Ch 70 — Take Over

Viriet immediately teleported to the city that Tohrei was referring to. If not wrong, the city was named Ferinsia. The city is small enough to be called a village that has a large size.

Viriet arrived at the entrance to the city. He wore a robe to cover his face. Surprisingly, no one was guarding the entrance.

“Where is the guard?” Since no one was guarding, then Viriet just walked in.

When it entered as Tohrei explained, this place was so gloomy. “It looks like the one who took care of this city before is indeed not right.”

When Viriet was still focusing on assessing the surroundings, there was suddenly a fairly large explosion from a distance. The explosion caused a fire and caused a billowing black smoke.

“Where was the explosion?” Viriet immediately searched the location of the explosion.

“Haha! Destroy it! This is the result if not according!” A young man with burns on his face laughed evilly at the explosion in front of him. He held up a magic wand in his right hand.

In front of him was a man in the spirit of drawing a sword and an old man who was shocked by the explosion.

“Stop this immediately!”

“Do you have the ability to stop me?”

“If this is the case, then!” The armoured man advanced and swung his sword. He had intended to attack the young man, but his attempt failed.

The young man jerked his staff to the ground and instantly the body of the man was trapped by the magic of his land.

“Taste your history!” The young man threw a fireball at him.

But the mysterious magic stopped him.

“” A mysterious black hand appears and catches the fireball. Then, the hand destroyed the fireball by clenching. Afterwards, the tanngan returned to the ground and disappeared.

‘What magic was that? Who tidied it up?!’ The young man with burns searched for the mastermind of the magic but he did not find it.

“” Sound heard from behind him. However, not yet turning his head, dozens of black hands appeared and bending them made him unable to move.

‘A.I can't move! What are these hands?! They can even obliterate your magic.’

“What happened here? There seems to be a commotion.” A female voice suddenly appeared behind the young man. The woman was wearing a robe that covered her face, she was Viriet.

“But it looks like the fire was better stopped first.” Viriet with mysterious magic extinguishes the fire that blew up the building.

Everyone was shocked at his sudden appearance. The man reveals what happened.

“Let me do the talking, an hour ago.”.

He explained it without a lie. The young man with a burning face entered the city carelessly and terrorized this city and robbed. He who heard the chaos immediately stopped it but was unsuccessful due to the great difference in strength. The young man said that the mess he made was only for pleasure when asked by the man.

“So in this way it can be concluded who is wrong.” Viriet made a killing intent that stabbed at the young man. He did not need to confirm the truth because he himself had seen how cruel this young man was because he saw from the people he killed.

“Then I think this is a deserved punishment. ”

Shortly after he cast the spell, the young man's life energy was absorbed. Slowly his body grew old and older until he became thin and lifeless.

Ever since Viriet became Tohrei's subordinate, he decided to only kill the guilty.

The two people who saw it shuddered in fear. They had never seen such a terrible process of death.

“Um.., thanks for the help uh, miss. May I know who you are?” The man in the arm is still trying to calm down even though he has seen it.

“I..iya, I thank you also for putting out that fire.” The old man who became the owner of the building felt grateful even though he was equally scared.

“Before that, did you know your mayor?”

“I heard that there was chaos in the mansion, the knight at the scene said that the mayor had disappeared.” Answer the man of passion.

“It turns out so, he is not lost, but dead.”

“Mati? Mayor is dead?!”

The two of them stared at each other, which Viriet said was right, they suffered all this time by being led by that mayor. The man in arm is one of the knights in this city who works under the mayor. He knew how incompetent the mayor was to take care of the city.

“I'll announce about it.” Viriet flew up and announced something to the entire city with her skill.

“Consideration of the entire city, I will announce what is happening in this city. Please listen well.”

The entire town was shocked by the sound that was heard throughout the city.

“The previous mayor, is dead. He was punished for his negligence in taking care of this city. Therefore, I will replace him, Viriet.” Viriet said with a bright aura of life so as to make calm among the residents.

“A..what? Mayor is dead?”

“Who replaced him?”

“Who is the original talk?”

“Starting today, this city is under my charge!” Said Viriet out loud.
