Mr. Mafia and His Little Maid

Mr. Mafia and His Little Maid
The Life of a Friend

Nara seemed to wonder why the security called Paijo Pak? Paijo patted the man's shoulder. "What about your wife?"

"It's better, sir. I thank Mr. Baskara who has been kind enough to help me."

"We fellow human beings are obligated to help each other. Then say my regards to your wife."

"Good, sir." The man turned his gaze to Nara who was held in his hand by Paijo into the restaurant. "What is Mr Baskara's lover? She's beautiful too, fitting in with Mr. Baskara," her own dialogue.

Nara looked amazed as she saw what was inside the restaurant. "That's great. Whose restaurant is this? And why did you call you Mr Baskara?"

"You're still slow, yeah, Nara."

"Just boy. I'm actually smart just afraid of misrepresenting. Is this your restaurant? That's why I called you Mr Baskara?"

"Smart." Paijo's hand patted Nara's head down while looking down at Nara's face.

"Why did you change like this? You are so different from the Paijo I used to know. Are you really my best friend Paijo or Panjul?" Look Nara.

"We eat first, I'm sure you haven't eaten, just look at your thin body like that."

Paijo took Nara to sit down and ordered food to one of the waiters there. Nara still looked at her best friend as if she had not fully believed if in front of her was her best friend first when they were in High School, her geeky and somewhat shrewd best friend. However, now he was transformed into a handsome man and had everything.

"I graduated from High School where my mother lived abroad and I worked at my stepfather's company. My stepdad believes in me a lot, Nara. He left everything in my hands and he was very kind. I can be now because of her."

"I'm really happy to see you succeed like this. If you remember the old days, it felt like crying. Your struggle to find money to help your grandmother so that you can continue school is really something extraordinary."

"Yes, Nara. I won't forget all that. Nara's. Though every month I sent my mother money, but I don't want to use it at all because I can't accept my mother who went and married another man."

"Now are you conscious and at peace with your mother?"

"Yes, I know why my mom did it. I was wrong at that time. Nara, I'm sorry I lied to you, but we're best friends, but I lied to you."

"Lied about what? What about you secretly dating Rachel?"

Paijo laughed loudly. "Rachel? The girl was apparently looking at someone just from a treasure. I had approached her out of curiosity about her from school days, but it turned out that she was not a good girl and I just realized that my best friend's words used to be true."

"Mistake yourself don't believe me, but it's all over, right? Now tell me what you lied to me about?"

"Actually the one who paid your tuition first was me, Nara."

"What's? You serious? But where did you get the money to pay for it?"

"Geez, Paijo, why are you so good to me?" Nara's face looked sad. He didn't expect his best friend to be like that."

"You were my best friend at school, Nara, and again I know how your uncle and aunt treated you. Moreover, Mona is also very evil with you. It often makes you scolded and beaten by your uncle for the slander he likes to give you."

Nara's face looked sad as Paijo reminded her of Mona." Jo, Mona's dead and because of that I'm here."

"What's? What do you mean Mona is dead and that's why you're here?" Both of Paijo's eyebrows appear to have shrunk almost together.

Nara told me everything she's been through. Where he actually does not work with people because it is to finance the needs of his life, but he was sold by his uncle to one of the mafia bosses who is none other than Jaden Luther.

"That's your uncle's work, Nara. If I had known this, I wouldn't have let it."

"But I also actually want to be grateful for that I was able to meet the person who bought me and I fell in love with him, even me and him were married."

"What?" Paijo's mouth immediately gawked as his two eyes brushed away. "You married that mafia boss? How can? Did he force you to marry him?"

Nara shakes. "I married her because I love her and she loves me a lot too, Jo. Jaden Luther was a good man and protected me." Nara seemed to shed tears remembering about her husband.

"If you love each other, where is she now? Why are you left in this place alone?"

"I had to leave him, Jo. I can't see him suffering from having to languish in the bars for a mistake he didn't make." Nara suddenly cried a little hard. Paijo who saw his best friend crying like that became confused himself. She moved away and tried to calm Nara down by hugging her.

Several servants and people there looked at them and whispered. Paijo grimaces funny at people who pay attention to them. He knew he was the center of attention there.

"Nara, can't you stop your crying? The people here keep watching us" said Paijo lirih.

The conscious Nara instantly stopped her crying and wiped away the traces of tears still dripping down her cheeks. "I'm sorry, Paijo. I just miss my husband."

"It's okay. We'd better eat now so you're calmer and you can tell me about everything. I'll listen well to all your stories."

Nara nodded and after eating she told him a lot about her life during this time, even telling about Mona's death and her relationship with Nara's husband.

Paijo until night listened to all of Nara's stories, and Paijo between believing and not believing if all of that happened to Nara's life. "Nara, why, anyway, should you choose to marry her? Your life is completely covered in many dangers."

"I have absolutely no regrets about getting to know even love Jaden."

"Then, now don't you want to go back to your husband? You just tell me if you leave because of a threat, and he'll definitely protect you."

"It's not that easy, Paijo," said Nara Lirih.
