Chapter 4 The Seed of Infidelity

Ken who began to feel comfortable while at Sayaka's side, now slowly began to shift the position of Dinda in his heart, while Dinda always prayed and hoped, while,  in order for Ken's news to always be fine and abundant in sustenance, ironic indeed.

If Dinda had known what Ken was doing on the boat with Sayaka, Dinda's heart would have been blown to pieces.

That morning the ship docked on Jeju island, Sayaka planned to spend time walking down the streets of Jeju island, but nevertheless Sayaka could not go out alone in a place that is still unfamiliar, he said,  he invited Agnes and Fahira to take a walk out, of course Agnes and Fahira were willing to come along, because they also had a long plan to go out and walk on Jeju island.

Accompanied by Agnes and Fahira, Sayaka goes out down the streets of Jeju island without having to fear confusion again.

Meanwhile, Ken who could not go out to accompany Sayaka because of his duties and work, now can only spend his free time on the ship. He contacts Dinda and communicates with her lover Dinda who is at home by phone.

Dinda has a bad feeling and thoughts about Ken, when Dinda expresses her feelings to Ken about how she feels, Ken scolds Dinda and tells Dinda that everything is fine.

“Ken, I feel that you are there close to another woman, is it true what I feel this?” dinda said with a suspicious tone.

“What do you say Din, do not bother if you say, here also I work not deket each other women.” Ken to Dinda.

Inadvertently the conversation between Ken and Dinda was overheard by Warsana who accidentally sat right behind Ken. Without Ken knowing it turns out Warsana too

harboring feelings for Sayaka, even though Warsana is not young anymore and has been married and has children, but Warsana still has the desire to make Sayaka as his life companion.

Of course, it was taken advantage of by Warsana, slowly he turned on the voice recorder on his phone and recorded every word from Ken who was communicating with Dinda.

Until work time returned, Sayaka and the others had returned to the ship, Warsana deliberately came to Sayaka's workplace, which was far away from Warsana's workplace,  he tells Sayaka that Ken is a bad guy.

Of course Sayaka is confused by what Warsana says, because Sayaka herself also does not know what it has to do with Ken. If Ken is not good then what is the problem for Sayaka, while between Sayaka and Ken the relationship is only a comfortable friend, about that is how it is

in Sayaka's mind at that time.

Warsana tells Sayaka that Ken has started to have a lover named Dinda, and asks Sayaka to be careful with Ken,  Sayaka, who really does not understand what Warsana says, just nods slowly as if she understands, when in fact she does not understand what Warsana says.

“Sayaka, you are a good woman, beware of snakes like Ken.” Warsana was convincing

“She only wants you to be your pretty body, not to really love you.” That is what Warsana says.

Time to rest for Sayaka arrives, rushing Sayaka to her room cabin, and how surprised she is, because the cabin of her room is full of people, they are friends of Rosane, who is,  sayaka's new roommate.

“Hai Sayaka, sorry yes, we meet your room.” Said Gabriel, Rosane's friend.

“Oh no problem, please continue, I want to go to crew mess first.” Sayaka said to Rosane's friends.

With an arrogant heart, Sayaka walks towards the crew mess, hoping to get a comfortable resting place for her.

“Hai Sayaka, where are you going?” ask Chiharu

“Oh, I want to go to crew mess, do you want to go there too?” sayaka

“Actually I want to go to the library, maybe you want to come with me there ?” chiharu said while pointing towards the library of the ship that was beside them.

Hearing Chiharu's invitation, Sayaka changes her mind, she feels that the library will be much better than the messenger crew.

 “I think, library is better than crew mess, well I will follow you.” Sayaka

The two of them, in the end, headed to the library.

“Why haven't you changed your uniform Sayaka?  isn't this not the time to work anymore?” chiharu said curiously

“Rosane... who is he?  I just heard his name.” Tanya Chiharu was curious.

“Oh, he's my new cabinmate, Lim's replacement who just came home earlier.” Bright Sayaka.

Once they were in the library, the atmosphere there was quite calm, and not many people were there. Sayaka begins to choose her place to rest, unexpectedly meeting Ken in the library.

“Ken, what are you doing here?” ask Sayaka to Ken.

“Oh, I'm resting here. in my room full of friendsmancabinmate.” Ken said as he lay down his body on the library couch.

“While you are, what are you doing here?” ask Ken.

Sayaka smiled at Ken's answer, as if it was an accidental coincidence, how could they meet in the library because of the same problem.

 “Why are you just smiling Sayaka, is there something wrong with my question?” ask Ken curiously.

“No-no, I just feel surprised, how could the reason we are here is the same.” Answer Sayaka.

“You mean what Sayaka ?”  ask Ken to be astonished.

“Yes, the reason I'm here is because my room is full of my new cabinmate friends.” Sayaka said with a reassuring expression.

 Ken laughed at Sayaka's statement, and in the end they engaged in a chat that was quite interesting, until the time did not seem to start getting late.

 Until finally Ken ventured to ask further to Sayaka, hoping that their relationship became more serious.

 As if now Ken had completely forgotten about Dinda, who was now only a figure for him, which maybe at this time, Dinda was struggling to keep her heart for Ken.

“Can I ask you about yourself Sayaka?” asked Ken in a serious tone, for a moment Sayaka was silent in thought.

“You ask about what?  As much as possible I will answer.” Sayaka said to make sure.

“Who is the man who took a picture with you in that photo?  is she your lover?” ask Ken

For a moment Sayaka was pensive to hear Ken's question, then she slowly pulled out her phone, and showed me the photo album on her phone.

 “She is my lover, her name is Tetsuya, I love her very much.” Sayaka said with my eyes.

Ken stops the question, he begins to worry, if the questions will hurt Sayaka, and Sayaka continues the story.

“Tetsuya is my childhood sweetheart, we've been together since we were in junior high school. Until heart disease took his life.” Saidaka brightly as she wiped her tears out.

“We should have been here together, because he was the one who forced me to be here.” Sayaka said again.

“Sorry Sayaka, may I know, when Tetsuya died?” ken asked Sayaka carefully.

“A month ago, at a futsal match, that's when he breathed his last.” Sayaka said remembering the passing of her lover.

Suddenly Sayaka cried and could not hold back her tears, Ken who was confused how, spontaneously he hugged Sayaka's body, while trying to calm Sayaka

Sayaka is now in Ken's arms, they are carried into a deepening feeling. For Ken, is this an affair?  or a fateful meeting!.
