The Story of the Little Beggar

The Story of the Little Beggar
The Rescue of the Little Cat

The city, which was still not fully recovered from the devastating impact of the earthquake, was still filled with damage and destruction. But amidst all that, a beggar boy group led by Irfan, Dian, Rizal, and Maya keep fighting to help the affected townsfolk. Day after day, they try to help restore life in their city.

One morning, when the sun was just beginning to rise and the sky was still pink, Irfan was walking around the damaged city. He felt the need to momentarily move away from the recovery activity to refresh his mind. As he walked through the pile of rubble, he heard a weak rumbling sound. Irfan felt something was wrong and followed the voice.

After a few steps, he found the source of the sound: a dwarf cat trapped under a pile of wood and stone. The cat looked frightened, his eyes were filled with anxiety, and he was stuck so deep that he could not move.

Irfan immediately felt pity for the little cat. He knelt in front of the pile of rubble and tried to take the cat out carefully. But the pile of wood and stone was too heavy, and he could not do it alone. Irfan immediately shouted to Dian who was not far from there.

Dian came quickly, and together they tried to lift the pile of rubble. They felt like time was running slow, but eventually, they managed to free the little cat from its trap. The cat, which had gray and white fur, immediately jumped forward and ran away from the pile of rubble.

Irfan and Dian smiled to see the little cat survived. "She must have been very scared" Dian said. "But now he's safe."

Irfan agreed. "We can't let him get stuck in there. No matter how small, every living thing deserves help."

The two of them return to the city, bringing the story of the little cat's rescue. The story quickly spread among a group of beggars and other townspeople, and many felt inspired by Irfan and Dian's actions. They see it as a symbol of concern for all living things, no matter how small.

Meanwhile, Rizal and Maya are busy distributing food and water to the needy residents in makeshift tents. They spoke to a grandmother who had lost her home and asked how they could help further.

"We are very grateful for your help" said the grandmother, whose name was Ningsih. "We lost everything in this earthquake."

Maya clasps Ningsih's grandmother's hand with empathy. "We're here to help, Ms. Ningsih. We'll do our best to help you restore your lives."

As they spoke, a young man named Rudi approached them. "Sorry, Miss Ningsih," said Rudi. "My cat, Siti, is trapped inside the ruins of our house. I don't know what to do."

Maya and Rizal looked at each other. They know that they have to help Rudi save his cat. "Show us where Siti is trapped" Rizal told Rudi.

Rudi guided them towards the ruins of his badly damaged house. They saw a black-haired cat trapped among the collapsed woods. The cat meowed in pain, and his eyes filled with fear.

Maya and Rizal soon work with Rudi to lift the woods that block the cat's exit. It was a difficult task, but with cooperation they managed to free Siti from her trap.

Rudi grabbed his cat with great happiness. "Thank you, thank you so much!" he told Maya and Rizal. "Siti is my best friend. I don't know what I'd do if he got hurt."

Maya smiles. "We know how valuable pets are to their owners. We're glad we could help."

After rescuing Siti, Maya, Rizal, and Rudi return to the makeshift tents, while the little cat climbs over her shoulder and sleeps quietly in her lap. Siti's cat rescue story adds to the city's eagerness to help each other in the midst of this disaster.

The city continued to struggle to rise after the terrible earthquake that had destroyed it. The beggar boy group led by Irfan, Dian, Rizal, and Maya is still persistent in its efforts to help the affected townsfolk. Every day brings new challenges, but their spirits never fade.

Today, the four of them were gathered in a simple tent that they used as a coordination center. They sat around the table while looking at the map of the badly damaged city.

Irfan agreed. "We have to figure out a way to reach those remote areas. Maybe we can ask for help from other humanitarian organizations."

Dian continued, "We also need to gather more supplies: food, water, blankets, and medicine. All this will be indispensable."

Maya raised her head. "And we also have to find temporary shelter for those who have lost their homes. Not everyone has a tent like ours."

They all agreed to the plan and immediately split the tasks. Irfan and Dian will seek help from other humanitarian organizations, Rizal will lead the collection of supplies, and Maya will seek temporary shelter for the citizens in need.

Meanwhile, outside the tent, the atmosphere of the ruined city still felt extremely gloomy. The collapsed buildings gave off a sense of isolation and emptiness. But in the midst of all that destruction, there are signs of hope.

As Irfan and Dian were on their way to seek help, they passed by a group of small children playing among the ruins. Even though they lost their home, they could still smile and play together. Irfan and Dian smiled as they saw the excitement on the faces of the children.

"These kids are so strong" Irfan told Dian. "They are our hope."

Dian nodded in agreement. "We have to do everything to make sure their future is better."

Meanwhile, Rizal and Maya are in a large warehouse on the outskirts of town. They had managed to gather a lot of supplies: food, water, blankets, and medicine. But just as they were about to leave, an old man came near them.

"Sir, are you looking for help?" ask Maya gently.

The man nodded. "Yes, I have a family that needs help. Our house is destroyed, and we're out of food."

Rizal immediately gave the man some food packages. "Hopefully this helps, sir. We'll find a temporary residence for your family."

The man smiled sincerely. "Thank you, kids. You're like angels to help us."

Meanwhile, Irfan and Dian managed to get help from some large humanitarian organizations. They returned to the tent with good news, and the group soon began distributing the supplies to the townspeople in need.

However, in the midst of all these efforts, they faced a huge hurdle. A number of drunken youths from outside the city came and tried to seize the supplies they brought. They looked angry and hateful, and the situation almost turned into a physical quarrel.

But Irfan, Dian, Rizal, and Maya remain calm. They tried to talk to the young men and explained that they were just trying to help the townspeople in need. After a while, the young men finally gave up and left.

After that incident, the group of beggars felt stronger than before. They knew that they would face many obstacles in their attempt to help the city recover, but they would not give up.

As the sun set, they regrouped in their tents. Despite being tired and exhausted, they have a belief that they are doing something important. They have each other, and together, they will pass all the obstacles and turn their city into an even better place.
