Chapter 9 Friendship

Dinda and Hendri were both silent, they wondered in their hearts who was the fake Dinda.

“Sorry, I still can't believe your story, before I really know, that you are Dinda whom Ken.” meant Chiharu's words surprised Dinda and the others.

“Because when Ken called someone named Dinda at that time, we all believed in Dinda talking on the phone.” Again he convinced.

Hearing this, making Dinda feel disappointed and cry, Naomi was equally surprised by Chiharu's response, because according to Naomi, what was said by Dinda was a more convincing truth,  than what Dinda said before.

However Chiharu remained firm with her stance, she would believe, once she could truly find out which Dinda was the real one and which was the fake one.

“We both do not know, and we have never met before, how is it possible, for such an important affair, like this,  I'll be so easy to trust with people I just met.”  Chiharu.

Naomi silently pensively, ‘right also what was said by Chiharu, it could have been Dinda who is currently talking to him and others, it is precisely Dinda who fake‘ Naomi murmured in her heart.

“Well, believe it or not, everyone has the right to decide, what I'm saying is what I'm going through with Ken, what I'm going through,  which I hope still thinks of me as her lover as before she went to the ship.” Says Dinda sadly.

“And if indeed Ken no longer considers me as his lover, I sincerely and will give it up, as long as he can be happy.” Dinda's statement certainly made everyone feel touched by her heart, Chiharu was no exception.

Actually Chiharu has been able to judge the truth of Dinda's story, and she also believes that what is in

say is all right, only Chiharu has his own way, after all, Sayaka is

his best friend, and he knows that Sayaka is currently so strong and happy with Ken, and Ken can also give positive energy to Sayaka.

If Chiharu tells the truth to Sayaka, and asks Sayaka to stay away from Ken, then what will happen to Sayaka next. That was how Chiharu felt behind her harsh attitude.

“Alright Dinda, if that is what you say, my heart is touched, only I am a person who is not easy to believe, because I am not a person who is careless in attitude.”Chiharu said to Dinda, saying goodbye to Hendri and Dinda to end their video call.

Gandhi and Naomi stared at Chiharu who still could not believe what Dinda said, Chiharu looked at Naomi and Gandhi.

“Whatever we will do, we must think about the risk first, not just look at the facts.” Chiharu's message as she passed away leaving Gandhi and Naomi.

Chiharu did not go straight to her room cabin, she called Sayaka's room and invited her to meet, but there was no answer from Sayaka's room, she said,  finally Chiharu decided to stop by the open deck to just unwind and tired.

Sayaka and Ken are in the open deck, they both seem to be busy chatting and envy people who are nearby, Chiharu actually wants to go to Sayaka, who is really,  however he canceled his intentions and chose to pay attention to them from afar. In the end, Chiharu chooses to return to her cabin and leave them alone.

The next day, Sayaka rushes to her study, for the first time Sayaka is late for work.

“You are 5 minutes late Sayaka, this is the first warning for you, do not let you be late again ya.”Fernando said while giving the first warning letter to Sayaka, Fernando is Sayaka's manager.

“I'm sorry Sir, I forgot to turn on my morning alarm, I promise I won't repeat it again.” Sayaka bowed her body and apologized.

“Alright, then continue your work, today we will the arrival of a new person, prepare all the administrative data.” Fernando told Sayaka.

Sayaka nods and rushes towards her desk, as soon as she opens her work laptop and checks the manifest for the new crew coming up today.

How surprised Sayaka, it turns out that the new person referred to by her manager is Mayumi, Mayumi is a rival of Sayaka when she was in junior high school up to the top, and Mayumi is a rival of Sayaka,  it's just that while in high school, Mayumi was forced to change schools because following her parents who moved to another city in the northern region of Japan, she is a perfect person according to Sayaka.

“I did not expect, it turns out I will meet Mayumi here.” Sayaka said to herself.

Not long after, Fernando took Mayumi to the HR office where Sayaka worked, and introduced Mayumi to everyone, all the crew and HR staff seemed so amazed and stunned to Mayumi,  so beautiful, authoritative and so

Mayumi will be Sayaka's co-worker, accompanying Sayaka in one workspace and in the same position as Sayaka.

“Long time no see Mayumi, do you remember me?“ Sayaka said as she greeted Mayumi.

“Are you not Sayaka?  my old schoolmate?“ Mayumi answered while putting her index finger on her lips.

“Ah, apparently you did not forget me, you look so beautiful and perfect, always so from the first.” Sayaka praised Mayumi.

“Hey you were wrong, it was you who looked amazing and perfect in my eyes, from the first you were always the center of attention in school,  and only you can make Tetsuya fall in love.” Mayumi praised Sayaka.

Sayaka and Mayumi were the stars when they were in school first, even both – used to be former members of the idol group that is very famous in Japan,  it's just that Sayaka and Mayumi chose to stop and leave, because they want to focus on their studies.

“So you've been here a long time?“ Ask Mayumi.

“No, I have not been here long, I am also still a new person here.” Sayaka.

“Have you guys known each other before?“ Fernando asked them both.

“Iya Sir, Sayaka is a star in our school first, she is an exemplary student and

also an idol member group.” Answer Mayumi.

“Ah no sir, what Mayumi said, is not entirely true, it is precisely Mayumi who is a star and most fans at school first.” Sayaka.

Fernando just smiled at the answer they both got, because for Fernando, both Mayumi and Sayaka, they were all stars that captured the attention of many people on the ship, he said,  from the lowest position to the top, all will say that Sayaka and Mayumi are beauty angels on this ship.

When the time shows the break, Fahira, who was accompanying Mayumi to work orientation and ship tour, tells her to wait for Fahira for a while,  because Fahira got a call from ship security to come to the security office.

Mayumi is staying by Fahira in the crew mess, the new Mayumi and sits alone in one of the crew seats

mess, became a scene material for every crew who came to the crew mess or just passing by.

Ken and Marco, who were stopping at the crew mess at the time, did not escape their helplessness when they met Mayumi, even Marco immediately fell in love at first sight to Mayumi.

“I think, I have now fallen in love with Ken, let's meet him.”Marco said when stunned to see the beauty of Mayumi for the first time.

“Basically you are Marc, I don't think only you will fall in love at first sight with such a beautiful woman,  all the men who see it will surely fall in love like you Marc.”Ken Say.

“Therefore, let's hurry up and win his heart, for that chance only comes once Ken.“ Said Marco who could not hold back his desire anymore.

They approach Mayumi, who is sitting alone, and Marco shyly begins

introduced himself, followed by Ken later. Mayumi graciously accepted their introduction, after which Mayumi introduced herself to Marco and Ken.

They had a very familiar conversation afterwards, because Marco was an expert at attracting women.

Warsana who had seen the conversation between Mayumi, Ken and Marco, seemed not so happy, in the heart of Warsana still holds a grudge against Ken, Ken,  his feelings for the unrequited Sayaka are the main cause.

Fahira then reappears in the crew mess, and invites Mayumi to resume their Ship tour which was interrupted for a while, Mayumipun say goodbye to Ken and Marco to continue his obligations, to continue his duty,  Marco, who had been completely in a drunk romance to Mayumi, just fell silent full of smiles while looking at Mayumi continues, Mayumi who realized this, just smiled and just passed away leaving Marco.
