Denna said she would see Evans for support as a friend. Diaz, who initially disapproves, eventually accompanies Denna to meet Evans. They ended the call.
"What's up, Denna?" ask V. curious.
"On Evans, my friend I told you about."
"He why?"
Denna told me what happened to Evans. "How did that happen?" ask the curious Dimas.
"So Diaz said that if Evans met someone and offered him medication, and after using the drug Evans' leg was paralyzed."
"He's so sloppy."
"That's what he deserved after what he did to Denna, sister. Brother doesn't know if he's done evil and outrageous to Denna."
"No need to tell, V. I don't want anyone to know what's going on with me." Denna looked at Dimas.
"He deserves that kind of punishment, Denna."
"Now he feels depressed because of his circumstances. Even tried to kill himself many times."
"If he needs to die, I'm really annoyed at him who has done bad to you" said V annoyed.
"We don't pray bad, V. I'm accompanied by Diaz going to see Evans at his house."
"Denna, are you seriously going to see that jerk guy?" V seems to disagree.
"of course. I have forgotten what happened to me. Now he needs the support of others for him to have the passion to live. His paralysis is not the end of his life."
"But you don't have to see him."
"I just want to give him support. Maybe with this incident he can change."
"You really are a girl who has an angelic heart. I'm glad I know a girl like you." V holding Denna's hand.
Denna just gave her little smile to V. Dimas who was there could only clutch his drinking glass looking at it.
"How about V accompany you at your friend's house, Denna?"
"No need, me and Diaz will be fine."
"What my sister Denna said. I'll accompany you to Evans' house."
"Later I'll call you."
"Don't go there just the two of you, Denna." Dimas was worried if Denna went to Evans' house. Denna looked at Dimas flat.
"I'll get you the pudding I made for you last night, Denna." V out of place.
"Miss, if you go there take V with you. I don't want anything with Miss Denna." Dimas' hand held Denna's arm.
Denna looked at his hand held by Dimas. He let go of Dimas' hand slowly.
Denna smiled obliquely. "You don't have to worry about me. Just worry about your girlfriend."
Not long ago V came up with his homemade chocolate pudding. He divides and has Denna taste it.
"How's it?"
"What a son. I spent it, huh?
"Please." Denna and V look familiar. "There's leftover pudding on your lips, Denna." V clean the rest of the pudding on Denna's lips.
"V, I'm going to go first. You guys just keep eating it."
Dimas got out of his seat and took the key.
"You want to go to Mitha's place, sister?" Dimas just nodded.
Denna looked at Dimas' nano and the man left from there. Dimas drives his bike very fast. His heart is so ungodly today.
The sound of motor tires squeaking. The man stopped his motor down holding back the anger that hit his heart.
A few days passed. Dimas and Denna didn't even meet each other and communicate.
"Darling, actually grandma doesn't want to interfere with what happened between you and Dimas. Grandma just wanted to ask. Are you all right?" Grandma also knew about Dimas who stopped being Denna's bodyguard.
"I'm good, Grandma. About me and Dimas it's all just one of those past stories that I'm gonna make into one of the great memories of my life."
"Grandmother can only pray for your happiness with whoever you are together with." The super-good granny hugged her great-granddaughter.
Denna and V were often together during hospital breaks because Diaz was rarely in. Diaz is busy approaching her wedding day.
V tells Denna about Dimas and Mitha who are now out of town.
"My brother is very attentive to Mitha. The girl's condition gradually improved, maybe soon I'll have Denna's sister-in-law."
"Sister-in-law?" Denna was a bit surprised.
"Yes, my brother Dimas is getting married and Mitha is the right girl for him."
It felt like Denna's heart was stabbed by a sharp knife and then violently torn.
"Denna, what are you thinking?"
V's call managed to resuscitate Denna's daydream. "I didn't think of anything, V."
"Denna, can't I say something to you?"
"Say what?"
"Honestly I don't know what I'm doing this is gonna make you hate me or not. Denna, I love you."

"I love you, Denna. I don't know since when this feeling existed, but I do know that what I feel for you is love." V holding Denna's hand.
Denna looked confused as to what to say to V?
"Ehem!" the sound of someone deheman from behind them made the two shocked.
"Dad?" Denna immediately got up from her canteen bench and hugged her father tightly. "When's dad coming home? Why are you suddenly here?"
"Dad deliberately came not to tell you because he wanted to surprise you, but it turned out to be a surprised father." Jaden looked at V who was standing behind Denna.
"Well, this is V, he's a young doctor who's practicing here."
"Good day, Om." V

"So I heard you say love to my daughter. Do you love Denna?
"Dad, that was-."
"I love your daughter, Om," V said firmly.
"Good, I'm happy for your bravery, but Denna is still in college and so are you. It's not that I forbid it, it's just that Denna was eager to achieve her goals of being a doctor, maybe you are too."
"I know, Om. I also want Denna to achieve her goals. I'm saying this so Denna knows that I love her because it's so painful if we can't tell what we feel for the people we love so much."
Jaden seemed to think for a moment. His hand patted V's shoulder slowly. "Right is what you said. Come home for dinner with your family. I want to get to know someone close to my daughter."
"Dad! We're just good friends."
"It doesn't matter if I want to get to know your friend, honey." Gently rubbed Denna's head.
"I'm sorry, um, I don't have a family anymore. I only have an older brother, but he's out of town."
"Then you go home."
