Nara walked slowly towards the event hall again after calming herself down inside the toilet.
Nara thought about the words of the woman she met earlier, and as she searched for Jaden's figure. Nara was shocked to see Jaden with the woman who had threatened her.
"It turns out, Mr. Jaden knew the woman and they looked very close." Nara saw Mauren's hand wriggling in Jaden's neck.
Nara doesn't know that Mauren is threatening Jaden. Mauren will make Nara suffer if she still wants to be close to Jaden. Jaden knew the nature of the woman he had once been close to. Mauren has so much power, she can hurt Nara because Mauren is the younger brother of Jaden's nemesis, Damian - a notoriously cunning mobster.
Damian and Jaden used to be business partners in the black world, but Damian who was very thirsty for power even did cunning to Jaden by taking secretly Jaden's territory. Mauren was already in a relationship with Jaden, but eventually Jaden cut off the relationship with Mauren because the beautiful woman and ambition was also wanted Jaden's brother, Jacob. "Nara, what's wrong with you?" Miranti's grandmother looked worriedly at Nara.

"Yes, Grandma will find where Jaden is, let him drive you home."
"No need, Grandma. I'm the one who called Mr. Jaden to take me home. Excuse me first, Nara's happy to meet Grandma." Nara kissed the back of Grandma Miranti's hand.
The beautiful woman hugged Nara warmly. "Grandmother is also happy to meet you, if Mr. JL you make you sad, you should not be afraid to tell Grandma."
Nara just nodded and Nara walked a bit quickly towards the exit. Miranti's grandmother knew that there was something Nara was hiding.
Both of the women's eyes circled to every place and he finally found the figure he was looking for. "My granddaughter, so this is what made Nara look weird. The huft! The girl loved my granddaughter very much, and it seemed like the brat also liked Nara. The proof is that he dared to bring Nara to see me, even though my threat was not very important to him. My granddaughter is really annoying." Miranti was only contending to see her grandson still with Mauren.
Miranti's grandmother did not know if Jaden had a relationship with Mauren. Jaden completely hid his relationship with Mauren.
"Let go of your hands, Mauren. I warn! Don't you dare touch Nara. He has nothing to do with me. She's just a waitress in my house and she's not the girl I mean."
"Darling, you can't lie to me. That girl I warned you not to dream of having you." Mauren was about to kiss Jaden on the lips, but suddenly Jaden's phone rang.
Jaden refuses Mauren's kiss and sees Nara's name on her phone screen. Jaden chooses to stay away from Mauren and answers Nara's call.
"What's? You why?"
"Wait for me there." Jaden walks to his car and sees Nara already there.
"Why go home? Grandma's show isn't over."
"My body isn't good, sir, I've been saying goodbye to grandma."
Jaden put his hand on Nara's forehead, but the girl retreated backwards. "We'll just go home, please open the door."
Jaden did not answer and he followed what the girl asked. Nara gets into the car and Jaden gives his bodyguards to make sure no one follows their car home. Jaden was wary of not wanting Mauren to find out where he lives now.
On the way to her house, Nara did not speak to Jaden in the least. The cold man also did not utter words even if he simply asked what was wrong with Nara?
They arrived in front of the house. Nara without saying anything immediately went down and entered the house. Jaden checked around his house and felt safe. He went into the house and saw Nara who was in the kitchen was fetching drinking water.
"Sir, I'm sorry to rest first."
"Nara, wait!" Jaden held Nara's hand.
"What's wrong? Do you need my help?"
"Why you?"
"I'm fine, sir." Nara tried to let go of her hand, but Jaden clasped her tightly.
"Don't lie!" yell out Jaden fast.
"I'm fine, sir, let go of my hand." Nara is still trying to let go of her hand.
Jaden did not let go, plus now pulled Nara's hand and carried her like a sack of rice.
Nara is angry, but the man doesn't care. He brought Nara into his room and put her slowly on his bed.
"What does this man want? I'm gonna take a break in my room." Nara stood up and wanted to walk to her room, but again Jaden's hand held her in a loop in Nara's stomach.
"What is this about Mauren? What did he say to you?" Jaden hugged Nara from behind.
Nara turned her body. "none. Who am I to care about your relationship with that woman anyway? I'm just a very stupid waitress who fell in love with her employer who never had any feelings for me. Now I know why you don't want to love me, it's all because you have a lover that you love so much. You are just looking for an excuse by saying if you don't want me to be in danger if I become a lover, sir. Why lie to me like this?" Nara crying.
"I'm not lying to you, Nara."
"Liar! Just tell me the truth, if you already have a lover that you love very much." Nara's eyes stared at Jaden.
Jaden who could not see the sad face of Nara softly kissed Nara's lips.
"Don't do this to me again, sir." Nara pushes Jaden's body. "Just kiss the beloved of the Lord whom you love so much."
