Chapter 35 The Trap For Sayaka's Friend

Dinda is really confused to think of how to get Ken's request to be fulfilled, because after all Dinda considers Mayumi and the others to be like their own family even though resentment envelops her heart.

"Do I really have to get rid of them?" Guman Dinda in his heart.

"Then what should I do now." He said again, immersing his face in the pile of books on his desk.

Suddenly Dinda accidentally saw a wall clock with a picture of the person being chased by time, it made her have an idea to solve her problem.

"Well, I'll make their work harder than ever so I have a reason to get them out." The gum is in the heart.

Dinda then gathered all the HR staff in her room and began to launch the action. "All right everyone.From today we will work extra to get maximum results." Dinda.

Dinda told his staff that the company is currently experiencing financial hard times, so he and his team must improve the quality of employees to increase company revenue.

"Sorry Mrs Dinda... Is this not too much?" Ask one of the staff.

"Of course not. Twenty hours of working time will be done from today, for anyone who does not like it please raise your hand." Said Dinda intimidating her staff.

Mayumi and Sayaka can only be silent about Dinda's decision even though they feel it is very strange and unnatural.

"I think I should immediately file my resignation letter so as not to go crazy." Mayumi's whisper to Sayaka.

"If you want to resign, don't forget to tell me." Sayaka said slowly.

Dinda then began to carry out his plan by starting to divide his staff into several teams, each team will have the responsibility to complete each task he gave.

Not only the working hours added by Dinda, but also the target time of each job that they have to complete in a very unreasonable time. Mayumi who was upset with Dinda's attitude finally raised her objection to Dinda.

But this is exactly what Dinda was waiting for in order to trap Mayumi subtly. "Sorry Mrs Dinda. I really feel your rules are very unreasonable." Mayumi said with annoyance.

"What do you mean by your words.Did you not like your work anymore?" Said Dinda who turned around threatening Mayumi.

"Anyone who disagrees with what I'm planning will immediately submit a letter of resignation." Dinda.

Sayaka, who felt that it was something that Dinda had planned, finally reminded Mayumi by holding her arm. "Mayumi stop.. It's all set." Whisper Sayaka slowly.

"But this really pisses me off." Mayumi.

"How is Miss Mayumi.. do you no longer need this work of yours?" Ask Dinda.

"Okay!. You are now the one who won Mrs Dinda." Mayumi said as she passed away leaving Dinda and the others behind.

Elsewhere, Chiharu and Naomi are taking a quality improvement class for Food and Beverages, they get a recommendation from FnB Manager to move up to a higher position.

Ken, who dislikes seeing Naomi get the chance, eventually tries to influence FnB Manager to reconsider his decision.

"What do you mean by that?" FnB Manager.

"Naomi has less experience in leadership..Why was she chosen to get the promotional recommendations that I should have gotten?" Ken said with annoyance.

Of course the FnB Manager who heard Ken's remark felt offended, as if Ken who was only his subordinate felt he had the right to set his policy.

"I need to remind you Mr. Ken. Here I am your Manager and it is not your job to manage my every decision." FnB Manager is upset.

"Then I'll make you regret putting it aside." Ken said as he left the office of FnB Manager.

Ken who was so upset then met Dinda who was in his study, Ken told Dinda the problem about FnB Manager who did not give him the opportunity to get a promotion.

"Quiet dear.. Everything can be arranged." Said Dinda trying to calm Ken his lover.

"I just don't want to be in the same position as this at least for the future." Ken tried to seduce Dinda.

Of course Dinda can easily manage the position of Ken and other Hotel staff, because the position of Dinda herself who is an Assistant Manager of HrD makes it have its own power.

Dinda immediately opens Naomi's file and begins to learn all the experiences that Naomi has, here Dinda cunningly changes all of Naomi's previous work experience to look fake.

Dinda then contacted FnB Manager and asked him to meet in his study,  in this case Dinda wants FnB Manager to revoke the recommendation he has given to Naomi on the grounds that Naomi's previous experience was proven false.

"Look at the documents I've found from Naomi." Said Dinda while handing over the documents of Naomi's modified documents.

FnB Manager was so surprised to read the data belonging to Naomi who turned out to be fake, here then Dinda deliberately suggested Ken to get a chance to be promoted,  because Dinda told FnB Manager that Ken has a more prominent track record in his data files.

"Alright Mrs. Dinda... I will call Naomi first to account for what she has done with her false experiences." FnB Manager.

"It's only then that I'll consider replacing it with Ken." Its effects.

A satisfied smile expands on Dinda's lips, now his plan to get rid of Sayaka's friends is coming to fruition and soon one by one Dinda's friends will soon disappear.

Naomi and Chiharu are now in the Open Deck while taking a break to unwind after attending a quality improvement class that is quite tiring.

"I think this is our golden opportunity for our future." Naomi.

"Right Chiharu. because after all we won't get the same chance the second time." Naomi replied while breathing with relief.

But the joy on their faces suddenly disappeared after FnB Manager came and immediately reprimanded Naomi with accusations that all work experience belonging to Naomi is fake.

That surprised Naomi and Chiharu. "What do you mean by saying that my work experience is fake?" Naomi said with anger.

"You need not avoid.from this moment on you no longer get the opportunity to attend the class upgrade anymore." Said FnB Manager as he passed away leaving them.

Chiharu, who was not accepted by the unreasonable accusations from FnB Manager, ran after FnB Manager to get clarity about the allegations that befell him.
