"But Terence is your brother!"
Honey spoke as tears streamed down her face. "And Jasper too, why should he send Terence to prison? sure, Terence has made a mistake, but he's still his cousin, a little punishment is enough, you said he wouldn't hold Terence accountable, so why is this happening now?"
Darrel sighed deeply and spoke, "I don't want to trust Jasper when he tells me that Terence will definitely betray him, so I promised Jasper, if Terence betrays you, that means no one else can save her and this is our only option left."
"If he doesn't betray Jasper, then Jasper will let him go."
"Terence may be just an accomplice, but he can point Jasper to the culprit who is behind everything, this means a lot to Jasper because the people plotting against him are actually plotting his death!"
"This was already the best choice Jasper could make."
With tightly knitted eyebrows, Darrel's father hit his thigh and tightly clenched his jaw. "He has to face the consequences of his own mistakes, this is the most we can do for him, enough is enough, we can only hope that Jasper will remember how we teamed up with him this time and help Darrel with his business."
.....
Under Jasper's instructions, Sirius manages to drive his car into the basement parking lot of the apartment block without difficulty.
Soon after, Sirius hurriedly arrived at Zayden's apartment with two bodyguards behind him.
"Zayden, what..."
Sirius' eyes widened as his expression filled with disbelief as he looked at Jasper standing in front of Zayden.
Zayden smiles. "Jasper's been waiting for me at my house for a long time, Uncle Sirius."
Sirius furrowed his brows, feeling a little uneasy as he asked grimly, "What's going on here?"
"Not much."
Sirius slightly furrowed his brows.
To be honest, Sirius would rather sit at home with victory in his grasp than have to face off against his opponent even before his plan began.
Zayden's move caused a huge wave of uneasiness to surge in his heart, and he had an unpleasant feeling.
"What do you want, Zayden?" Sirius asked.
Zayden laughed out loud. "What do I want? I want Jasper to see when we destroy all of his!"
"Uncle Sirius, because we've prepared
everything and will move tomorrow, I don't understand why we can't tell him about it tonight, but we're not going to tell him specifically about what we're going to do and he just needs to guess!"
"You like to play guess, don't you, Jasper? then take your time and guess what, guess how exactly we're gonna screw you up!"
"But all you have is one night, so what if you manage to guess? you won't have time to prepare for a counterattack, an overwhelming feeling, won't you? Ha ha ha."
As he laughed, Zayden began to feel that something was wrong.
Jasper now looked at him as if he was stupid, and Julian's gaze on him was also truly pitiful.
"Why are you looking at me like that?! stop pretending you're gonna be okay, you're freaking out, aren't you? aren't you angry?" Zayden snapped in annoyance.
Jasper sighed and spoke, "It seems like there's no more information we can get from him."
"Send them in, Jul."
