Almost Wretched
The middle-aged woman smiled alone after ending the call with her granddaughter.
Leo who had just arrived there looked astonished to see the face of Miranti's grandmother.
"Mom, Grandma why? Is there anything that makes Grandma look this happy?"
"here, Leo. Grandma wanted to tell me something very happy for grandma."
"What is that, Grandma?" The curious Leo sat down in front of Miranti's grandmother who was enjoying her warm tea in the afternoon. Time difference in Canada and Indonesia, yes.
"After that grandma will have a very funny great-grandchild" he said happily.
"Squeaks? Is young master Jacob getting married?" ask Leo wonder.
"Why be Jacob? I'll have a great-grandson of Jaden and Nara."
"What's? What does Grandma mean by having a great-granddaughter from master Jaden and Nara. Are mister Jaden and Nara going to get married, keep giving Grandma a grandchild?"
"Huf! My granddaughter has made an innocent and kind girl like Nara pregnant with her child before she married Nara" he said limp.
"Well! So now Nara's pregnant with Mr Jaden's child?" Grandma nodded. "Huf! I really don't have a chance then."
"No chance? Do you like Nara?"
Leo grimaced at Grandma's question. "I admit, I used to love Nara when Nara lived in Mr. Jaden's house and served there."
"The girl does have a charm that cannot be ignored. Even my super-cold granddaughter can fall for her."
"Grandmother's right. Nara was just an ordinary girl, but the one in her heart was incredible. Grandma, but what I hear is that Nara is with young master Jacob."
"That's right, and you don't have to worry. Nara belongs to Jaden, and I'm sure that my granddaughter will bring her back here."

Today Jaden's permission will be to return to Indonesia. Carlos seemed to stare happily at the departure of his adopted son. It's different with Nara. He was eager to hold Jaden's hand and go with her, but he couldn't do it.
Nara appears silent in her room after escorting Jaden out of the Thomson family home.
Nara's phone rings and Nara is shocked. He wished that Mr. JL had contacted him.
"Jacob? What's he calling me?"
"Hello, Nara."
"Jacob, what did you call me?"
"Nara, come down for a second, there's something I want to show you."
"What do you want to show me, Jacob?"
"Something I'm sure you'll like. Come down, I'll wait downstairs."
"Yes." Yeah." Nara immediately got out of her bed and walked downstairs. As she was about to step on the fifth step from below, Nara suddenly slipped and shouted.
"Miss Nara!" shouted one of the maids there.
Jacob and the others, hearing the screams instantly came out and were shocked to see Nara in the arms of the maid who was almost the same age as Miranda's mother.
"Nara, what's wrong with you?" ask Jacob worriedly.
"Why aren't you careful, Nara? Are you all right?" Jacob tried to check on Nara.
"I'm fine, the servant's aunt caught me, so I didn't fall."
Jacob sighed slowly. "Thank God you're okay, Nara, I don't want you to be okay." Jacob held Nara's hand.
"Why is it slippery? Please check the stairs why they're slippery." Miranda's orders on the maid there.
One of the maids checked the stairs. "Mrs Miranda, I found a watermark on one of the steps that caused it to be slippery."
"Water? Why is there water there?" Miranda looked angry and she walked towards the stairs and rubbed her hands. It seems there is water there.
"Have you guys cleaned up upstairs until there's water in here?" ask Miranda furiously.
"I'm sorry, Mrs Miranda, I was from the top floor with a teapot that I just took from Mr. JL's room. Maybe when I got off the water fell. Miss Nara I'm sorry."
"You're so careless! What if Nara falls down, and the baby in Nara's womb has a miscarriage? I fired you!" jacob was angry.
"What's? Nara's pregnant?" Miranda's eyes were round.
Nara looks bad at Miranda's mom because only Miranda doesn't know she's pregnant.
"You guys already-?" Mama Miranda looked at Jacob and Nara.
"Hurry up and clean all this up! And get out of my sight!" throw Jacob out.
They all went from there and there were only the four of them. "Jacob, can you explain anything to Mama about Nara's pregnancy?"
"Yes, Ma. Nara's pregnant with my son and I'll take responsibility for Nara."
"Oh God! So Nara's pregnant with your child? And I'm gonna be a grandma?" Instantly the beautiful woman hugged Nara tightly and kissed her cheeks. "From now on you have to take care of your health and the little baby's grandson Mama. You don't get tired and don't go up and down the stairs. Mama's gonna set up your room downstairs close to Jacob. Or if you need to sleep in Jacob's room."
"I sleep in my own room, Ma."
"Yes already then, but later mama will arrange your bed."
Nara could only nod slowly. Nara saw the happy face of Mama Miranda. Actually Nara wanted to honestly tell who the father of the baby he was carrying, but Jacob's hand had forbidden it first.
Jacob took Nara to the front garden of the house because he had prepared something beautiful there.
"Jacob, what's all this?" Nara seemed amazed to see the simple dinner decorations that Jacob had prepared for Nara.
"I want to show you this. Do you like it?"
"Like Jacob, I really like it. I didn't think you could make something romantic like this." Jacob makes a dinner in the front garden of the house and gives him a simple touch. Lights, flowers and candles are lit adding to the romantic-looking atmosphere.
"Jacob, why are you struggling like this? What if you're tired?"
Jacob's hand held Nara's hands tightly. "I'll be fine and even very good if you like what I do for you."
"Then we'll have dinner now. The baby in my stomach has been asking for food from earlier" whispered Nara slowly.
Jacob smiled sweetly. "Nara, tomorrow we'll check your contents, I'm worried because you almost fell. We're going to the hospital."
"No need, I'm fine Jacob. Jacob, why didn't you tell Mom the truth?"
