CHAPTER 28 - ORIS

On the road to the Riguaria kingdom, Oris was again acting strangely. The woman hugged the general's waist tightly.

The general looked very uneasy, occasionally releasing the woman's hand from her waist.

“ Do you want me to fall, General?” ask Oris near the General's ears.

“ Not so, but I am not used to being close to foreign women” explained the General.

“ Emm, Means Miss Merlin is not a foreign woman yes to you sir?”

The general did not answer, only turned a little and ignored Oris' words.

The journey from the fortress kingdom to the Riguaria kingdom area is quite far. It takes a few days of riding to get there.

Several times they stopped because they did not really understand the road to go, but Oris always showed the way.

In the middle of the journey, in a border area of the city, have not entered the Riguaria area, they look tired. It was finally decided to take a break at the tavern in the middle of the city.

They entered the store and ordered drinks. Ziggo who always approached Oris tried to talk to him, but Oris occasionally saw the General who was drinking.

“ Akkhh's....This drink is rather harsh.I have never drank anything like this.” The general pursed his lips hard after drinking half a glass of golden-yellow drink.

“ Well, he said this drink is the best in this area General” Leon explained, who has also drunk almost a full glass.

The general asked Ziggo to book a room for them to stay the night.

The night began to thicken, they spent the night in the city.

A bright morning. From between the curtains of the inn room to decorate the morning sunlight.

The general opened his eyes slowly, as if he were sleeping too soundly, but he was surprised by surprise, why he was covered and bare-chested, next to her, the blonde girl slept in the same bed as him.

“ Oris!!, why are you here?!” the general's startled cry awakens Oris, a beautiful girl who also sleeps one blanket with the General.

“ Mr. General..?” Oris was also shocked by her condition, her body half covered in blankets but her shoulders and back were visible, it seemed like she had taken off her clothes.

“ What happened?” The general was still looking at Oris.

“ Why can we be in the same bed?” ask the general in astonishment.

“ I myself do not know sir, but it seems we drank too much, so unconscious.”.

“ Yes but why are you here?!” The general was getting impatient and panicked.

“ I don't know either.”Oris defended herself.

“ What we..do..Aarggh” General scoops her hair.

“ This is impossible.I can't possibly do that.” The general got up from the bed and quickly put on his clothes.

“ You get dressed quickly!.this is crazy, this is impossible, I can't do it.” The general just kept grumbling while tidying up his leather vest in a hurry.

“ Sir, what if we do?” asked Oris who was still glued to the bed.

“ But I don't feel like doing anything to you!” The general began to growl.

“ Yes because you are not aware sir!”

“ It's crazy! ” General exited the room and then closed the door hard.

Outside the General looked confused and angry. Two of his friends Ziggo and Leon ask the general's condition.

“ Which one of you two drinks not too much?” the general asked a little whisper.

“ I also drink a little bit, my head is also a bit dizzy”

The general's hand clapped his forehead and the other hand clucked his waist.

“ What's up General?” ask Leon.

“ Why can I room with Oris?” The general explained to them.

“ You roomed with Oris?.. I didn't know it General “ Leon said what it was.

“ Room?..” Ziggo frowned.

Oris came out of the inn shortly. They stopped the conversation. The general immediately orders Ziggo to take Oris with him on one mount, while the General is with Leon.

On his way back, the General still looks upset and a bit clumsy if he glances at Oris.

Arriving in the kingdom of Riguaria, they search for the rest of the soldiers who came out of the kingdom of Nerogon, who is also a former army General.

After almost a day of searching for information, they finally met the twelve remaining soldiers and five residents who also came out of the kingdom of Nerogon.

They were very surprised to meet the general. They were asked to stay in Drake's fortress, and they were very enthusiastic, even eager to join the army of the General back.

In Riguaria, people who are wealthy or have a lot of money can buy troops from trained civilians or mercenaries.

They were trained to fight, but not tied to the kingdom. They are free to choose to be warriors in any kingdom.

As a result, the General bought troops from there as many as two hundred mercenaries and trained civilians. They were given a map to Drake's fortress, because the general couldn't have brought all the troops back then.

The general immediately bought two caravans in the city to transport the seventeen people he would bring home.

Finally they started walking again to go back to the fort.

On a trip near the pine forest, they decided to take a break.

They eat the prepared stuff. The general only ate boiled potatoes and a little bit of bacon.

“ Eat this sir.” Oris who was suddenly next to the General offered a sandwich similar to Merlin's.

The general was half shocked and awkward, he looked at Oris and then at the sandwich, then picked it up.

“ Sir, why do you seem to be mad at me?” oris asked while biting the sandwich in her hand.

“ I'm not mad at you, I'm just confused by what happened yesterday. Why can we have one bed and..one blanket” General does not look at Oris.

“ Already sir, let's just say it never happened ” Oris turned towards the face of the General.

“ Sir, do you think I'm interesting?” Oris asked again. The general was a little surprised by the girl's question.

“ Well, you are quite interesting.” replied the potluck general. Oris smiles.

“ What if I become your companion sir? I'll do anything for you.” suddenly Oris' fingers reach for the General's fingers. The general was shocked and confused, he let go slowly.

“ Um, you better get ready, we'll leave again.” The general stood up and went to his friends. Oris just sighed.

On the way home, the general kept quiet and didn't say much. He thought about what had happened with Oris, but it didn't seem like the case with Oris, he was more relaxed and smiled a lot.

Two days on the way home, they stopped to rest and spend the night in another city, they only slept in the caravan, and the next day began the journey again
