It was night time when Dawson returned.
Anna had to prepare for a fashion show the next day in Westerhoff City while Henry hosted some family friends on Law's behalf.
Therefore, Jasper left them alone and went to dinner with Dawson, Wendy, and Julian d i behind him.
They found a simple restaurant and ordered their food, dawson turned to Jasper, saying, "You must be tired of how busy you have been lately."
Jasper smile. "I'd rather be busy now when I was young, no activity, on the other hand, makes me feel uncomfortable."
Dawson smiled. "Men your age should focus on work, that's how you start too, don't worry, I'll keep an eye on everything else for you."
Jasper poured Dawson a glass of wine. "I feel really bad about what happened to Uncle Yapp."
Dawson waved his hand indifferently. "Don't worry about that, we've been friends for decades, I know what kind of person he is, not to mention, if we look at this more realistically, he said, he did suffer a little this time but he gained more from this incident."
"In that case, he should be thanking you... All he did was praise you when I visited him in the hospital, you might as well become a divine being to him at this moment."
Jasper smile. "I've cleared up the incident, and even if there's still some things to resolve, I don't think he'll be in the crossfire anymore."
