REPLACEMENT MEN Season 2

REPLACEMENT MEN Season 2
DEPRESSIVE

"Sir, it's Karina!"

There was no answer from inside. Slowly Karina pulled the door handle. And after it opened, the woman was surprised to see the condition of her brother.

Maira seemed to be sitting dumbstruck on the bed. His eyes were blankly staring ahead. Her ears seemed to not hear the sound of the door Karina opened. The woman remained in her place.

"Mbak why?" Karina rushed to her sister. There was worry in his heart.

"Ah, you, Rin. When's coming?" Maira reacted when Karina sat on the edge of the bed.

"Just now, Ma'am." Karina held Maira's hand. "Maira's sister is sick?"

Maria nodded slowly. A bitter smile flashed on his lips. Then the woman looked back to the front with a blank look.

"Sunday, clean up and drink your tea first, Nduk!" Ms. Kusno appeared in the doorway.

Karina looked at her mother. Maira remained in her original position. The woman seems to be concentrating on one thing that maya, which is only understood by herself.

Look at Karina's eyes full of questions. She was just about to open her mouth when Ms. Kusno signaled that she should immediately come out of Maira's room.

"Maira, how is it, Mom? Why?" karina asked after they were at the dinner table.

"How is that?" Bayu who heard so curious.

"Like not care about the same around him, Mas. I'm afraid he's depressed."

Bayu. "Really?"

Sobs of Bu Kusno distract them. Karina moved to sit next to her mother. The back of Bu Kusno.

"Yes, that's what you are now, Rin. If you talk to me just be quiet. Rarely cry, but more silence." Isak Bu Kusno is getting stronger. "Mother's worried. Especially in a minute she's out."

"Patient and strong mother, yes, ma'am," comforted Karina.

Across the table Bayu looked dumbstruck. The man seemed to be thinking about something. "Sir, should we take him to a psychologist?"

Karina looked at her mother. His eyes implied a request for approval

"As for you how good. In less than a month he was born. If it's still like this, I'm worried ...." Ms. Kusno continued her sentence with a cry.

Karina hugged her mother tightly. He felt how sad the woman was. Just now she is shocked to hear of Karina's illness, now having to face the reality of Maira who is depressed because of the loss of her husband.

Forgive us, the children of mothers who usually only make mothers worry. Hearts upset.

With the permission of Mr. Kusno, Karina finally contacted one of her best friends during High School. Kemala, a psychologist who is quite famous in Jogja. The young psychologist was even willing to come to Bu Kusno's house to do therapy for Maira.

"Not bothering you, Mal?" asked Karina, feeling bad.

"Look easy. Just who, you know, you are!"

Kemala was quite close to Karina during High School. Even while in college, even though the place of college is different, they remain friends and often go together. With all the Karina family he knew, because he used to stay at Karina's house.

That afternoon came. The veiled woman looked even more graceful now. Karina greeted him with a warm embrace. For a moment they shed a sense of kangen after a long time did not meet.

"How are you doing now?" asked Kemala while watching Karina. He was among those who knew about Karina's disease. Even before Bayu and his family knew, Karina had told Kemala first. Thanks to Kemala's support, Karina was strong.

"Thank God, as you see. I'm fine."

"Thank God." Kemala smiled with satisfaction.

They then stepped onto the terrace, where Mr. Kusno, Bu Kusno and Bayu waited.

After shaking hands and making small talk with everyone, Kemala started asking Maira.

"Oh, so, huh?" Kemala nodded. "So it's been three weeks since Maira's husband went missing?"

"Yes, Mal. Even though yesterday-yesterday in Bandung, Maira was not as severe as her depression. Why, huh?"

"It could be because the pile of emotions and sadness that is getting heavier and can no longer bear it. Moreover, Maira was also willing to give birth. The more complex the problem he's thinking of."

"Well, there it is. We're really worried that until she gives birth in this condition."

A moment Kemala was silent. The woman tapped her fingertips on the arm of the chair. "Emm, okay, then, can I now take Maira to the room?"

"Oh, come on, I'll take you!" Karina immediately got up from her seat.

"Sir, Ma'am, mas Bayu, permission to meet Maira's mother, nggih," said Kemala got up from sitting.

"Monggo, Monggo, son, please. Ask for help yes, Nak Kemala," Mr. Kusno stood up and slightly bent his back, accompanying Kemala and Karina steps into the house.

After knocking on the door, they went inside. As usual, Maira seemed to be sitting at the end of the bed with an empty look ahead. He remained unmoved even though someone had entered his room.

"Master Maira, see who's here?" karina exclaimed with a voice made as cheerful as possible.

Maira looked over. But he did not seem enthusiastic to see Kemala or Karina.

"Assalamualaikum Ma'am. Remember I didn't?" Kemala approached Maira and sat down next to her.

Maira. Squeezing fingers that seem to take care of.

"I'm Kemala, Karin High School friend first, Ma'am. Who often goes here. Who often love chocolate." Kemala deliberately put his face in front of Maira so that the woman could see him.

There was a look of surprise on Maira's face. His eyes are a bit bulky, lips open. But that expression soon disappeared. Maira drowned in silence.

Kemala beckoned Karina for her to leave the two of them.

"Eh, I'll grab a drink for you guys, yeah!" Karina responded and immediately stood up, out of the room.

Outside Kusno, Mr. Kusno and Bayu are standing in line. Their eyes were full of curiosity.

"Where, Rin?" Bu Kusno grabbed his son's arm.

"Already, leave it as expert," whispered Karina. "O yes, Oza where?"

"Main to the neighbor behind the house," replied Bayu. "Need to be called?"

"Em, yes called. Kan, haven't had a shower yet either."

After Bayu picks up Oza, Karina and her parents pay attention to Maira's room. Their faces implied a sense of curiosity. Tired of standing, Karina and her mother sat on the sofa in front of the room. While Mr. Kusno is still pacing the road.

At first glance Bu Kusno remembered while waiting for the birth of Oza. Exactly like that was the case. But at that time they were filled with misgivings that were mixed happily. Because soon we will have our first grandchild.

Bu Kusno's eyes are glazed. "Maira, the strong yes, Nduk," he whispered.

Minutes passed, they were still faithfully waiting. Shut up, immersed in each other's thoughts. Finally, the door to the room opened from inside.

They all stood up. Karina rushed to Kemala.

"Where, Mal?"
