Can I Kill You?

Can I Kill You?
Part 9 - Debut

My eyes were open at night blind, unable to get back shut. All the candles were asleep, causing me to grop on the wall several times to get to the door. My ears caught the sound of a frenzy from outside the room.

Party of vampires.

"Miss...Whoa! You're awake!" The waiter who was cleaning the room came out from behind the door. "What a coincidence. Tonight the Prince calls you to come to the living room."

I returned to rubbing my eyes. "What time is it?"

The waiter looked down at the stairs where the party was taking place. This room is on the second floor of the castle. However, his waltz music seemed to be clinked next to me. "Maybe it's about twelve o'clock."

Once night. They can sound very happy there. There was no sun to block them.

The sleepiness still half overpowered me. Between recklessness and my intention of wanting to immediately complete the request of the unlucky prince, I walked slylyly in the other direction that somehow would take me where.

"Oh, wait! Where are you going?"

"To the room now, of course." I said lie. I don't know where the room is.

"Geez!" The waiter dropped his broom. "Are all humans like Miss? You haven't even washed your face and changed your clothes!"

I looked back at myself. The top of my dress is partially open. Oh, maybe this is the problem. Vampires are a fan of neatness. After I closed my mouse in a hurry, I asked the waiter again. "It's done, right?"

The waiter took a deep breath and led me back into the room.

"Look, yeah. The smell of human blood was striking, especially before they took a bath. You definitely don't want to see you being bullied by another vampire... You have to take a shower!" I hurriedly turned around and hid my pendant. The servant's movements were half a time slower. Luckily, I put the locket in the closet.

My body was cleaned, of course, with a rough brush for mercy. He said my body was so dirty that it had to be brushed many times. Shithead. I screamed intolerantly every time he brushed loudly in the same place, but he didn't care at all. Are all humans treated this way by vampires?

Fortunately, the only thing he used to wash me was warm water. If only he had bathed me in cold water at this hour, I'm sure my life would have drifted by now.

After cleaning my body, all blue clothes were put on me. The navy blue and sky blue alloy that adorned my dress matched perfectly with my yellowish-white skin. My gray eyes glare, remembering my time in the kingdom of men. I don't even have clothes that match the class of vampires.

Maybe this marriage can actually make me a little bit different.

"Well, done." said the waiter after styling my hair into a neat partial braid. "You're now a little tidy than before."

"Thank you."

"Let me take you to master's. You don't know the place either, do you?"

Half of me thinks this young girl who works as a waitress isn't outrageous, but her words are right. I can be rude if I want to obey my ego which actually does not want to be helped by vampires, let alone women.

"alright. Not because I don't know. I think it's your job to drive me, don't you?"

"Oh, yeah. Miss is right." she replied lightly. "Miss... Don't do anything, okay? You know what we can do, right?"

I sipped the saliva. I'll use the dagger I keep in the closet at the right time.

Before leaving the room, the pendant was firmly attached to my dress. My quick move fortunately was not realized. The prince was obviously going to attack me, but who knew this keroco-looking servant was just as bad?

......................

The prince had not followed the party as I had at a glance expected. Sound of door closed. The waiter was standing behind me with his two arms crossed.

The prince's white hair glazed brilliantly under the moonlight that bounced through the window. Her sleeping face was also beautiful with proportions of eyelids, a thin, taper nose, accompanied by her lips that were as fresh as a tomato. It is not wrong to call him a prince.

Surprisingly, I did not feel the same sensation when I saw Fynn. What distinguishes the two?

"Excuse me, sir." The maid's greeting made my daydreams scatter. "Princess Barbie is here."

"Oh," the vampire prince replied short after returning his prone position on the table. I didn't think he could wake up from his dream so soon. "Good job, Betty. Come out for a minute, come back later to explain some of us."

Betty looked down respectfully. It's not so to me at all. It's the people I hate. "Well, then excuse me."

After the waiter who turned out to be named Betty came out, I asked quickly. "Do you want to call me in the middle of the night?"

"I will introduce you as my fiancee tonight," she said in a hoarse voice. "Of course you don't have a problem, do you?"

Sure didn't. The sooner this bond is established, the sooner I kill you. "alright. Faster is better."

"But there is a tradition that we usually do when introducing fiancees. I want you to do it with me later."

"Certainly not a stupid human being," he said, growling. "I'm not gonna hurt you at the party."

His words did not calm me down at all. "Then what? Can I kill you there?"

"You haven't given up yet, have you? No. gabe. There's nothing like it. Let me say, yes. What we're gonna do later is that..."

"Betty, come here."

Betty re-entered with a face without irritation. I've made this prince jiga into him.

"Explain to Barbie about our tradition later."

"Good, sir."

I flinch at their conversation. When he asked me for something, a sense of injustice filled my head. "Then, you must also fulfill my request."

"What request? About killing me again?"

I laughed, and he understood.

He let out a long breath while resting his hair after hearing my speech. "Your subject. Let me keep telling you: You can't kill me. Understood?"

I don't give a shit. I had to kill him so that this thirst could disappear.

......................

The candles were laid out so much that the scenery around me was already like being in an explosion within the stars. It's a party, a party in the true sense.

In my kingdom, there is rarely a party since vampires abduct our people. It took me a long time to get used to this atmosphere.

Everyone threw their eyes at us on the first floor. As if looking at the grand leader, no one dared to greet after everyone lowered their heads and saluted the Prince. Nervousness runs through my whole body.

A few seconds after the salute was made by all the party guests, only two people dared to greet the Prince. Their hair was as white as a vampire prince.

"Oh, isn't this Mikaela?" said one of them while hitting the vampire prince I just found out named Mikaela.

The other woman whose hair was surging greeted him by hitting him on the back. "Our little vampire is finally here. Where have you been since?"

Mikaela laughed crisply. "Sorry I'm late. It took me a while to finish my job."

"Task! Being crowned Prince Ruby is different!" The first woman laughed again. Unfortunately, his laughter really tormented my ears. "Who is this woman behind you?"

"Don't tell me this is your fiancee? This lady?"

Hand clenched. I think I can throw this girl all the way to the end of the hall with my punch. Suddenly I thought back to her white hair. No matter how strong my blow, not necessarily vampires are affected.

"Oh, yes. Of course this woman is my fiance." Mikaela replied calmly, almost making my heart stop.

"What?"

The woman still did not believe Mikaela's words just now. "You must be kidding me, right, Mika?"

"No Georgia. It's serious."

The woman named Georgia began to hoarse her voice like she was about to cry, still did not accept Mika's words just now. "Then prove it. I'm sure she doesn't know our traditions."

Without a cue, I pulled Mikaela's collar and carried out the tradition mentioned by Betty earlier. Unlike what I expected, the vampire prince was also surprised. I furrowed my eyebrows. Something is not right.

His hand rubbed next to his cheek many times, looking uneasy. "You're a moron, huh? What are you doing?"

"Whatchu mean? This is what Betty meant, isn't it?"

The red bead looked restless. "Ma—ah, yes. I think I misinformed."

Georgia was unable to contain her shock when she saw us doing that tradition. He was ready to sharpen his claws at me. I took out the dagger Mikaela gave me from behind my dress and arranged the horses.

"You... What are you doing fucking man!"
