"Claire, what's wrong?"

Sean's mother turned to her son-in-law while on an air journey towards the city of L. While on her way from home to the airport, Claire looks a lot silent and calm. Last night he was fine.

Claire's daydream instantly became crumpled. "I'm fine, Mother," Claire replied as she turned to her mother-in-law.

"Did you fight with Sean?" ask Sean's mother carefully. During her time as Sean's wife, only this time she sees Claire daydreaming. In the past, even though Sean ignored her, Claire seemed to care less.

"No Mother. We're fine."

Sean's mother doesn't seem to fully believe his daughter-in-law's words, but even so, she doesn't want to force Claire to speak the truth. After being silent for a while, Claire finally asked her mother-in-law.

"Mom, can I ask you something about Sean?"

Sean's mother did not answer immediately, but rather she was silent for 3 seconds. "Yes, what do you want to ask Mom?"

Claire changed her seat slightly to face her mother-in-law. "Casandra, was that the woman you were referring to at the time?"

Sean's mother seemed to be thinking with a frown. "Women who could conceive Sean's child other than me, is it Casandra?"

The frown on Mother Sean's forehead instantly disappeared afterwards, she replied calmly. "Where do you know his name?"

"I've heard his name mentioned by a reporter during an interview with Sean."

Feeling guilty for ever discussing Casandra, Sean's mother displayed a guilty face. Sean's mother then grabbed Claire's hand and gently clasped her hand.

"Claire, it's just Sean's past. I didn't mean to make you hurt or hurt. I just want you to be more careful in maintaining the integrity of your household than the woman who was once very close to her. That woman was almost married to Sean, if only...."

"If only .. What is Mother?" ask Claire when she doesn't get it. She looked at her mother-in-law while looking at her face.

Sean's mother turned back to Claire and then smiled forcefully. "The past is not good to bring it up. It'll just put some distance between you and Sean later. You are his wife now. Your position is legally stronger than her."

"But I can't keep that woman's position in Sean's heart, Mom. Sean never considered me his wife."

Sean's mother sighed softly. "Try to pay more attention to him and immediately give him offspring. Maybe if you're pregnant, she'll turn out to love you."

Claire pensively for a moment. "Mother, honestly from the beginning I accepted this match, I did not love Sean, but I tried to accept my destiny and live my home life like everyone else. I never thought about parting with him if Sean could accept me, but if my presence had ruined his happiness with Casandra, I could have backed off" Claire said.

"Sean hates me so much. From the beginning I was very curious why he hated me so much and always acted cold to me, but now I already know the answer. He's like that because I've ruined his dream to marry the woman of his choice.It's only natural that he hates me so much," Claire continued.

Although Sean had been gentle with her a few times, it was only when Sean touched her. Sean also touched her because to make ends meet, not because he wanted to.

"Claire, you can't say that. All this time, in the Louris family, there was no such thing as divorce. You have to keep Sean as your husband. It's not easy, but I'm sure you can melt her heart. I'll support you."

Upon arrival in L, Claire and Sean's mother stay at the hotel where the party will take place. Because of the night event, Claire asked her mother-in-law for permission to take a walk in L. Claire goes to visit one of the most famous places in L.

There is a bridge that divides two parts of the city with a beautiful view. The river is very clean and usually if it is summer, many people will picnic together on the river to enjoy the summer.

Not only that, there is also a floating deposit that stands on the edge of the river. In addition, we can take a cruise ship to explore the river. Cool air and beautiful city views will spoil us during the boat ride.

L-City is no stranger to Claire. He had already been to L city several times. His father and mother also often took him to the city to travel and meet with his father's friends. Therefore, Claire knew the city and was not afraid of getting lost.

While enjoying the view of the river in front of him from above the bridge, someone stood beside him then spoke to him. "Do you remember this place?"

Claire immediately turned her head to the right as the person standing next to her asked her to speak. "This is the first time I've expressed my love for you." Wild turned his head while smiling gently at Claire. Despite smiling, there was sadness in his eyes.

There were so many memories of the two of them in L city when they were still lovers. In addition to her family, Claire does often go to the city of L along with Wild for a vacation. L City holds a lot of fond memories with Wild and it makes Claire's emotional side a little hooked when Wild goes back to discussing their pasts.

"That night, while we were enjoying the view of the fireworks in the sky, I expressed my feelings and asked you to be my lover," continued Wild again while looking up at the sky like he was imagining the events of that night.

Claire was still speechless as she looked at Wild from the side and listened word-for-word coming out of Wild's mouth. "I missed that time so much. If only I could repeat that day. I. I wouldn't have gone home to town A if I knew Gloria would set me up."

Claire's eyes looked shiny and there was an uncomfortable feeling in her heart when she saw the look of regret on the face of her former lover. "Did you know? When you accepted my love, I felt like I was the luckiest and happiest person in the world."

Wild then looked down for a moment after which turned to Claire. "I guess I'll have you one day. Never imagined by me, you'd be someone else's wife, Erin."

Suddenly Wild's chest felt tight when he recalled that Claire had become someone else's wife. "Wild, it's all happened. Ii'm sorry. I should have found out the truth first. I'm sorry I didn't trust you that day" Claire said with a sad face.

"Claire, even so, I won't give up. I still want to fight you" Wild said with a forced smile.

Claire displayed a helpless face looking at the stubbornness of her ex-powerful. "Wild, please don't do this. I can't leave my husband. I can't go back to you anymore. Find another woman, don't wait for me."

Wild pulled his gaze from Claire's face then looked forward. "If you can be happy with your marriage, maybe I can let you go, but she doesn't love you, Claire. There's another woman in his life besides you. I can't let you go for a man who doesn't even recognize you as his wife. Why do you think he hid your marriage from the public?"

Wild stared for a moment at Claire, then looked forward again, "she purposely hid it so that the woman she loved did not know she was married. A man who loves his wife cannot hide his wife and marriage from others."
