Time is slow when we hope to be happy. Instead, it feels like riding a super-fast jet, when you want to avoid something disappointing.
One month to be exact, when Mr. Kusno showed WA Gus Ikhsan's message to Maira. The message informed him about the current condition of Janu in the pesantren.
"Alhamdulillah, you can see, sir!" exclaiming Maira. Face sparkles. Hugged her tightly Hanin to spill happily.
"What, who, Mai?" Ms. Kusno moved from the kitchen. "Janu can already be picked up. I-i-i?"
Maira nodded. His eyes glazed over his mother. "Yes, Mom. This is Gus Ikhsan WA."
"Dad's welcome, Bun?" Oza came out of his room.
"Yes, honey. Thank goodness!"
"Yeeey .. yey .. yey .. yey!" The curly-haired boy prancing around shedding a sense of happiness. "When are we there, Bun?"
Maira looked at her father. "When, sir?"
"Now only. Mumpung father also holiday."
Oza back prancing, jumpalitan. Then kissed Hanin who was in his sling. "We're going to see Dad, brother. Fun, cool, want to see dad!"
Hanin whined uncomfortably. Maira immediately held onto Oza's arm, preventing the boy's mess from continuing.
"You told Ms. Hartini, yes, Mai. Who knows if he will come!" advice Pak Kusno.
"Yes, Sir. I'll call him."
Then in the afternoon the group of Mr. Kusno left. Ms. Hartini also participated. Everyone can't wait to see Janu.
At the boarding school, Major Yusuf was also waiting. He immediately welcomed Maira's arrival with Gus Ikhsan.
"Assynnya!" Mr. Kusno approached and greeted them.
"Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh." Gus Ikhsan welcomed. "Alhamdulillah, all complete can come here." Kyai's views circulated to the entire group that came. Smile spreads.
"Yes, Gus. We are curious about the condition of Janu. How is he now, Gus?" maira asked, unable to hide her curiosity.
"Patience, Ma'am. He's coming here soon, really. This again was called by santri."
Major Yusuf chuckled. "A miss it?"
Major Yusuf's temptation made Maira blush. Kangen is already like a transparent plastic wrapped grocery. It is clearly visible from the outside.
After sitting for a while in the pendopo pesantren, Maira saw the body figure wrapped in white cocoa and green sheath approaching. The figure walked towards the pendopo, the longer the closer. Maira's heart was pounding, she was poulting right the way the man walked.
"Mas Janu" he whispered.
The man in black became increasingly visible on his face. Maira barely recognized her face because of the beard and mustache that grew around her lips. His eyes looked even more sparkling, unlike a month ago when they were separated.
"Assalamualaik." His voice was heavy and deep. Janu nodded his head, greeting everyone inside the pendopo.
They answered Janu's greeting. Maira herself barely made a sound, only her lips moved. The eyes of the woman could not be separated from the charismatic man standing in front of them.
"Dad?" Oza frowned. Shoved head to side. His eyes probed, trying to recognize the bearded man in front of him.
Janu smiling. The man then crouched down in front of Oza. Both of his arms stretched out, giving his son space. "Yes, it's Dad, Oza."
The little boy immediately jumped into Janu's embrace. "Yeah ...!" Oza crying haru. Hugged tightly Janu, as if not to be separated. "Oza kangen daddy!"
"Father also kangen Oza," said Janu lirih. Clear lightning appeared in his eyes.
Meanwhile, Maira shut her mouth. He was worried that he could not resist the screeches, because of the great happiness. The man who was now embracing Oza was really Janu Satria completely. It was not Janu who was trapped in his own world. A world of regret that kept him away from family.

In the church, a girl with a complexion sat in prayer in front of the altar. He looked solemnly cupped both hands in front of his face. Eyes closed. And from its corners flows a clear liquid, making a pathway on the cheeks. The girl whose stomach looked enlarged was crying in prayer.
Pastor Andreas and Miss Harni stood beside the church exit. They watched and talked about Bertha in a quiet voice.
"What about one of the congregations' requests, pastor?" ask Miss Harni.
Pastor Andreas took a breath. "It seems I don't dare to fulfill it, Miss Harni."
"Why? Does it not meet the criteria?"
Reverend nodded. "Their son is three, still small. Economic conditions are also common. It's a little worrisome to give Bertha's child to take care of them."
Miss Harni sighed. "If I could, of course I would take care of Bertha's child myself later, father," he said quivering.
"Here you go, Miss Harni don't have to go thinking about this too deeply. Focus on the health of the mother. I'm sure, if Jesus willed, there would be a way!"
Miss Harni nodded. The woman bit her lips. He was disappointed in himself. The condition of the body that in recent times is often not good to make pastor Andreas forbid him to take Bertha's child later to be cared for.
The two of them went back into silence, immersed in each other's thoughts.
The pastor recalled the phone he received last night. Call from Karina. The woman was always in regular contact with him. Just asking for news also Bertha's condition.
"Is Bertha really sure she wants to be a nun, priest?" asked Karina last night.
"Praise God, that's how it is, Ms. Karina."
"Who will his son take care of, Pastor?"
Pastor Andreas did not answer immediately last night. He then switched the conversation. Asking news Janu who is said to be depressed and undergoing therapy in pesantren.
The eyes of the priest Andreas gnawed. "Well," his his hiss was troubled.
"What's up, Father?" ask Miss Harni in wonder. A moment ago he saw the priest calm down. But why is it so upset now?
"Oh, it's okay, Miss Harni. Just ... E ... Ah, stop!"
Miss Harni frowned. His eyes opened with the footsteps of pastor Andrew coming out of the church.

"Maira." Janu's voice shuddered with that name. His eyes were pushy looking at the beautiful woman veiled peach in front of him. "Maira."
There was no answer from Maira's lips. Just a small nod and a relieved smile. The girl's eyes were glazed.
"Ehem!" Major Yusuf cleared his throat. "What if the kangen continued at home?"
Janu and Maira both blushed. Janu's hand, which was about to rub Maira's head, immediately pulled. They bowed with red cheeks.
"Dad can go home?" Oza nimbrung asked.
Those in the crowd turned their eyes to Major Yusuf. Expect an encouraging answer from the person in charge of Janu's treatment.
