"I think you must have misunderstood."
A slight frown formed on Jasper's face as he explained patiently, "There is no special connection between Miss Sylphie and me. I just came to the company for business."
Jonathan sneered as he continued glaring at Jasper. "I don't care why you're here at the company, but let me warn you. Miss Sylphie is the daughter of Sentel Corporation. He will never have any relationship with a stranger, no matter what," he said.
"You'd better give in to your cunning intentions."
Jonathan then demeans
his voice and approached Jasper's ears. "You know that you're just an outsider here, right? If you're not honest, you might disappear from the face of the earth without anyone noticing. No one will bother to find out what happened to you" he said.
Jasper looked at Jonathan calmly. "From your tone of voice, I know you're not kidding, Mr. Jonathan," he replied.
Jonatan chuckles. "As long as you're aware. Don't forget where we are now. This isn't Somerland. Don't entertain any thoughts you shouldn't have. Otherwise, you'll meet a terrible end. Do you understand?" He growls.
Jasper did not mind Jonathan's threats and he did not dispute them either.
At least Jonathan has said something true. This is Coreana, not Somerland. Jasper doesn't want to make enemies here.
Furthermore, there was no point in doing that to a woman he had never even met.
