The elders and sect heads remained in the royal capital to be ready to help when needed.

Baihu concentrated his defenses in the town of Langsang which borders the South Sea Coast kingdom directly. Because the attack through the river is more difficult for the opponent to do, so according to Baihu the opponent will attack through the city of Langsang.
