Soon all the servants were ordered to go towards the prison cave including Xin Ye and Mu Lin. They are tasked with preparing to welcome the arrival of the Crown Prince who wants to visit the prison cave.

“Nona Xin, what should we do?” mu Lin asked nervously

After clearing the secret room where the sect heads were found, they returned and gathered with the other servants to rest.

The next day it appeared that people from the Sword Tomb sect had lined up to welcome the arrival of Crown Prince Zhang Mou who wanted to pay a visit to the prison cave belonging to the King Tomb sect.

“Prince, these are the corpses of our three elders” Chen Guo said pointing to the pile of flesh and bones on the ice table

The three slain elders left no human form at all, all that remained was a pile of broken and shattered bones and flesh scattered beyond recognition.

When the men had gone back to their respective places, the prison cave was now only guarded by a few guards. Xin Ye and Mu Lin had slipped away after their situation was safe.

As per the agreement, they would meet in the countryside near the residence of the King's Tomb sect. So Xin Ye and Mu Lin then moved towards the agreement place to meet with Baihu and Yang Zi.

Meanwhile, Wang Mei who saw the incident from afar immediately approached the prison cave by breaking down some guards who were guarding the place. He then slipped into the prison cave. Because he found nothing there, he left the place.

“It looks like I should go head to the sect residence of the King's Tomb to investigate it further” Wang Mei thought

After that Wang Mei left for the hill where the sect residence of the King's Tomb was.

“Where's Baihu?” xin Ye asked as she met Yang Zi at the place they had promised. Xin Ye did not expect herself to not meet Baihu but rather meet Li Yan who was with Yang Zi.

“I don't know, Baihu left last night without telling us who was asleep” Yang Zi said sadly.

“We'd better wait for him here. I'm sure Baihu will definitely return” Li Yan said.
