The Retaliation of the CEO's Wife and the Idol

The Retaliation of the CEO's Wife and the Idol
CHAPTER 20: THE MYSTERY OF THE NUMERAL (PLOT REVISION)

Iko swiftly grabbed a piece of paper trying to solve the mystery of the randomly lined numbers at the end of the rhyme. He took some numbers uploaded on the Little Princess page, then he wrote the numbers back.

19-5-18-18-1-20-20-1 306

18-15-25-1-12. 16-1-12-1-3-5 905

7-18-1-14-4  8-15-20-5-12 806

2-15-21-7-5-14-22-9-12-12-5  406

‘Some numbers are written with a separator, but not with the numbers of the back, Iko's inner’ is again speculated. “Eight empty six?” mumbled wailing.  “If eight empty six is the hotel room number, means ..” he continued disconnected. The man then wrote alphabets ranging from A to Z. At the bottom of the letter he affixed the numbers in sequence, from number one to twenty-six. Iko then took a line of numbers, trying to justify his speculation.

19-5-18-18-1-20-20-1 306. Iko rewrote the number and then affixed the letters listed in accordance with the sequence of the number, and he found something. S-E-R-R-A-T-A 306. “Seratta? Isn't this the name of the hotel I stayed at in Labuan Bajo?” muttered. The man tried to reassure his speculation by picking up a few other lines of numbers he had written.

7-18-1-14-4-8-15-20-5-12 806. The male fingers seemed busy putting letters in each number, and again he was surprised at what he found. G-R-A-N-D-H-O-T-E-L 806

“Grand Hotel, 806?” Iko shook her head as if in disbelief. “It turns out like this how that fucking asshole found his love?” gerutu Iko's. Now he is increasingly convinced that the random number symbol is none other than the way Evan met the Little Princess. He was very sure Evan also knew the page of the account. Iko hurriedly rewrote the last number on the rhyme that had just been uploaded, and this time she would find out who the Little Princess really was.

2-15-21-7-5-14-22-9-12-12-5 406 B-O-U-G-E-N-V-I-L-L-E 406.

...***...

The night Iko was waiting for finally arrived. The man deliberately rented one of the rooms at the Bougenville Hotel to ensure the rot that Evan had done so far. With a black jacket and hat and a mask that smothered his mouth, Iko spent the time waiting for the arrival of the man in the cafe lobby area which was definitely passed by every hotel guest who came. A few minutes earlier, the man asked who had booked room 406, but the hotel clerk kept all his guests secret so Iko did not get any information about it. After a while of waiting, Iko finally found the figure of Evan who came with a set of heart-shaped white roses. The man's face looked happy, but Iko seemed to want to beat him up right then. With a slight haste the man entered the elevator towards the fourth floor, while Iko tailed the next elevator. A little late but Iko was still able to see Evan who seemed to be walking towards room 406, and sure enough. The man was again greeted with a warm hug by a woman. As much as possible Iko tried to capture clearly the woman's face, but luck again did not side with her because the woman's face could not be seen clearly. This time Iko had lost her temper. He swore to take out the man who betrayed his best friend tonight. Some time passed, Iko finally found Evan coming out of room 406 and walking down the deserted corridor. Iko, who could no longer hold back her emotions, recalled the tears of pain that Ega had shed the other day, half running towards Evan who walked a few steps in front of her. The closer Iko steps until he immediately grabbed the shoulder of the man wrapped in a black suit and raised his fist right on the face of Evan who looked surprised. Evan fell to the floor, and Iko who was ignited by anger still threw his punch several times.

“Fucking shit! How dare you betray my best friend to this extent! Wake up you boys br*ngs*k!” sergeant Iko pulled back Evan's collar, pushed him against the wall and returned to punch him. Iko's reddened eyes held in anger, her jaws tightened hatefully. Evan's body began to realize now fight, and the fist fight was finally inevitable. The dispute between the two men lasted for a few moments, until it was finally stopped when two security officers came rushing to stop the chaos.

“That's why you're going to hell damn men!” Iko snapped at Evan who stood back up and tried to tidy up his suit again. Both corners of the man's lips were bleeding with bruises around his cheekbones.

“Don't you think I'll stay quiet for what you did to me. I will make the calculation with you!” sergeant Evan brushed off the arm of the security officer who grabbed him and left the crowd. Iko was about to do the same thing, but he only realized that some hotel guests around the corridor seemed to be taking videos of his fights, whether from when. Anger had made him lose control so he carried out the beating. Instantly the man realized what would happen to him after this, but he did not care. For the man, seeing the woman he loves cry is the greatest ruin of life, beyond the destruction of his career that may soon be lost due to the recent infighting.

"Look, isn't that Iko?" chirp some hotel guests who came out as soon as they heard the commotion. Their hands are still thrusting their phones to record the idol who has just smashed with an unknown person. Some pairs of eyes were staring at Iko with a look of disbelief that the figure of an idol who is known to be sweet and romantic on stage with his duet partner, was able to do a deed that can provoke a commotion. The man brushed off the arms of the two security guards who tried to keep him in custody. In that state, a woman appeared out of room 406 in a blue jacket and hat, walking in haste as soon as she noticed the commotion nearby. The man's eyes took a sharp look at the woman who was walking away, but Iko suddenly looked up as soon as he realized that he was familiar with the jacket and bag worn by the woman. "He!?" at once Iko wanted to run over to the woman, but the two hotel security officers held back until the man was unable to do much.

"So she's been the Little Princess?"
