Luccane
Chapter 25: The Tears of Luccane's Pain

POV Author

The atmosphere of the hospital that had been quiet instantly turned into full of sobs upon the arrival of Vishabea's parents in the hospital where their child was treated.

Mang Ujang and his wife tried to explain slowly what happened to Vishabea while Andri chose to keep silent while keeping an eye on Luccane who was standing in front of the ICU room where Vishabea was.

Just like when he first met her, Luccane still appeared with a very sad face and a deep sense of guilt. Andri can feel Luccane's feelings very clearly, making the young man confused what to behave like.

"How could my son be hurt like that, O Lord.." lamented Mama Vishabea with a tearful face.

"Mr and Mrs Lazuardi, your child needs to get more intensive treatment. Did you both agree to a follow-up operation?" said a doctor who handles Vishabea.

"Do whatever you think is best to save our son's life, Doctor. I beg you, please save my son's life" said Mr. Lazuardi lethargic, his voice almost gone from trying to hold back his tears at the princess' alarming condition.

"If I die how, Andri?"

Andri jumped in shock at the sound of the sound flowing with despair, making the young man quickly divert his attention.

Andri was further shocked by the presence of the spirit figure of Vishabea who was standing looking at him with hospital clothes attached to the tiny body of the girl. Confused, Andri looked at his cousin's figure questioningly.

"You can't die yet, too many things you haven't finished yet" Andri replied of course in a whispering voice.

"I would have completely bled to death had Dimas not come soon enough. Now that I'm in a coma, I can feel what the ghosts that are bouncing around are indeterminate."

Not much different from the usual Vishabean human figure, the appearance of the Vishabean spirit is still beautiful with a cool air like the wind that blows at dawn.

Andri chuckled. "there's nothing I want to tell you except come back to your body immediately!"

Vishabea smiled amusedly. "yes, yes, well just pray that the operation will go smoothly so that I can return to my body."

A moment later, the figure of Vishabea disappeared just like that. In any case, Vishabea has not been able to leave now there is still a lot of business that he has to finish as a human being.

Andri stared worriedly at Vishabea's body lying unconscious with many cables supporting his life.

"Visha, please wake up because there is something I have to do for your safety later" Andri muttered with eyes focused on Vishabea amid the cries of the poor girl's parents.

...****************...

"Are you happy to see me like this, Widow?!" asked Luccane wrathfully, upon his arrival at one of the old Dutch cemeteries in the corner of Bandung.

The cemetery is the place where Jolanda used to be buried, so no wonder here there are so many Dutch ghost figures hanging around with various forms ranging from creepy to beautiful or handsome.

Jolanda smiled triumphantly at the suffering Luccane received, she was happy that Vishabea was lying unconscious in the hospital while Luccane continued to wander with a sad face filled with despair.

"I'm glad to see you coming back to me like this even with such a horrible face, Luccane. Did you come here to be my lover?"

"If Vishabea were really going to die I would absolutely not want to be your lover!" sahut Luccane beaver.

The handsome young man smiled cynically, mocking the confidence of the Widow who had already surpassed the limit. No matter how difficult her relationship with Vishabea was, she preferred to no longer be in contact with the Widow.

"You turned out to be more stubborn than I thought, huh, Luccane. You should have immediately abandoned that lowly human before I completely obliterated him," Jolanda said arrogantly, smiling disparagingly at Luccane.

Witnessed by several Dutch ghosts who settled there, Luccane and Jolanda argued fiercely by mentioning the name Vishabea.

"You are not a God who has the right to eliminate someone just because of personal feelings that you can not control," Luccane said no less cynical, insinuating the attitude of the Widow who he considered very selfish.

"If I should weep with blood for the sake of pleading with the Lord for the salvation of my beloved Vishabea, I would not hesitate. If necessary I should also ask God to eliminate selfish beings like you, " Luccane said with a sharp look as a sword, challenging Jolanda.

"Do I also have to eliminate you, Luccane?" The widow seemed to accept the challenge from Luccane.

"You're no lower than me, Jolanda. Stop being arrogant beyond God like that" Luccane insisted.

Luccane who usually always try to keep his attitude now no longer do it.

He was really furious with the arrogant behavior of the Widow who had harmed Vishabea so fatally.

Inevitably, Luccane must do something to make Jolanda a deterrent or even the worst possibility, Luccane could have eliminated Jolanda if the ghost of the Dutch girl continues to provoke her anger.

"I'm gonna stop, Luccane. Don't do what's on your mind" said Jansen, the adorable little girl who tried to break up the showdown between Jolanda and Luccane.

Luccane shook his head. "can't, Jansen. Widow is overdue should not she give punishment to my lover who has nothing wrong."

Jansen who understood the nature of the two ghosts could only smile incisively. What Luccane said about Jolanda's attitude is true, Widow who is too obsessed with Luccane is indeed very dangerous.

But on the other hand, Luccane's overprotecting attitude of Vishabea sooner or later would bring bad influence to Vishabea himself.

Their relationship was not justified, which made Jansen much more worried.

The overcast sky that overshadowed them had now dropped rainwater, as if to be a reminder for Luccane to dampen his emotions a little.

"Jansen, it looks like you're right. Facing a cunning and cruel ghost mana could only rely on emotions. Widow, you just have to wait your turn" Luccane said sharply and then disappeared.

"Don't I tell you not to touch that girl, Jolanda?" Meneer Kerkoof said as he leaned his back against a large stone monument tomb. A calm smile was also imprinted on the young master's beautiful face, making Jolanda even more upset.

"Are you sure you can still roam around quietly and freely like this the next few days, Jolanda? If I'm not really sure because Jonge Meester Luccane can't just stand idly by," added Meneer Kerkoof with full confidence that something will happen in the near future.
