Finally, Aretha was able to breathe fresh air again, after previously she could only breathe the typical aroma of the hospital. Yes, that afternoon Aretha was able to return home, after the doctor who handled it at the hospital gave permission.

David is seen pushing Aretha, who is sitting in a wheelchair, into the house. For the sake of being able to drive home the lover, David was willing to put aside his work, even though there were actually two Aretha parents who could do that.

"Darling, can I take you straight to the room?" david asked slightly leaning his face forward.

"It doesn't matter, Mas. Later on, I want to be here first," replied Aretha preferring to stay for a while in the living room.

"All right then." David stopped his steps there, then landed his body on the ash-coloured sofa that was in the room, while Aretha was still sitting in a wheelchair with her legs still being crushed.

"Son David, aunty lives in the kitchen .. It seems like aunty should help bi Wati cook, to welcome the arrival of your mother and papa," said Carmila.

"Mama and papa are coming, Auntie?" ask David.

"Yes, he called" Carmila replied.

"Thank God, I have something to talk about" David said.

"Alright, then aunt to the kitchen first. If you need something, just call" Carmila said as she passed from the place to the kitchen.

David is seen accompanying Aretha in the living room. Anton followed and landed his body on an empty sofa in the room. They seemed to have a light conversation, before David's parents finally came to the house.

Two families appear to have gathered in the room, including Kris, David's father who had just returned from out of town and had just visited Aretha.

"How are you doing, son?" kris asked Aretha.

"Good, Om. Uh, sir," replied Aretha a little awkwardly who immediately got a smile from Kris. I don't know what a more appropriate call for the man who had become his superior, then now even become his future father-in-law.

"Sorry, om just had a chance to visit," said Kris later.

"It's okay, Om," replied Aretha.

After talking about some things that were not so important, they had lunch together in the dining room.

The lunch lasted quite a long time. There is no conversation in the midst of their activities until their activities are over.

After finishing, the two families reunited in the living room. As David said before, there are important things that he wants to convey to his parents and also Aretha's parents. I don't know what it is, Aretha doesn't know it either.

Five eyes were fixed on David. Staring seriously at the man while waiting for what he really wanted to say, before David finally opened his voice.

"Pa, Ma, Om and Aunt, there is something important that I want to say" said David. "Mm .. I and Aretha have agreed to cancel our engagement" he looked a little hesitant.

Of course David's statement surprised them, except Aretha who could immediately understand where the man was talking. However, he also did not expect that David would deliver on his plans that soon.

Neither Aretha's parents nor David seemed to round his eyes, feeling shocked. Why was it suddenly canceled, didn't their relationship improve?

"I ... actually I'm still confused, Pi, too" replied Aretha hesitatingly.

The atmosphere immediately stiffened, even more so David. How could Aretha's answer be so contrasted with before, thought the man.

"You don't be weird, son. Marriage is not for fun, if you are not ready, don't force it!" anton said advising.

"Lho, dear .. we've talked about this before," David said a little withstanding the frustration.

It is true that my main intention is just to avoid things that are forbidden by religion to happen between me and David. However, I'm sure going out after marriage will be much more beautiful. I hope this decision is the best. Aamiins.

"Alright, if you are sure, papi bless you. Hope this is the best for you" Anton said.

"Om very happy to hear it," said Kris, smiling knots. "Om sure you won't drop out of school just because you're married to your son" he added.

"Thank you, dear." David published his smile as he stared at Aretha for a moment.

"So, when's the plan?"
