They get into the car and continue on their way to Denna's house.
"Dimas, I want to eat at the cafe across the street." Denna's index finger pointed towards their left.
"Miss doesn't eat at home?"
"I wanted to eat there because I heard they had a new menu and I wanted to eat there."
"But, Miss, we haven't been home for long."
Denna looked annoyed at Dimas. "If you don't want to take me. You just put me down here and let me get there yourself."
"I'll drop you off, Miss Denna."
Denna smiled as if she had gained a debate victory with her cold man over this north pole. Denna actually did not want to eat there, but she did because Dimas definitely had not eaten from morning and he would invite Dimas to eat together there.
Dimas stopped his car right in front of the cafe where Denna wanted to be.
"Dimas, why are you standing there?"
"I'll wait for Miss Denna here to finish."
"What's? You come in and we eat together. I don't want to be like a lost person who eats alone."
Denna pulled Dimas' arm until the man was shocked and resignedly followed Denna into the cafe.
Denna chose to sit by a large window with just enough stool for two people.
"What do you want to order?"
"I'm not hungry."
"Can't you just act like you don't suck? Just a day, Dimas." Dimas seemed confused by Denna's words. "I'll order food for you then."
Two warm rice plus warm soups as well as lemon tea were available on their tables.
"If you don't want to eat, I'll feed you here" Denna threatened.
"Absolutely, Miss?"
"You challenging?" Denna's face seemed to show no fear of him.
Dimas thought for a moment. "So Denna could have forced him to. He could definitely do again as he said," Dimas spoke inwardly.
"I can eat alone, Miss." Dimas finally ate and it made Denna look happy.
After lunch, they went home and Dimas was told by Denna to go home because he was not going anywhere today.
"Miss Denna, thank you for lunch."
"I also thank you for eating. Oh yes, Dimas! It's yours that I found in your suit pocket back then. She's your mom?"
Dimas took a photo from Denna's hand. "Yes, she's my mama."
"It's so pretty your mom."
"Beautiful, but it's a pity her life isn't as pretty as her face."
"Where is your mom now? Have you ever met him? My mama said you were taken care of by foster parents who kept you from being small."
"My mother is dead, Denna."
"I'm sorry, Dimas."
"It's okay. Excuse me first." Dimas walked away from there.
Nara looked stunned and felt guilty for asking that. Denna went inside the house and went straight to her bedroom.
"Why do I feel that Dimas was keeping something that he didn't want to share even others know."
Not long before Denna's room door was knocked by someone. "Denna, you don't have lunch?"
"Ehem! You're taking Dimas to lunch?" Nara looked suspiciously at her daughter.
"Mom don't think nothing of this. Dimas was sick, Ma and I knew he hadn't eaten since he was sleeping and I heard a noise in his stomach."
"What is she sick?"
"Fever, and probably because of the rain yesterday at the house of Aunt Citra. He stood in front of me so that I wouldn't get rained on, and he's the one who's sick now."
Nara sat beside her daughter's bed. "Denna, you like not the same Dimas?"
"Huh? Mean Mama?" Denna was confused by her mother's intentions.
"He cares about you and cares about you. Aren't you in love with her?" Nara nudged her daughter's arm.
"Huh? In love? Same Dimas? She's not my type, Ma. The dimas were too stiff and cold. He also said that sometimes pisses me off."
"Why be like your father?" grouse Nara.
"Like dad? Dad sucks like that?" Nara nodded. "But I see you're so sweet to Mama. What else is the time when Mama provides food for dad, the hands of dad like naughty behind Mama's clothes," said Denna.
"Geez! See her?" Nara's face was embarrassed. "Now your father is sweeter and even more romantic. Ever been?" Nara rolled her eyes puffed.
"But the father was a man who loved family very much."
"That's true, and your father was very loyal. Dimas if you have a trait like your father. He must be a very sweet and loyal man actually."
"But still I don't like his cold attitude. I like unexpected men doing surprising and romantic things."
"You'll find it someday." Nara moved from her place.
"Where are you going?"
"Mom forgot not to bring my mom's phone. Your father used to call you, but why hasn't your father called you?"
"Madjay ask to be contacted every day. Didn't you meet every day?"
"It's okay, isn't it?"
"It's okay, and Mama's calm because my dad's loyal." Denna blinked one of her eyes.
Inside a tall skyscraper. Jaden and Leo are discussing their projects abroad.
"Come in" Jaden told his secretary who knocked on the door.
"Sir Jaden, there's someone who wants to see Mr. Jaden."
"Who? Don't I have no more appointments with anyone?"
Leo who was seen by Jaden also looked astonished. Not long into someone walking as if he wanted to seduce someone.
"Mauren?"
"Hi, Honey. You how are you?" Mauren's hand rubbed gently on Jaden's firm jaw.
"Take care of your attitude here, Mauren."
"I'm sorry, I'm still carried away with my attitude towards you." Mauren's index finger now slowly traced Jaden's arm.
Jaden's hand restrained Mauren's hand from acting further. "Say what the hell you suddenly came into my office after a long time I never saw you."
"Jaden, I'm here to offer cooperation with my company."
"What's? Working with your own company? Are you aware of what you're saying, Mauren?" ask Leo firmly.
"Of course I'm serious, Leo. I need my company to grow because I'm now a single parent who has a teenage daughter."
"Where is your husband?"
"He went with another woman and I didn't care because I just wanted his property. He's the one who's obsessed with me, but he's the one who left me, too." Mauren's attitude seemed not sad with the rundown of the household he was facing.
