Chapter 6 The Lie

Sayaka, who sees Ken's strange attitude, tries to understand what is happening to Ken, but Ken, who can't cover up the restlessness in his heart, makes Sayaka even more confused.

“Why do you look like Ken's guy?  is everything okay?” ask Sayaka worriedly.

“Iya, I'm fine kog, just calm down.” Ken replied trying to stay calm.

Sayaka then throws her gaze into the ocean, with her charming smile, leaving Ken even more helpless, and must admit that her feelings are now so comfortable beside Sayaka.

“Look at Ken, how beautiful the ocean is when we are in the middle of the ocean.” Sayaka said, leaning her head on Ken's shoulder.

Like a year's drought in the rain a day, Ken's heart this time really felt shady, really a gift that will not be repeated a second time,  losing Sayaka is a big folly for him right now.

Shortly after, Chiharu appeared from behind them, Chiharu's presence certainly made Ken surprised instead of playing, in addition to Chiharu's eyes that were so sharp looking at Ken's cynical eyes,  makes Ken like he'll be struck by lightning in broad daylight.

“Have long here Sayaka?” ask Chiharu.

“Ah not really, maybe only ten minutes I was here.” Answer Sayaka

“Who is Sayaka?   don't you want to introduce him to me?” said Chiharu who pretended not to know Ken.

Ken was so misbehaved and excited at that time, various thoughts began to emerge from his mind, fear suddenly came to haunt him.

“Oh, he is Ken, a waiters from Indonesia.” Sayaka introduced Ken to Chiharu.

“I..iya, my name is Ken, greetings know ya.” Say ken terbatata – brick.

“Oh, my name is Chiharu, just call meHaru, I am a friend of Sayaka from Japan.” Chiharu said with a cynical tone.

Ken, who was already uncomfortable with the atmosphere, hurried to say goodbye to Sayaka and Chiharu, arguing that he would return to work.

Shortly before Ken actually leaves, Naomi suddenly appears, which makes Ken feel a little relieved, all the while

whispering to Naomi, Ken asks Naomi to help him keep Sayaka's mood off Chiharu, while Ken asks for time so she can be honest with her feelings. Naomi nodded her head while smiling at Sayaka and Chiharu.

Ken has now gone from the open deck, Chiharu starts walking closer to Sayaka who is still sitting in the lounge chair.

“Sayaka, be careful with Ken, I guess, he's not a good guy.” Chiharu said to Sayaka.

Chiharu had not yet gotten on with her words, Naomi approached Sayaka and Chiharu who were sitting next to her.

“I know Ken better, he was my friend on the ship before.” Naomi's words cut off Chiharu's conversation.

“For sure, he is a good man.. and I also know who Warsana.” is Naomi Assertive.

Sayaka, who doesn't understand what Naomi and Chiharu are talking about, tries to figure out what they mean about Ken and Warsana.

Finally Chiharu began to open the story, that he got an information from Warsana about Ken, who told him that Ken already had a lover in Indonesia.

But Naomi gives a defense to Ken, Naomi explains that Kensudah has a lover, but her heart does not feel comfortable with her lover, and Naomi says, that Ken found comfort while with Sayaka.

Naomi asserts to Sayaka, that Ken is a good man, who has never played with the feelings of women on the ship before, inversely proportional to Warsana, who had many lovers on the ship before, who had many lovers on the ship before, because it just so happened that Naomi had met Warsana on another ship.

Sayaka is now struck by a great turmoil of heart, after hearing the explanation from his two friends, whether the step he took close to Ken was wrong,  or indeed all this according to the destiny that should be so.

That night, Sayaka tries to cover up the Unrest in her heart, she opens her phone and sees a video of her memories along with Tetsuya, he was afraid that the move he was taking right now was a mistake.

“Pardon the carelessness of my heart dear, I will recall my promise to you.” Sayaka said as she looked at a photo of Tetsuya, which made her slowly fall asleep.

The next day, when Sayaka meets Ken in an alley way, Sayaka is so indifferent to Ken, Sayaka's attitude this time changes drastically to Ken.

Ken was surprised to see the change, as if struck by lightning in broad daylight, Ken's heart was shattered. While on the crew's mess, Ken waits for Sayaka as usual for lunch together, but Ken's wait is useless, as Sayaka never arrives.

Ken tries to ask Naomi about the change in Sayaka's attitude, Naomipun just answers not knowing about it, Naomi only thinks maybe Sayaka is disappointed in Ken.

Actually Sayaka was also heavy to do that, because the presence of Ken really makes it comfortable, but Sayaka does not want to hurt her lover Dinda Ken, because Sayaka is also a woman, because Sayaka is also a woman,  just like Dinda, Sayaka understands how painful it is to lose a loved one, but Sayaka wants to remember her promise to be loyal to her long-lost lover Tetsuya.

Ken this time had completely lost his mind, he thought of a way to be able to lure back Sayaka's heart, until in the end a small lie flashed inside her brain,  a play will be made soon.

He calls Marina, one of his female friends in Indonesia, and asks her to pretend to be Dinda, as Ken is convinced, no one knows Dinda, but she is,  except for her and her close friends who are not on this ship.

The plan was finally carried out, by asking Naomi for help to be able to bring him together with Sayaka, Chiharu and Warsana. He said he was going to call Dinda in front of them, when in fact she was

it's the real fake Dinda that's Marina, which in the theatrical scenario, Ken would make

the statement that he prefers Sayaka over Dinda.

When the wait arrives, this time in the library room they all meet, Ken's plan of mischief is launched, immediately Ken calls Marina who has pretended to be Dinda,  Ken tells the fake Dinda that he has feelings for Sayaka, and wants to release the fake Dinda to another man who has been loved by Dinda.

In this tale of wits, as if Ken was the victim of an affair from Dinda, it's just that Ken seemed to let it happen for years,  but this time Ken wants to free Dinda to love the man of her choice.

Sayaka, Chiharu, Naomi and Warsana who heard the phone conversation between Ken and Dinda fake, of course surprised instead of playing, suspicious and cynical feelings from Chiharu earlier, Chiharu,  now it turns into a feeling of sympathy, as does Sayaka who suddenly returns to Ken.

Warsana lost this time, she couldn't do anything more, this time she was checked out by Ken and his plans, and,  without saying anything Warsana immediately went by with a disappointed look.

 Especially when the phone he gave to Sayaka, the conversation between fake Dinda and Sayaka also happened, fake Dinda said that all this time, she did not love Ken in the least,  he loved other men

much better than Ken, he only pretends to love and be loyal to Ken, because Ken is a good man, Sayaka who hears Dinda's false remarks,  of course being angry and spontaneously berating the fake Dinda, he told the fake Dinda, that what he did had been humiliating and degrading the loyalty of a woman.

Now Sayaka's feelings are back again as before, coming back to Ken, and re-opening his heart to Ken.

Smile expands on Ken's lips, the plan works, his heart flowers again, although it must be built on a lie.
