Chapter 27 Interrogation

Ruby held back her smile at the thought of her crazy idea that was suddenly present in her mind. He became obedient and silent all the way to the police station.

After a few hours drive from the village to the police station in the city, the car was boarded by Ruby and some of the bodyguards arrived in front of the police station they were headed to.

"Reply answer all the questions I ask or I will make you talk by yourself" the police officer said, grinning to make it look very scary.

"Name," the policeman asked back while staring intently at Ruby.

"Ruby," replied Ruby who looked frightened when she answered him.

The policeman smiled faintly at Ruby's reply. After that he starts interrogating Ruby according to the report he received.

Once Ruby refused to answer some questions, unfortunately she again had to accept a bluff so she said everything even though she was reluctant to say it.

"Do you know Satria's brother?" ask the police after the other questions have been answered by Ruby.

"No," Ruby replied firmly and turned her gaze to the fingers of her hand she played with to reduce her anxiety.

The policeman moved from his seat. He sat on the table and gripped Ruby's chin until he looked up at her.

"The answer honestly or I will make you will not be able to speak forever" the police officer declared sternly and stressed all his words.

The policeman grinned with an extremely frightening look in his eyes, making Ruby even more trembling.

"Answer! Do you know Satria's brother or not?!" exclaimed the policeman who was still holding Ruby's chin.

The police threw rough Ruby's chin. Then he sat back in his chair so that he faced back to face with Ruby.

The policeman stared intensely at Ruby's eye bead that looked surging at this time. He grinned again and picked up the gun that was behind his jacket. He plays the gun while staring at Ruby's interest, as if telling her that the gun wants to play around with her.

The interrogation session is finally over. Ruby was put into an iron bars cell that she had once occupied.

"Damn! Why am I locked up here? How can I launch my plan?" ruby grumbled as she sat bending her legs and hugging her in the corner of the room.
