Ch 22 — Golden Bear
Tohrei continued his mission to conquer. After conquering one fierce bear, there is still another fierce bear. They have eight tails and Tohrei managed to conquer it quickly.
Thus, Tohrei conquered another monster. After encountering the same monster over and over again, Tohrei finally found the kind of monster he had yet to conquer. This time he found the basilisk.
The basilisk attacked with poison as well as its fangs. But in the end he was quickly conquered by Tohrei. Time goes back and Tohrei finds some more basilisk. Some would rather die than become followers of Tohrei and some accept Tohrei's offer.
“Huft...., seems to be a little more? I want this quickly finished, soon the sun will sink.” Tohrei sighed while looking at the sun that was already about to sink.
“Let's see, how many monsters are left?” Tohrei checked the hologram map of the system.
There is only one point left on the map. “Oh? One left, I can finally rest!”
“Eh wait..., why does the dot move towards me?” Tohrei saw the last point move towards him. Tohrei immediately looked around and saw that someone was chasing him.
The one chasing him was a bear that was like a fierce bear. However he had a slight golden color and was larger.
‘Fierce bear others? But it looks different.’ Tohrei immediately prepared to attack.
When the bear was so close, Tohrei hit his chin up. He used 100 STRs for that. The bear bounced far enough away. But the bear quickly re-justified its position and prepared to strike again.
“Really strong! Haha! I finally found a worthy opponent!” The bear screamed happily.
“What's with this bear?” Tohrei muttered to talk about the bear monster in front of him.

‘Golden bear is it? It's interesting, I can conquer it quickly, but it will be more interesting to play for a while with him. Well..., this is the last monster, so it doesn't matter right?’ Tohrei prepared to fight the golden bear.
The golden bear again attacked Tohrei. But once the golden bear was right in front of Tohrei, it dodged so smoothly towards the side.
He quickly attacked as well. Tohrei took out Celerize XZ with a sword form. With that sword he slashed the golden bear from the bottom up. Tohrei then took a few steps back. The slash that Tohrei gave off made the golden bear's body scratched.
It all happened so fast. The golden bear groaned in pain for a moment before a golden armor coated the bear.
‘A golden armour? It seems this is his racial ability.’ Tohrei advanced towards the bear. This time it was Tohrei who started the attack.
Tohrei took out dozens of slashes at the golden bear with his sword then retreated back. Smoke was created after Tohrei made a slash.
“This is useless!” The golden bear shouted. The smoke around him faded and revealed his figure that was still intact with the armor that was still fine.
‘His spirit is fine? Gold should have less durability than other metals, so why not scratch the armor? Looks like it's not just a golden armour.’ Tohrei smiled faintly.
“Then how about this?!” Tohrei coated his sword blade with a bit of star stone flake. He then darted back towards the golden bear.
“Please!” With its fangs and claws, the golden bear came charging forward.
Tohrei was seen only slashing one slash at the golden bear and passing through the bear's body. Time stopped at that moment.
Suddenly the entire golden bear's body was covered in slash wounds. Blood gushed out from his wound. His golden armour is broken.
“Last already.” Tohrei put his sword back into the inventory.
