Tonight Nara at her house cannot sleep because she thinks of something. Nara is agitated because now Jaden and Cathy are both in the hospital. Cathy's guarding Jaden tonight.
"Forget Nara ... Forget her. Why do you keep thinking about him?" Nara dialogues angrily with herself who can't forget Jaden.
"She already has the right lover she loves. You've been completely forgotten by him. After all why are you still thinking about the man who caused both of your parents to die? The man who played with your heart." The voice of hatred continued to be heard in Jaden's ears.
At the hospital, Cathy was giving Jaden medicine. The man only looked with a flat gaze at the woman whose palm was a few grains of medicine that Jaden had to drink.
"Time to take the medicine."
"Just throw it away because I won't drink."
"Then do you want a drink?" Cathy put the medicine in her mouth and showed half of the medicine to Jaden.
"What are you doing?" Both of Jaden's eyebrows wrinkled.
"Isn't this how Nara-the girl you love is taking your medicine?"
Jaden smiled in a slant. "So, did you see him?"
"Yourf!" Cathy took the medicine from her mouth. "Yes, I saw it. What are you guys doing? You love each other, but why do you make such a big wall on your relationship?"
"You don't need to know."
"Alright, then I'll meet Nara and say everything. All about this drama of our courtship. I don't care if you want to close my business later.
"Wait, Cathy!" Jaden quickly held back Cathy's hand that was about to step away from there.
"I'm waiting for your answer." Cathy sieging.
"As a child who has been very well cared for and cared for by the Jacob family, I should be able to repay them. My late father was Jacob's grandfather's confidant, and my brother and I have been very well regarded as family."
"Is that why you sacrificed your and Nara's love?"
Jaden took a serious look at Cathy. "When my family died from the massacre. Mr. Carlos and their families who took care of me from childhood even though I admit that the break-up happened because it was a risk that had to be borne by my family because my father who worked in the dark world as a confidant of Jacob's grandfather which always manages to make Jacob's grandfather's enemy lose, it's just that Jacob's father doesn't enter this dark world."
"Because it's also my best friend Key had to die in a horrible way."
"I've killed the criminals who have massacred and raped Key."
"Nara knew who I was and she took the risk if she wanted to be with me. At that time I took away my fear, and dared to accept Nara with a promise to myself I would protect Nara at any cost. I won't let anyone hurt Nara."
"Lantas, why are you changing now?"
"I caused both of Nara's parents to die in an accident a few years ago. I honestly feel so guilty about Nara."
"What's? How come?"
Jaden recounts how the accident happened and until Nara was sold by her uncle to Jaden.
"Wow! You're a very cruel man from childhood turns out."
"It was the massacre that made me like this, but I have no regrets."
"Did Nara forgive you for that?"
"She loves me so much, and won't be able to hate me."
"Huf! Love is complicated. So, you're gonna let Nara go for Jacob?"
"Nara will be safer and happier with Jacob."
Jaden looked at the night from the big window right next to his bed. Glittering street lights that look beautiful from behind the big glass of Jaden's room become lonely friends and longing for Nara.

The next day, Nara, who had woken up and prepared breakfast for Jacob's family, heard from the middle room Jacob talking to someone on the phone.
"So you're out of the hospital? And why don't you say goodbye to us if you want to go back to your house?"
"Who's talking to Jacob?" Nara her heart is no longer because it feels like hearing the word back to your home. He walked over and hid behind a wall between the living room and the kitchen.
"You always don't want to say goodbye to us. Always as you like, but that's you, brother. Yes, then, just send greetings to grandma there. I still can't see Grandma. Take good care of yourself."
Nara covered her mouth with both her hands hearing that. He knew who was talking to Jacob on the phone.
