Rejection from Sean

When Sean had just opened the main door, a loud voice came from behind. "Sean, stop. Where are you taking Claire?"

Sean and Claire looked back after stopping. He saw Sean's mother and grandfather walking towards him. "Why did you pull Claire out? Want to get him out of here?"

Sean frowned when he heard his grandfather's words. "Grandfather knows this woman?" sean asked while looking at Claire for a moment.

"Let go of your hand. You hurt her." Sam's grandfather hits Sean's hand, who doesn't want to let Claire's hand go with his cane.

"Grandfather, you have to explain to me, how can this woman be in my room?" Sean looks angry when he sees his grandfather as very protective of Claire.

"We're talking inside." Grandpa Sam then looked at Claire. "Come on Claire, don't be afraid, there's grandpa." Sam's grandfather invites Claire to go in first leaving Sean and his mother who look confused staring at Sam and Claire's grandfather.

After all the gathered in the dining room, Sean immediately looked towards his grandfather. "Now explain to me, who would allow this obscure girl to sleep in my room?"

What girl did he say? Not clear? I wanted to stuff his mouth with trash so I wouldn't talk about me.

"Grandfather told him to occupy your room. Anyway, you said you were going home today, so grandpa asked her to sleep in your room last night" Grandpa Sam said.

"Grandfather, don't you know that I don't like anyone else entering my room, let alone sleeping in my bed? Did grandpa deliberately send her so she could tease me?"

Teasing said? He's too confident. Even though you're handsome, but I don't think you're anything to do with Wild.

Grandpa Sam was seen smiling and responding to his grandson's protest casually. "You misunderstood me, let grandfather explain."

Sam's grandfather turned to look at Claire, "introduce, she is Claire. The girl you're gonna be dating. She will be your wife in the future" Grandpa Sam said with a big smile.

Although surprised, Sean did not look to change his flat face. Only his eyebrows were raised next to him. It was only a short while until others did not notice it.

"Grandfather, don't joke. I don't even know this woman. How can I marry him?" sean said after glancing with no interest in Claire.

"Dad, how could you easily match Sean with this girl without talking to me and Sean? Especially this girl...." Kate could not continue the remarks for fear of offending her father-in-law.

"Don't I ever tell you I'm going to match Sean up with my old friend's granddaughter?" Grandpa Sam's eyes did not cause any turmoil despite the protests of his grandson and son-in-law.

"Yes, but I didn't expect that the girl Sean was going to marry was the girl from the village whom we didn't even know her origin."

Claire was deliberately ordinary and very simple as a village girl so that no one would be suspicious of her.

"He was the grandson of an old friend of mine. You don't have to doubt his identity. He comes from a good family. He lived a kara in the village, so I took him to stay with us until the wedding party arrived."

Grandpa Sam cleared his throat once and then turned to Sean. "You're getting married in 2 weeks and from now on Claire will be staying here so you can get to know each other better."

"I don't want to marry him and I don't intend to get to know him either" Sean said firmly with a sharp eye.

Grandpa Sam leaned against the back of the chair staring at his grandson leisurely. "Grandfather doesn't need your approval, likes it doesn't like you to have to marry him. If you still don't want to, then, you can hand over your inheritance to Felix. Grandfather thought he would definitely accept it with pleasure."

Even though Sam's grandfather said it casually, Sean knew that his grandfather said it solemnly.

"There's no other girl. If you want your inheritance, you have to marry her, otherwise, forget it" Grandpa Sam said half forcefully.

"Sean, follow your grandfather's wishes. After all, love can come with time. Looks like, Claire's a good girl." Sean's mother finally spoke up after a long silence. He did not want his son's inheritance to be revoked by his in-laws.

"I don't want to," Sean flatly refused.

"Grandfather give you time to rethink and from now on he will work in your company so teach him well."

Sean looked at his grandfather with cold eyes then laughed sinisterly. "This woman, just set foot in this house, but she's already dared to climb up my bed, a cheap woman like this, Grandpa wants me to marry her?"

Grandpa Sam doused Sean's face with cold water with an emotional face. Grandpa Sam's actions took everything on the dining table by surprise. "Sean, don't say. I never taught you to talk dirty like that. How dare you judge Claire that you don't even know anything about."

"Well, calm down" Sean's mother said as she looked at Sam's grandfather.

Sean just kept quiet with a look of colder eyes. He looked at his grandfather bravely without wiping his already wet face.

"Grandfather knows nothing about him. She's not the innocent girl you think she is. She's just a cheap woman who has a certain motive."

Claire was silent. He did not intend to explain in more detail because he thought it was useless. Claire doesn't even remember at all whether she actually did it with Sean that night.

"Basar brazen grandson! How can you say rubbish from your mouth. Claire's not the cheap girl you're talking about, Grandpa knows her well."

Sam's grandfather looks furious after hearing Sean's accusations against Claire.

"I don't care about him and I don't want to marry him either." After speaking, Sean left the dining room without breakfast first.

"Based on a brat, where are you going? Grandpa's not done talking."

Sean's mother stood up to her in-laws to calm her down. "Dad, come on, don't go on anymore. Let Sean calm down. He must have been shocked to suddenly get such a shocking news."

Grandpa Sam snorted. "I don't need a grandson who won't obey me. Tell her, if she doesn't want to marry Claire, it's better to get out of the Louris family" Grandpa Sean said with an angry face.

"Dad, don't be like that. Sean is your only successor. What if he really left?" said Sean's mother in a soft tone.

Grandpa Sean seemed annoyed at the behavior of his grandson who did not want to listen to his words.

From now on, Claire just kept quiet while watching the family debate. In silence he laughed at himself. Being dumped by a lover then having to marry such an arrogant, cold and haughty man. Has her father gone crazy setting her up with a guy like that?

I should have not approved of this marriage from the beginning.
