MR. NAVARRO FLAPPED his wings to catch Addison who was thrown from the boat. So too did Thann who instantly stretched out his black wings and pulled the hysterical Habibie from within the explosion. The flakes of the boat were like snow that rained down on them as they flew away.
“What happened?” addison asked with a panicked face. “Where are Thann and Habibie?”
“We were attacked,” replied the principal calmly. “They are fine. You don't have to panic. I've trained you guys over and over again for this kind of situation. They are fine.”
Thann flew closer with his black wings spread wide. “What attack was that? Not detected at all. I don't see and feel it,” Thann said as he held Habibie's robe with his right hand and a fan in his left.
Mr's Eyes. Navarro wandered around, but water vapor blocked his view. “We have to go down to see clearly. This water vapor is blocking my view. We are in a blind spot and easy to attack.”
“Is there no spell to remove this steam?” addison asked as she rubbed the mirror of her dewy sun disc and still had time to glance slightly at the mirror to see its appearance.
“There was, but I was conserving magic energy to withstand the asteroid radiation around me. We better get out of this steam than get rid of it,” explained the principal. “Thann, come closer to me, I will make protection.”
Thann flapped his wings towards Mr. Navarre. The headmaster made a magic circle with one hand and a bubble-shaped green light surrounded Thann and Habibie. Mr. Navarro also made protection for himself and Addison.
“Absolute protection lite version,” Addison comments with a go.
“Now you are safe. We're going down at high speed. You follow me, Thann. Don't lose track of me.” The headmaster flapped two pairs of transparent perian wings, like an ever-changing spectrum of light, after which he darted at high speed.
Thann followed the headmaster closely. Not wanting to get lost and lose track in the middle of the water vapor. They're winding through the water vapor long enough. Thann felt a blow for the sake of lashing out at them, but the headmaster's protective spell was indeed impenetrable.
Thann did not know how long they were twirling through the fog until the light was revealed before his eyes. The headmaster stopped abruptly and followed Thann behind him. The cold and freezing temperatures instantly ambushed them. The ocean has turned frozen, no water has flowed and fallen from above.
“What creature is this?” ask Habibie who has been quiet ever since. Hot steam came out of his mouth due to the drastically changing temperature.
“Which is clearly not listed in the school textbook,” Thann replied as he looked at the creature whose entire body was made of ice. The giant cyan monster was holding a bow that was also made of pieces of ice. On his head was a flaming ice crown, chest protector, and hands. He looks like an archer.
“I want to give a name to the creature so that my name is listed in the textbook as an inventor,” comments Addison who is still joking in this situation.
The creature looked up, looked at them with its fiery eyes, and then suddenly shot an ice arrow as big as a coconut tree at high speed. Mr. Navarro and Thann reflexively dodged and flew around in circles avoiding the streaked arrow slings of the giant ice archer creature.
“That creature sucks once!” said Mr. Navarro when the ice arrow attacks stopped. “We can't get close if it's like this keep.”
“I also can not fly for long while lifting weights,” Thann said as he glanced at Habibie who was swaying at Thann's feet.
“Hehehe, joking load,” said Habibie without sin while crossing his hands to form the letter V. His dragon that was tangled on his shoulders also revealed what seemed to be a burden.
“We should split up. You guys find the location of Mirror Island and let me face the ice. Based on Shalima's dream, the location is indeed around here. Habibie can help you by feeling the radiant radiance,” said the principal giving instructions.
Thann and Habibie nodded in agreement.
A flea? inner Habibie. Where are there fleas that big? Why does the headmaster choose lice from so many other names?
The headmaster made a magic seal with one hand. Not long after, his eyes let out a green glow and strangely glowing lines ran down his arms, neck, and face. He raised his hand high and a huge reddish magic circle appeared in the sky.
“What power is this?” habibie asked while looking up at the sky. He could feel the strong and dark energy of the magic circle.
“I don't like this energy. The aura is too dark and dense. Unlike the energy I have sucked so far,” said Thann also looked up to the sky.
“Meteor destruction!” The headmaster's voice boomed.
The magic circle started to emit a flame tongue, the lines and symbols from the magic circle started to burn and left a black hole in the sky. Not long after, there was a strange rumbling sound. The temperature began to change so that it melted the frozen sea water. Not long after, a huge burning object flashed from the giant hole at high speed and shattered the ice giant in a blink of an eye.
The originally frozen sea turned into a sea of fire. The burst of energy was so fierce, that Thann was thrown several meters away. Fortunately the protection made the principal worked well.
“As-ta-ga. By god ...” Addison muttered involuntarily as he watched the meteor come out of the black hole in the sky.
“Go-golden asteroid! Isn't that a golden asteroid?” Habibie was aghast to the point of releasing his grip from Thann's feet. Luckily the winged angel quickly pulled Habibie back so as not to fall into the lake of fire.
“That's her strength, right? The power of that person who can summon meteors?” habibie asked to confirm, the meteor that he had just seen was almost destroyed the earth a few years ago.
Thann shook his head. “I guess it's just a clone. The actual power must be a thousand times more devastating as it impacted the entire Maple World. I didn't know that the principal managed to imitate that legendary power.”
As they were talking, unexpectedly, the fire arrows hit them at high speed, Thann did not have time to dodge. They were thrown into space with incessant bombardment of arrows.
The lashing for the sake of lashing continued to scatter them, but thanks to the protection that the headmaster provided, once again they were able to endure. However, when the attack stopped, Thann and Habibie saw that the shield made by the headmaster slightly cracked.
“Isn't this protection impenetrable?” habibie asked anxiously looking at the shield and the giant fire creature below him in turn.
“The magic energy here is unstable, thus impacting on the magic quality of the principal. I also felt my magic power getting less and less. It may be the cause of the Golden Asteroid's radiation,” explains Thann.
Suddenly Addison shouted. “I found it! I saw Mirror Island!”
Habibie and Thann looked at Addison. “Where? And why is your face like that?” habibie asked when he saw Addison's right eye glowing and his eyeball turned like glass, while one horn slashed out of his right head.
“Addison's strength is already active,” the principal said telling. “Thann, you take Addison and Habibie to Mirror Island. Addison will guide you to find the island,” the principal ordered. “I'll finish with that big creature first. It turns out not deterred also after being hit by a meteor.”
“The protection you made has been broken, Sir,” Habibie reports.
“I will make two layers protection, but I don't know how long it will last. The closer the asteroid gets, the less my magic quality, ” said the headmaster as he made a magic circle and protected the three students with a two-layer green bubble.
Thann simply nodded and handed the fan to Habibie. He flew closer to the headmaster and pulled Addison's robe with his left hand. “Sorry, yes, we are just a burden,” Habibie said with a sinless smile. The dragon came along as if to agree.
