Claire stared at the tall building in front of her after getting off the taxi. Not long after Sean drops her off the car, Claire stops the taxi from going to Sean's company.

After tidying up her appearance, Claire stepped inside the building towards the reception desk and told her the intention of her arrival. After getting the access card, Claire walked towards the elevator to climb to the 20th floor.

"Are you Claire?" asked a 37-year-old woman who was looking at Claire with a flat face.

"Yes," Claire replied while nodding.

Claire is currently in a room with a woman who serves as HRD Manager named Jenita.

Jenita stared for a moment at Claire's appearance and then turned to look at the tablet in her hand. He was looking at Claire's resume on the tablet.

After arriving at the office, Sean tells his assistant to go to HRD to inform him of Claire's arrival. This morning, before leaving for the office, Sean had asked Claire to send Claire's application to the HRD Manager via email. The application letter of course has been changed by Claire first before being sent to the HRD section.

Jenita's gaze was fixed on the last education listed in Claire's vitae curiculum. Jenita raised a doubtful look at him before sighing.

"Alright, fill this up." Jenita put the paper on Claire's desk, "I'll give you 45 minutes to finish." Jenita then sat down at the table in front of her.

Claire looks at the paper for a moment and starts working on it, while Jenita keeps an eye on it until Claire completes the written test and conducts an interview with her.

"You wait here." I'll be right back. Jenita leaves with Claire's paper.

Half an hour later she returned to the room where Claire was with a man for a second interview. After the interview, Jenita left with the man.

While on the top floor, there was a knock on the door in Sean's room. "Lake in."

Jenita walks over to Sean's desk talking to his assistant, Ken. "Excuse me, Mr. Sean, I'm here to inform you of Miss Claire's test results."

Sean stopped his conversation with his assistant and turned his eyes to Jenita. "How did it go?"

"Miss Claire was declared a graduate and eligible to be accepted into this company. Even Miss Claire's written test got the highest score of any who's ever been in this company."

Sean was silent for a moment. There was no emotion in her face after hearing the information from Jenita. "How was the outcome of the interview?"

Jenita began to explain about the first and second interview sessions that Claire had earlier. "Alright, get him to work from tomorrow" Sean said after Jenita explained everything.

"Good, Sir. Then excuse me first."

Jenita returns to the room where Claire was after she had gone to Sean's room to report. "I didn't expect you to pass all these tests so well."

Of course Jenita was a little surprised by the results of the tests conducted today. In her curiculum vita, Claire only listed high school graduates, it was also the school that she listed was not famous and came from the village.

Jenita actually suspects that Sean has a personal relationship with Claire. So far, no applicants who are only high school graduates are allowed to apply as staff at Sean's company. That's why Jenita was a little surprised when Sean's assistant told her about Claire who will undergo tests to become a staff at Sean's company.

"You're welcome here. Welcome to join our company. I hope your performance will be as good as your test results today" Jenita said, extending a hand to Claire.

Claire received Jenita's hand with a smile. "Thank you."

Claire could see there was a trace of a mocking smile from the corner of Jenita's lips the first time she saw it. From the beginning, Claire saw that the woman in front of her had underestimated her after seeing information about her education.

"You can work here from tomorrow." Jenita looked at Claire's appearance for a moment, "if you can change the way you dress."

Claire looked down to see the clothes she was wearing. He felt that there was nothing wrong with his current appearance. She was dressed modestly and covered only that she did look like an innocent village girl.

For a moment, Claire sneered at the woman before her inwardly. Claire is fed up with people who like to judge people by their looks and not their brains. Moreover, the clothes he used already met the standards of the company in general.

"Your appearance doesn't match our sense image. I hope you can change your appearance a little" Jenita continued after seeing Claire's confused face.

After talking to Jenita, Claire returns home in a taxi. Until he finished dinner, he did not meet Sean at all. According to his mother, Sean was overtime in his office so he was going home late.

Claire was of course happy that she didn't have to meet Sean, let alone that she was still upset that I had dropped her off by the side of the road this morning.

The next day, Claire leaves first for the office escorted by Sean's grandfather's driver. She accidentally does not eat breakfast because she does not want to meet Sean, let alone have to be forced to go with him again.

Various reactions were received by Claire when she identified herself earlier. How many people look cynical, dismissive, some are enthusiastic and some seem to care less about them.

Some of them also whispered in a mocking tone after knowing that Claire was only a girl from the village who did not even take a higher education, but Claire did not seem to care about them.

"Claire, tell me, how did you get into this company with your lower education?" A curly-haired and round-faced woman asked Claire with a curious face.

Claire glanced lazily at the woman who was across her desk. Claire knew that the woman had deliberately asked such a question to humiliate her.

"Of course by following the selection," Claire replied nonchalantly.

Some people seem to be sniffing at him. "No way, in this office there is not a single staff who only have a low education like you."

Claire who was cleaning her desk, immediately frowned. "Then do you think you who have a higher education than me, also have a brain smarter than me?"

"You ... " The curly-haired woman seemed to be in disbelief with Claire's words, "You're just a new kid, how dare you say that to me." The woman stood up from her desk and stared angrily at Claire after hearing her words.

"Weny, stop. What are you serving him for? She's not on the same level as us" interrupted the short-haired woman named Susan who was sitting next to her.

Susan and Weny are indeed good friends and their nature is not much different that they like to demean others.

"You like to bully new kids. Don't be like that, we're paid here to work. Not to gossip much less to judge the worthiness of someone. If Claire can get into this company, it means her brain is capable and she deserves to be here," sahut the tall and sweet-faced man who sat on the right to the left of Claire named Rafa.

"It could be that he is using the inner path" Weny chirped with a scornful face.

The two women in front of her, were eager for Claire to tear her mouth apart. They considered her high and demeaned her just because of her education? Claire was eager to laugh at the arrogant attitude of the two women in front of her. She was very curious, how would the two women react if they knew her true identity. Would they lick him because of his high status?

Before Claire opened her mouth, the woman sitting to her right first turned to Claire and said, "Don't listen to them both. They were like that before. Don't put it in your heart" between the little, shoulder-haired woman Sisy.

During the break, Claire goes to the cafeteria along with Sisy and Rafa. Only the two of them were being nice to him, the other one, no one wanted to be close and befriend him. Although only Weny and Sisy do not like Claire, but the others seem not so concerned with Claire's whereabouts and seem unwilling to familiarize themselves with her.

After lunch, they returned to their room. There's a manager waiting for Claire. "Claire, give this to Secretary Sean and ask for his autograph. I have a meeting with another division. Just put it on my desk."

Claire's manager named Hanna handed Claire a piece of paper. Some of the people in the room were staring at Claire, some were envious and some were astonished.

Claire is a new child, how could she have been given such an important task? Even those who had worked for a long time in that company alone had never performed such a task. Just set foot on the 30th floor they've never been.

Claire hesitates for a moment on the paper in her manager's hand. "Why? Don't you want to?" manager Hanna asked when she saw Claire had not taken the documents.

"It's not like that, it's just ...."

Weny immediately walked towards Manager Hanna and offered herself. "Let me drive him."

Manager Hanna then turned to Weny. "Just do the same job I gave you earlier."

Weny's face instantly became sour. He returned to his seat after giving Claire a dislike look.

"Everyone is busy with their work. You're the only one who doesn't." Manager Hanna seemed to know what was in Claire's mind that seemed to be asking why such an important task was actually given to her.

Claire was surprised why she told him to go to see Sean's secretary, but usually only those who have high positions who can interact directly with Sean and his secretary.

Seeing Claire still silent, Manager Hanna said, "Don't waste my time. I have to go." Hanna immediately passed the document to Claire after leaving her room.

Claire didn't want to go to the 30th floor because she didn't want to see Sean. She tries not to meet Sean to avoid conflict with him. Every time he met, Sean always made cynical words to him.

Claire finally stepped into the elevator to the 30th floor. When the elevator door opened, he stepped out and accidentally collided with someone who was on the phone. The woman's phone fell off and some of Claire's papers were seen strewn across the floor.

"Are your eyes blind? The road is not Becus! You want to get fired!"

A long-haired, sharp-eyed woman pushed Claire so hard that she fell down and sat down by the elevator door.
