Chapter 7 Great Mother

The notorious terrorist and fake doctor who infiltrated your wife's room was Ruby, said Rafael's man who investigated the terror at her home.

"Ruby?" chirp Ayana after her finger accidentally turns off the phone call.

In the bathroom, Rafael gasps when he finds that the phone he is carrying is not his cell phone. It turned out that what he was carrying was his wife's cell phone.

"Damn! Why is it Ayana's phone I just picked up?" rafael grumbled with his frustration.

Rafael immediately came out of the bathroom intending to swap his phone and go back inside the bathroom.

However, when he came out of the bathroom, his eyes were fixed on his wife who was staring at the mobile phone screen in her hand with her shocked facial expression.

"Darling... Why Ay? What was? Why do you look so surprised?" rafael asked as he walked up to his wife.

Just sober Ayana who was still struggling with her mind turned to look at Rafael and said softly,

"Ruby."

"Ruby?" raphael asked with his furrowed forehead.

Ayana pulled her husband's hand and stared intensely at her husband's bead eyes as she said,

"Is it really the female fox that did all this?"

Rafael gasped at the question from his wife. He looked at his cell phone in his wife's hand.

Damnit damnit! Surely Ayana knows from my HP, Rafael condemns her folly.

"Rapans... Answer. Is that really what the guy said?" ayana asked with her teary eyes.

Raphael grabbed the body of his wife and carried it in his arms. One of his hands took his cell phone from Ayana's hand and placed it on a table not far from its place.

He slowly rubbed his wife's back and said,

"Repeat, honey, don't be afraid. I will always protect you and our children. I'm not gonna let that crazy woman interfere with our family life."

"But Raf, he's... She's Ruby. She was the female fox who didn't manage to mess up our marriage back then. I'm sure he's back to take revenge on us. Why was he released from prison? He should still be in jail until he wakes up and doesn't commit any more crimes" Ayana said, not accepting that Ruby would interfere with his life.

Rafael slightly untied his embrace. He looked into his wife's eyes filled with love and wiped the tears that were dripping down his wife's cheeks as he said,

"He has served his sentence. Her pregnancy could not be saved. Maybe that's why she bothers us again knowing you're pregnant."

Ayana let out a breath that felt heavy on her chest. Her tears that were dripping were now tears of fear. She was afraid that Ruby with her recklessness would harm her and the child in her womb.

"But he's so reckless darling... I'm afraid if she harms our unborn child into the world" said Ayana with her trembling lips.

Suddenly, Rafael's lips clung to his wife's lips. He wouldn't have said anything bad about himself and his son.

His lips tempted his wife slowly. So that makes his wife lulled and forget his worries and fears.

It is undeniable that Ayana also misses such moments together with her husband. She warmly welcomes a kiss from her husband and replies to him. Their kisses were so demanding that they were both lulled by what they were doing.

Slowly Raphael stopped their kisses. He stared intensely at his wife's bead eyes and gently rubbed his wife's lips wet from their salivary exchange.

Ayana was silent. In her heart justifies what her husband says. Slowly she nodded her head and smiled at her husband, saying,

"sorry. I've worried you."

"No Honey. Not because of that. I'm doing fine. I just don't want anything to happen to you and the baby in your womb and I don't want to if you're sad" Rafael said with a serious look in his eyes.

Ayana smiled and gently rubbed Rafael's cheek as she said,

"I'm happy because you're my husband. I hope nothing will change between us and our family. Only happiness will always be with our family."

Raphael pressed his nose and moved it to the right and to the left, saying,

"Amen... I'm sure it's darling. And I will always try to make you and our children happy."

Ayana hugged her husband's body tightly to feel how much love her husband had for her.

Rafael is able to make Ayana comfortable again. At least for the time being he no longer felt worry and fear after the terror he received. It's just that sometimes Ayana still has nightmares about the terror and threat Ruby gave her.

The day passed. Ayana was in the hospital for nine days. He feels better than ever. And Ruby's still in search of the person Rafael assigned.

"Okay, can I go home?" ayana asked Dr. Sani when she examined him.

"If the condition of Dr. Ayana is better tonight, then tomorrow you can go home. But with a note, doctor Ayana must comply with all the advice I give," replied doctor Sani after checking Ayana's condition.

"I'm healthy, doc. Even I feel very healthy now" Ayana said as if persuading Sani's doctor to agree to her return request.

"Yes, I believe. It's because Ayana's doctor is a great mother" said Sani, smiling at Ayana's words.

Rafael smiled happily at his wife's progress. But he is restless because tomorrow he must prepare to face Ruby out there who at any time can disturb his wife and baby in the womb.

That night was the last night Ayana was in the hospital room. He was already impatient to breathe the outside air that he had longed for so much.

"Rafa... Can I stay at my parents' house for a while?" ayan asked her husband.

"In the village?" rafael asked who was a little surprised to hear the request from his wife.

Ayana nodded her head. Then he said,

"I miss the atmosphere there. I want to see the beach, hear the sound of the waves and feel the wind on the beach."

Raphael smiled at his wife's words. Suddenly he remembered the event that made them forcibly married by the surrounding residents and ended up loving each other, until now they were waiting for the birth of their child.

"What's on the beach where we first met?" rafael asked with a smile teasing his wife.

Ayana laughed at her husband's question which reminded her of the events of their initial meeting.

Ayana brought her face closer to her husband's. Then he said,

"Darling... Would you like to get me a coconut from that tree at that time?"
