Becoming a New Family
Mama Jaden takes Jaden and her husband away from there so that Nara and Jacob can talk together.
In the middle room. Jaden sat quietly, while his father and mother were talking. "Jaden, what's wrong with you?"
"I'm okay, Ma. I was just thinking about my business that Leo was working on."
"You take it easy if Leo takes care of it. I'm sure your business will work out well."
"Yes, I believe in Leo." The cold man gave his smile. Jaden was actually thinking about Nara and Jacob. He thought about apologizing from the girl he loved so much.
"Jaden, I want to know about Nara's origins. Who did she live with and how did you find her?" asked the handsome man in glasses.
Jaden looked back at his father. "She lives with her uncle and aunt who have a bad nature, Dad. Nara's been suffering a lot since both her parents died from the accident."
The beautiful woman with her fair yellow skin looked at her husband. "What a pity on that girl."
"Even his uncle sold Nara to pay his debts at the gambling table."
"What's? Nara was sold by her uncle?" The beautiful woman heard that.
"Yes, and I bought Nara. Otherwise he could end up in a house of entertainment in Las Vegas."
"Son, thank you. Then let us take care of Nara's life. We're gonna make that girl no longer feel the pain of our family." The beautiful woman looked at Jaden.
"I believe you will be able to make Nara happy. She's a good girl too."
"Honey, I see it's true what Jaden said, Nara looks like a very good girl, what if she would want us to make a daughter-in-law in our family? Is he going to accept Jacob in this state?"
It feels like someone pelted Jaden with a very large stone right on Jaden's head. "You bring them closer slowly, and I'm sure Nara will be able to accept Jacob despite Jacob's current circumstances." Jaden didn't really want to say that.
At his place, Nara and Jacob were talking together. Nara sits on the sofa and in front of her Jacob is seen looking at Nara. "Nara, aren't you afraid to meet me?"
"Fearful? What am I afraid of?"
"You saw how I was, right? I'm paralyzed and the doctor says I won't be able to walk forever because of the accident."
"What's? So the doctor has already sentenced you won't be able to walk?"
Jacob nodded slowly. "I'm really a useless guy. Even my beloved is afraid and doesn't want to know me anymore."
"Women like that don't need you to think about it anymore, Jacob." Nara rubbed Jacob's hand on the wheelchair.
Jacob smiled feeling the gentle touch of Nara's hand. "Nara, tell me about yourself? Your school, and your family."
"I just graduated school, Jacob."
"Then, are you in college now?"
"Lecture?" Nara smiled miris. "I could have just graduated from school already grateful, Jacob. My uncle is lazy to take care of me and he doesn't even want me in my own house that he claims belongs to them."
"It's too far from them."
Jacob's hand raised Nara's chin, until Nara's face was seen by Jacob. "You don't have to be sad anymore. Do you allow me to make you happy, Nara?"
"You mean?" Nara's face seemed confused by Jacob's question.
"Stay here, and you can continue your studies here. I happen to be teaching at one of the colleges here, it's just that I quit a long time ago because I was in a coma and I needed time to accept my situation."
"You want to educate me?" Jacob nodded slowly. "Take this as my family's guilt-redeemer who has made your life suffer all this time."
"It's not your fault or your family's, it's your brother's fault that you don't have that heart." Nara shuddered saying that.
"How, Nara. Do you want to accept my offer?"
"On that?" Nara is still worried, however, that she just got to know Jacob and his family. What else they live in Canada. A foreign country to Nara.
"What are you thinking? Didn't you say that you didn't want your uncle and aunt. So who have you been living with?"
"I-I stayed at your Mr. JL-Sister's house. I was sold by my uncle to your brother to pay off his debt at your brother Jacob's place. I work as a waiter there."
"What's? So you're Jaden's servant?" Nara nodded. "Then I'll tell Jaden to let you off his debt because I'm going to reimburse your uncle."
Nara fell silent. He's not at Jaden's house as Jacob thought, but he and Jaden are two people who love each other. However, now in Nara's heart is not wanting to discuss his love with Jaden, in Nara's heart there is pain that Jaden has given.
"Nara, do you want to stay here?"
"W-yes I want to." At last the words came out of Nara's mouth. Nara is confused if she rejects Jacob's offer, where will she stay? It is impossible for Nara to be at home with the person who has caused her suffering since childhood.
The two of them met Jacob's parents who were in the living room. Nara pushes Jacob's wheelchair.
"Ma, Dad, Nara's already made up her mind that she's going to stay here, and she's going to college at the university where I teach."
Both of Jaden's eyes widened. Highlight his eyes immediately looked at Nara who was standing with a flat face who was also looking at him.
"What does Jacob say, Nara? jacob asked not to believe.
Nara nodded. "Can I stay here as Jacob wishes?"
"Oh .. of course!" the beautiful woman looked happy. He then approached and hugged Nara tightly.
Nara can feel the sincerity and warmth of a beautiful woman her age if her mother is still alive.
"Sister, I'll pay for Uncle Nara's debt which Nara made as his bail. Please release Nara as your servant because she will be here."
Jaden was silent for a moment. There was a feeling he wanted to let out. Jaden is not willing to let go of Nara to stay at her family home, but she can do nothing. Nor will Nara want to return to her home after the truth that Nara already knows.
Nara would rather live in this house as a family than live alone outside.
"You don't have to think about that. I've freed Nara from the past. He deserves happiness." Jaden looked at Nara closely.
