. If he was drunk, he was very troublesome and often raved indistinctly. Sometimes they even misunderstand people. "I told you, you can't drink too much."

Sean seemed to be getting impatient to see the drama in front of him. He then pulled Claire's hand and hit her body.

"He'll come home with me. I don't care who you are, but you can't take her away because I'm more entitled to take her than you." Finished talking to Sean and took Claire away with him without being rejected by Claire.

While Jack can only look at the departure of Sean and Claire. He could not catch up for fear of his identity being exposed.

Nicko immediately looked. "Who is this woman?" His face looked familiar in Nicko's eyes.

"Don't ask too many questions. Order it!"

"Alright, you wait here."

After Nicko's departure, Sean lays Claire's body on a long sofa. He ignored Claire who kept muttering indistinctly.

Moments later, Nicko returns with the keys to the room. They then went upstairs, to the room that Nicko had ordered. "Now tell me, who is this woman?" ask Nicko while looking at Claire who has been laid on the bed by Sean.

"He's Claire." Sean replied while walking towards the sofa and followed by Nicko behind him.

"So he's the one you're betrothed to?" His face was not unfamiliar when he saw it. She had indeed seen the photo of Claire circulating on the internet.

Sean just nodded. "It turns out she's prettier than I thought. But why does it look so different to the one in the photo? She doesn't look like the girl from the village." Nicko sat opposite Sean with a surprised face.

Sean snorted coldly. He had already seen Claire's current appearance when meeting her in A city. He was drunk like this. Looks like that's the way to hook a rich man with attractive looks.

Sean remained silent, not responding to Nicko's remarks. He simply sat down with a lazy face after taking a quick glance at Nicko. "If you don't want to be with her, give it to me. I'll take it with pleasure."

Sean raised his eyelids quickly. His gaze became cold and piercing. "I'm just kidding." He then stood up. "I'm going down."

Sean nodded. "I'll catch up later."

Nicko. After Nicko's departure, Sean walks over to Claire's bed. He stood up while looking at Claire's face. "Wild, Wild...."

Even when in a state of unconsciousness, he still remembered his former lover.

Sean's excretions became gloomy and his body became stiff. The air around me is getting colder. "Claire, how dare you mention another man's name when you're with me."

Claire opened her eyes. His gaze met with Sean for a moment, then woke up from his sleep and walked up to Sean. "Do I look stupid in your eyes?" Claire asked Sean to talk.

"Wild, did you deliberately invite me to your wedding to hurt me? Is it not enough that you ruined my life? I hate you Wild, I hate you so much. I'll show you that I can be happy without you. I heard that!" scream Claire.

"This pain, you'll feel it someday." Claire continues to fumble without her realizing that the person in front of her is Sean.

Sean's black eyes were so thick, they looked like a speck of anger in his eyes. "Women like you don't deserve to be my wife."

After saying that, Sean walked out of the room by slamming the door hard. He returns to the bar where Nicko is waiting for him. Nicko felt astonished when he saw Sean's face becoming gloomy. He was silent when he saw Sean finish several bottles of booze to make him drunk.

Because Sean is no longer moving, Nicko finally asks the bar attendant to help him take Sean to the room he has booked. He can't bring Sean home drunk, not to mention Claire drunk too.

Nicko lays Sean in the same bed as Claire. He thought it was fine to put them in the same room. Without her guessing that decision would change Claire and Sean's lives.
