CHAPTER 102 | Plunge into the battlefield

After all the troops returned, Baihu along with Yin Fang also returned to enter the fortress of Langsang city. Inside the citadel of the city of Langsang, Baihu immediately gathered their troops and held an emergency meeting.

“Say, why can there be a small battle outside the fortress?” baihu asked the two commanders who had fought outside the fortress.

“They have not arrived yet, Your Majesty,” the commander said in surprise.

Baihu was surprised to hear that, “I have gone five days to the capital of the South Sea Coast kingdom and also the city of Panai and then came back here. They should have arrived here. What has happened?” Baihu did not expect that general Yan Shu and the others had yet to arrive at the city of Langsang.

Baihu looked worriedly at the thought of her friends who had not arrived in the city of Langsang. Baihu then ordered the commander of the army to send a message to the city of Persik and also check the journey to the capital to track down the whereabouts of general Yan Shu.

After that Baihu dispersed the meeting and went to meet Yin Fang back at their headquarters.

“Good Your Majesty.” said the commander of the force. He then coordinated it with his troops and asked them to do as Baihu commanded. The entire army above the eastern part of the fortress turned their eyes towards the forest in the distance to investigate any movements that emerged from the area.
