"Sir, Mr Hanks, why are you looking at me like that?"
Shocked by Zayden's gaze, Terence asked tremblingly.
Zayden clenched his jaw and glared at Terence. "Why am I staring at you like that? let me ask you, how did Jasper know that you were the one who lit the fire too huh?, he told you to find out who else I was related to? did you tell him I was here?"
Terence's mind was buzzing, and he was in a daze.
Countless excuses had crossed his mind on the way here before he decided that he would be honest, after all, he would be screwed if Zayden found anything.
However, it did not occur to him that he had a fatal flaw in this plan.
Jasper had absolutely no idea that Zayden had returned, so the fact that Jasper was going to tell Terence to find out who else was in contact with Zayden meant that Terence had confessed that Zayden was the one who took orders from him.

"Thank God she still expects you to help her and inform her, we will only give her false information to confuse her later, I want to see what she looks like when she is betrayed!"
Zayden could only cackle thinking about it, an evil plan had already entered his mind and he could not wait to mess up Jasper with the plan.
"That's right, Mr. Hanks, with your formidable status, who the hell is Jasper? even your smallest gesture will make him crawl right away to kiss your feet!" Terence agrees.
"Does anyone tell you that your ability to curry favor is really terrible?" Zayden spoke as he glanced at Terence coldly.
Terence is so fond of Zayden that he might as well write a sonnet about the man's prowess, he immediately blushes in embarrassment and doesn't say a word.
"Don't think I don't know what your plan is, you're only on my side because you have no other choice, you're afraid Jasper will still hold you accountable for the things you've done."
"Not that I care, as long as you can prove to me that you're useful, then I'll keep protecting you, the gift that I promised you would be given as well."
Zayden grinned grimly before continuing, "But, if you dare to lie to me and play me like a fool, then you better prepare yourself when I come to kill you, understand?!"
"understand! It's clear!" Terence frantically nodded to show his loyalty.
"Here, take the money." Zayden took out a bundle of about 10,000 Someric Dollars from the drawer.
