"Where, Mal?"
Karina approached Kemala. The young psychologist smiled.
"Tea first, what. He said he wanted to make tea, looking forward to it, not coming!" joked Kemala, laughing.
"Walaaah .., yes yes. How, even not made tea to, Rin?" sorry Bu Kusno.
"Joking, Buu ...!" Kemala laughs. He grabbed Karina's arm and led her into the living room.
Pak Kusno and Bu Kusno followed from behind. Their faces were full of curiosity.
"Maira's mom is okay. Calm down" said Kemala as they sat down.
"Alhamdulillah" hissed Bu Kusno.
"There are signs of depression. And if it is allowed to be severe as well," continued Kemala again.
"Trus, how is he now, Mala?" ask Karina.
"Need support from those close to him."
"What support, son Mala. Now Maira is really hard to talk to. It's just silence. It was taken like this without response," complained Bu Kusno. "Just like his son, he doesn't care. Pity me for Oza."
Kemala smile. "Patience, Mom. Signs of depression are usually sufferers withdraw from their environment. We must try to stay close to the sufferer. Invite him to socialize and do activities. Don't ever leave him alone."
Ms. Kusno and her husband nodded. All this time they had tried to seduce Maira to talk as usual. He invited Maira to do various activities. But all did not produce results. They finally gave up. Let Maira be silent. They concentrate more on nurturing Oza who increasingly lose the figure of his mother.
"It looks like Karina's presence here will be very helpful" Kemala said as he looked at his best friend. "The communication between the two of you will be more connected than the father's mother."
Karina stunned. "But I can't stay here long, Mal. I still have to get medication."
Kemala poked her lips while frowning. "I don't think it's gonna take long. There are plenty of opportunities to bring Maira back to her former life. There's Oza and her pregnancy that we can use as her spirit trigger."
"Oh, so, huh?"
Kemala looked at Karina deeply. "You can definitely touch his deepest heart. Provocate him slowly to get back up the spirit. I'll help him let go of the grief he's been holding!"
Karina nodded. She believes her best friend must have managed to make her brother back to how he was.

As Kemala suggested, Karina ended up staying temporarily in Jogja. Bayu went back to Jakarta first. The plan is two weeks later Karina will be picked up by Bayu.
Kemala himself has come to see Maira three times. So far the development of Maira has begun to appear. He no longer locked himself in his room all day. Occasionally obey the words of his mother and Karina, go out and join family members. Attention to Oza has also begun to appear.
That morning Karina took Maira for a walk.
"The delivery will be easy, Ma'am," Karina said.
Maira according to him. He followed Karina and Oza who walked out of the house.
"From now on Mother must be diligent to walk!" Oza turned to Maira. The boy then grabbed Maira's arm and led her. "Later Oza who accompanied Mother on the road."
Maira just smiled as she nodded. Balanced his steps with Oza's small steps. While Karina walked slowly in front of them.
"We're going to the rice field, yuk!" bring Karina.
"Yey!" Oza cheering. "We went to the hut in the rice field Mbah Surip yes, Auntie. Near there is a water channel. Oza wants ship-ship toys!"
They walked towards the rice fields on the edge of the village. Tracing the dirt road leading to the rice fields. Not slippery because some days it does not rain. As far as the eye can see, rice plants that are only a few weeks old appear lush green. Beautifully framed by stretches of rice fields. Wet morning air enters the respiratory tract. Giving freshness to empty souls.
Their footsteps headed to the hut that stood on the edge of one of the paddy fields. Oza ran ahead. The boy rushed towards the irrigation canal beside the hut. While Karina and Maira went straight to the hut and sat there.
"Hurry up, Ma'am?" Karina breathed in the air deeply.
"Yes." Yeah."
"Mother, Mother, look, I have a ship!" exciting Oza. The boy raised his hand which was holding the toy ship from the folded leaf.
"Wow, cool!" Karina raised her thumb. "Put it in the water, Za!"
Oza bowed his body, putting his ship into an irrigation canal. The boy then jumped up in excitement when his ship successfully sailed in a stream of irrigation water that is not too heavy. He ran around a little following the speed of his ship.
"Be careful, Oza!" exclaiming Maira.
Karina. In her heart she was grateful her brother started to show more attention to Oza.
"Sir, look at Oza, I remember when we were little" he said, staring at Maira. "The father often invites us to the rice field even though he does not have a rice field. He's just happy to see us playing around here. Maira used to take me to catch that golden insect."
"As-masan," cut off Maira.
"Yes, his name is mas-masan. We're gonna race who gets the most means he's rich." Karina's eyes glared, reviewing the events they had experienced in the past. "Father will only laugh if I sulk for losing rich to mbak Maira. And Ma'am would then definitely divide the Mbak insects into me so that each of us has the same number of insects."
Maira's eyes looked forward. A faint smile flashed on his lips.
"I felt so lucky to have a sister like my mother. And I promise I'll never part with Mommy." Karina held Maira's hand. "That's why when I get sick and see Ma'am, I feel like I need to heal. Ma'am is the reason why I have to continue to live, besides of course the father, mother and mas Bayu." The eyes of Maira were fixed.
"Today," whispered Maira Parau.
"So, I hope I also see us, me, Oza, father, mother, mas Bayu, also the child in your womb, as a reason for my mother to continue to survive!"
Maira tergugu's.
"Mbak, hangin! At least for us." Karina hugged her sister. The two women drowned in tears.
***
Pak Kusno's family is very grateful for the development of Maira's improved psychic condition. Especially Karina. The woman was able to return to Jakarta with a relieved heart. There is no more worry because Maira has almost completely returned to her original condition.
Regarding Janu's disappearance, there is still no encouraging news. Maira never brought it up again. She busies herself by taking care of Oza's school move and preparing for labor. The woman now obeyed what her mother had said. She plans to give birth in Jogja only.
"Hopefully the delivery will be smooth, healthy mother and baby yes, Ma'am," Karina said as she said goodbye.
"Aamiinu. Hope you get well soon, yes, Rin." Maira prayed for Karina too.
Two days after Karina's return to Jakarta, Maira felt her stomach break down. He got up from the bed and walked out of the room grimacing in pain. Both of his hands held a protruding stomach.
